The fault belts in Sanjiang mainly include Jinshajiang-Honghe fault, Lancangjiang fault and Nujiang fault (called Sanjiang faults) in western Yunnan p.ovince, china. By interp.eting the wide-angle seismic reflection/refraction p.ofile between Zhefang and Binchuan, which crosses Tengchong and Baoshan blocks in Dianxi (western Yunnan) tectonic zone, we recon- struct the crustal structure with seismic traveltime tomograp.y for crustal p.wave velocity and the seismic scattering image for crustal seismic reflection structure. In this p.p.r, we firstly p.esent the crustal structure images of p.wave velocity and seismic reflection under the wide-angle seismic p.ofile. These results demonstrate that, the crustal velocity structure and seismic reflec- tion structure along the p.ofile can be divided into 3 segments, and there is an obvious difference of crustal structure among the eastern, the western and the middle segment. Generally, crustal p.wave velocities in the Baoshan segment are 0.1―0.2 km/s slower and seismic reflection am- p.itudes from Moho discontinuity are stronger than the other 2 segments. In the studied area, crustal thickness is about 40 km, and shows the thickening tendency from west to east along the p.ofile. Additionally, it can be seen that there is one strong-amp.itude seismic reflection event as bright p.ints at the dep.hs of 8―10 km, along the segment of 80―115 km of the p.ofile (south- ward of Tengchong); and seismic reflection wave-field from Moho discontinuity varies obviously along the lateral direction. Finally, we make some discussions on the crustal thickening p.ttern in the Sanjiang fault belt, structural environment of earthquake develop.ent and the contact rela- tionship.between the Tengchong block, Banshan block and Luxi trough.

To examine the role of gap.junctions in cell senescence, the changes of gap.junctions in cisp.atin-induced p.emature senescence of p.imary cultured fibroblasts were studied and comp.red with the rep.icative senescent human fibroblasts. Dye transfer assay for gap.junction function and immunofluorescent staining for connexin 43 p.otein distribution were done resp.ctively. Furthermore, cytofluorimetry and DAp. fluorescence staining were p.rformed for cell cycle and ap.p.osis analysis, p.3 gene exp.ession level was detected with indirect immunofluorescence. We found that cisp.atin (10 mM) treatment could block cell growth cycle at G1 and induced p.emature senescence. The p.emature senescence changes included high frequency of ap.p.osis, elevation of p.3 exp.ession, loss of membranous gap.junctions and reduction of dye-transfer cap.city. These changes were comp.rable to the changes of rep.icative senescence of human fibroblasts. It was also concluded that cisp.atin could induce p.emature senescence concomita

Considering the velocity anisotrop. of the solid/fluid relative motion and emp.oyment of the BISQ theory based on the one-dimensional p.rous isotrop.c case, we establish a two-p.ase anisotrop.c elastic wave equation to simultaneously include the Biot and the squirt mechanisms in terms of both the basic p.incip.es of the fluid’s mass conservation and the elastic-wave dynamical equations in the two-p.ase anisotrop.c rock. Numerical results, while the Biot-flow and the squirt-flow effects are simultaneously considered in the transversely isotrop.c (Tl) p.roelastic medium, show that the attenuation of the quasi p.wave and the quasi SV-wave strongly dep.nd on the p.rmeability anisotrop., and the attenuation behavior at low and high frequencies is contrary. Meanwhile, the attenuation and disp.rsion of the quasi p.wave are also affected seriously by the anisotrop.c solid/fluid coup.ing additional density.

This is the third p.rt of the p.p.r for the rotated Q1 nonconforming element on quadrilateral meshes for general second order ellip.ic p.oblems. Some op.imal numerical formulas are p.esented and analyzed. The novelty is that it includes a formula with only two samp.ing p.ints which excludes even a Q1 unisolvent set. It is the op.imal numerical integration formula over a quadrilateral mesh with least samp.ing p.ints up.to now.
