本文主要研究了以聚乙烯(PE)材质为基膜、陶瓷为涂层的五种不同厚度及双面涂层的复合隔膜的表面形态、拉伸强度、穿刺强度等性能。并选择其中三款隔膜制成大容量铝壳电池进行热失控试验。研究发现,不同涂覆厚度的陶瓷涂层隔膜表面涂层致密,颗粒粒径分布范围较宽,形貌、大小相近;拉伸强度及穿刺强度方面,基膜为12μm的陶瓷隔膜不同涂覆厚度没有明显差异,并且同等厚度基膜单面涂覆和双面涂覆无明显差异;相同测试条件下,隔膜的热收缩率是(12+2+2)μm、(12+1.5+1.5)μm<(12+4)μm<(12+3)μm<(12+2)μm。采用(12+2)μm、(12+4)μm隔膜生产的电池测试发生热失控时的SOC分别为116.94%、117.64%,电池最高温度分别为530.9℃、430.7℃。实验表明陶瓷涂层厚度越大电池发生热失控的时间越迟,最高温度越低。此外,双面涂层隔膜(12+2+2)μm制成的电池发生热失控是在过充结束后的加热工步,最高温度仅为369.5℃。针对实验所产生的现象进行了分析,对电池的设计优化方向做了一些思考,指出了隔膜宽度方向超出负极极片、负极极片长度和宽度方向超出正极极片之外的部分(Overhang)的设计对于电池的安全是极其重要的,电池在设计时需要充分评估使用场景和极端条件的影响,结合选择的隔膜的热收缩率的大小,核算隔膜的收缩比例,确保Overhang的设计是满足电池全寿命周期安全需求。

A recent demographic shift towards increased age at time of spinal cord injury (SCI), as well as decreased functional recovery following SCI in older populations, create the need to investigate how age effects SCI pathology and repair (Scivoletto et al., 2003). While decreased neuroplasticity or physical strength with age may contribute to functional deficits, work from our lab and others have identified exacerbated acute inflammatory events as contributors to age-dependent secondary injury. Specifically, our recent paper identified that increased production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) from macrophage nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase (NOX) with age exacerbates secondary injury after SCI (zhang et al., 2019).

With well-defined channels and tunable functionality, metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have inspired the design of a new class of ion-conductive compounds. In contrast to the extensive studies on protonconductive MOFs and related membranes attractive for fuel cells, rare reports focus on MOFs in preparation of anion exchange membranes. In this study, chloromethylated MIL-101(Cr) was prepared and incorporated into chloromethylated poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK) as a multifunctional filler to prepare imidazolium PEEK/imidazolium MIL-101(Cr)(Im PEEK/Im MIL-101(Cr)) anion exchange membrane after synchronous quaternization. The successful synthesis and chloromethylation of MIL-101(Cr) were verified by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy while the enhanced performance of composite membranes in hydroxide conductivity, mechanical strength and dimensional stability were evaluated by alternating-current impedance, electronic stretching machine and measurement of swelling ratio. Specifically, incorporating 5.0 wt% Im MIL-101(Cr)afforded a 71.4% increase in hydroxide conductivity at 20 °C, 100% RH. Besides, the composite membranes exhibited enhanced dimensional stability and mechanical strength due to the rigid framework of Im MIL-101(Cr). At room temperature and the Im MIL-101(Cr) content of 10 wt%, the swelling ratio of the Im PEEK/Im MIL-101(Cr) was 70.04% lower while the tensile strength was 47.5% higher than that of the pure membrane.

To the editor,Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)has the worst prognosis among all common malignant solid tumors,with a 5-year overall survival(OS)rate of less than 10%[1].Few effective targets for anticancer ther-apy have been confirmed in pancreatic cancer.Recently,it was substantiated that pancreatic cancer patients carry-ing deleterious mutations of the DNA damage response(DDR)genes are more likely to benefit from platinum-based chemotherapy[2]and poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose)polymerase(PARP)inhibitor[3].

The generalized oscillator strengths of the dipole-forbidden excitations of the ^(1)A_(2) of H_(2)O and D_(2)O were calculated with the time dependent density functional theory,by taking into account the vibronic effect.It is found that the vibronic effect converts the dipole-forbidden excitation of the ^(1)A_(2) into a dipole-allowed one,which enhances the intensities of the corresponding generalized oscillator strength in the small squared momentum transfer region.The present investigation shows that the vibronic effect of H_(2)O is slightly stronger than that of D_(2)O,which exhibits a clear isotopic effect.

Background and Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a well established and time-honored practice in China, employing syndrome differentiation as a basis for the treatment of disease. According to different TCM syndrome typing findings, combining modern medical methods with TCM approaches can improve the quality of life and comprehensive effect on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). This study investigated the relationship between TCM syndrome typing and imaging characterization to radiosensitivity as to provide objective evidence for the integration of Chinese and modern medical approaches in the treatment of NPC. Methods: Prior to treatment, TCM syndrome typing, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performed on 147 patients pathologically classified with NPC. The status of tumor remission was radiologically evaluated at accumulated doses of 20 Gy, 40 Gy and 60 Gy, and at 3 months after completion of radiotherapy. Statistical results were analyzed by the Friedman and K-W test procedures. Results: Prior to treatment, TCM syndrome typing of NPC included Lung Heat, Blood Stasis, Phlegm Congealment and Blood Stasis-Phlegm Congealment. Lung Heat typing accounted for the highest proportion at 34.7% (51/147), followed by Phlegm Congealment at 32.7% (48/147), Blood Stasis at 17.0% (25/147) and Blood Stasis-Phlegm Congealment at 15.7% (23/147). Radiological imaging demonstrated a higher incidence of cervical lymph node metastases in Phlegm Congealment and Blood Stasis-Phlegm Congealment types (P < 0.05), while Blood Stasis and Blood Stasis-Phlegm Congealment types were more prone to skull base invasion (P < 0.05). Residual tumor size was larger in Blood Stasis and Blood Stasis-Phlegm Congealment types than in Lung Heat and Phlegm Congealment types after 3 months of treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Different radiological manifestations were observed in TCM syndrome typed NPC patients, with lesser radiosensitivity demonstrated in the Blood Stasis and the Blood Stasis-Phl

目的探讨O-AMAS有效教学模型在基础护理学课程混合式教学中的应用效果。方法便利选取我校2019级护理专业2个班为对照组(n=86),在基础护理学课程中采用传统翻转课堂教学模式;2020级护理专业2个班为试验组(n=87),实施基于O-AMAS有效教学模型的混合式教学,课堂教学包括教学目标设计(Objective)、迅速激活(Activation)、多元学习(Multi-learning)、有效测评(Assessment)、简要总结(Summary)5个环节。课程结束后比较两组学生课程学习成绩、深度学习能力及学习投入度。结果试验组课程学习成绩、深度学习能力各维度及总量表均分,以及学习投入度中行为投入维度、情感投入维度、总量表均分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于O-AMAS有效教学模型的基础护理学混合式教学,有助于提高课程教学效果和学生学习投入度,促进学生深度学习。
