Background Diarrhea is a common complication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)and is associated with substantial morbidity,but its etiology is often *** of diarrhea in this population include infectious causes,chemotherapy-or medication-induced mucosal injury and graft-versus-host disease(GVHD).Distinguishing these potential causes of diarrhea is challenging since diarrheal symptoms are often multifactorial,and the etiologies often overlap in transplant *** objectives of this study were to evaluate whether the Filmarray gastrointestinal(GI)panel would increase diagnostic yield and the degree to which pre-transplantation colonization predicts post-transplantation *** From November 2019 to February 2021,a total of 158 patients undergoing HSCT were prospectively included in the *** specimens were obtained from all HSCT recipients prior to conditioning therapy,28±7 days after transplantation and at any new episode of *** stool samples were tested by the Filmarray GI panel and other clinical microbiological *** The primary cause of post-transplantation diarrhea was infection(57/84,67.86%),followed by medication(38/84,45.24%)and GVHD(21/84,25.00%).Ninety-five of 158 patients were colonized with at least one gastrointestinal pathogen before conditioning therapy,and the incidence of infectious diarrhea was significantly higher in colonized patients(47/95,49.47%)than in non-colonized patients(10/63,15.87%)(Pmarray GI panel testing improved the diagnostic yield by almost twofold in our study(55/92,59.78%vs.30/92,32.61%).Conclusions Our data show that more than half of pediatric patients who were admitted for HSCT were colonized

The first catalytic atroposelective synthesis of indole derivatives bearing N-N/C-C diaxes has been established by the strategy of de novo ring formation. By this strategy, various indolyl quinazolinones bearing vicinal N-N/C-C diaxes were synthesized in high yields with overall good diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities via chiral phosphoric acid-catalyzed onepot asymmetric formal (5+1) cycloaddition/oxidation reaction. Moreover, such indolyl quinazolinones bearing vicinal N-N/CC diaxes have good configurational stability and could be converted into new chiral ligands with applications in asymmetric catalysis. Therefore, this work not only offered a new member for the family of diaxial atropisomers, but also provided a powerful strategy for catalytic asymmetric synthesis of atropisomers bearing N-N/C-C diaxes.

Paste and mortar specimens were prepared with sulfoaluminate cement(SAC),P⋅O 42.5 ordinary Portland cement(OPC),and standard sand,and mixed and cured with pure water and artificial seawater,*** mechanical properties of mortar specimens were *** and microstructure of paste specimens were also investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and 27Al nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),*** results indicate that SAC mortar samples mixed and cured by seawater have faster strength growth before 28 d and higher compressive strength than OPC mortar *** to curing in deionized water,the hydration products of SAC are somewhat coarser when cured in simulated *** evolution of aluminum phase hydration products during the hydration process of SAC mixed and cured in simulated seawater is quite different from that of *** 3 to 28 d,the content of each aluminum phase hydration product in SAC paste cured in simulated seawater changed little,while that in OPC paste changed significantly;for example,from 7 to 28 d,the content of ettringite(AFt)in OPC paste increased *** type of AFt formed loosely,harming the mortar's microstructure.

Narrowband light-emitting materials play critical roles in improving the color gamut and energy consumption of electroluminescence. Herein we demonstrated that by regulating the ground state resonance structure form of emitters with polycyclic aromatic heterocycles, the high-energy vibration of the C–C bond can be effectively suppressed, resulting in narrow emission like classical cyanine dyes. The designed compounds consist of twist and planar conformation, while having differences in the orientation of the positioning electron-donating(nitrogen) and electron-accepting(carbonyl) groups in the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon skeleton. The resulting compound Ac-Ph-Ac with a dominated zwitterionic resonance structure exhibits a relatively wide electroluminescent profile with the full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 42 nm and moderate device performance. In contrast, the “soliton transition” of 2AcPh based on the cyanine limit character effectively suppresses C–C stretching vibration in the polycyclic aromatic heterocycle skeleton, leading to a narrow electroluminescent profile with FWHM of 30 nm(0.16 eV)associated with an impressively high external quantum efficiency of 28.52%, which is among the highest efficiencies of so far reported non-sensitized organic light-emitting diodes.

Myelin is the protective sheath surrounding nerve fibers, and its damage(demyelination) occurs in many central nervous system(CNS) diseases, including multiple sclerosis(MS), traumatic injury, neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, and mental disorders such as schizophrenia(Barateiro et al., 2016). Repair of damaged myelin sheaths(remyelination) often fails in MS, leading to neuronal loss and irreversible functional deficits.

Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation （FO） and quasiparticle interference （QPI） in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r-2in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as *** spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment (***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437 （2016）).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states （FT-LDOS）.Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.
