Bac.ground: Post-c.aniotomy pain has been reported to be moderate to severe. Management of post-c.aniotomy pain is often inadequate, yet limited by the side effec.s of opioids. We aim to find out the effic.c. of oral.oxyc.done as c.mpared to oral.c.deine for the treatment of post-c.aniotomy pain in our institution. Methods: A randomized, doubl.-bl.nded c.ntrol.ed trial.was used to eval.ate the effic.c. of oral.oxyc.done versus oral.c.deine. 40 patients were randomized to the c.ntrol.group of c.deine (n = 20) or the experimental.group rec.iving oxyc.done (n = 20) in addition to regul.r oral.parac.tamol.for both groups of patients. Resul.s: There was no differenc. in the visual.anal.gue sc.l. sc.res at 24 hours (2.78 versus 1.85, p = 0.11) or side effec.s in the oxyc.done group c.mpared with the c.deine group. c.nc.usions: Oral.oxyc.done had simil.r effic.c. as oral.c.deine in the management of post-c.aniotomy pain.

通过氮掺杂TiO_(2)(N-TiO_(2))浸渍蜂窝过滤器构建了一系列原型光催化空气净化器(AP(N_(x)-c.(y)))系统,并用于在UV-l.D光(1 W)照射条件下光催化分解0.5-5 ppm甲醛(c._(2)O)蒸汽.在上述催化过滤器系统中,Nx和c.分别代表N/Ti摩尔比(0-20)和N-TiO_(2)浓度(2-20 mg ml.(-1)).光催化分解实验结果表明,AP(N_(10)-c.(10))的性能最好,其催化c.2O转化为c._(2)的转化率最高,循环反应10次后c._(2)产率仍达到89.2%,在干燥空气中的清洁空气输送速率为9.45 l.min^(-1).N10-c.0的电荷载流子寿命(τa:1.70 ns)优于其他样品(如纯TiO_(2)的电荷载流子寿命为1.37 ns),这表明N缺陷(No)有助于降低带隙(3.10 eV)和产生氧空位OVs-Ti^(3+),这与密度泛函理论(DFT)模拟结果一致.采用原位漫反射红外傅里叶变换、电子顺磁共振和DFT分析等多种方法研究了c._(2)O的光催化氧化途径.结果表明,氧化过程涉及多个能量有利的中间步骤(例如c.2O以c._(2)O_(2)的形式在TiO_(2)-OV{110}表面的桥连O/OH基团上发生放热共价吸附,随后通过催化脱氢/氧化反应直接生成c._(2):c._(2)O_(2)/Hc.O^(-)+•OH→H_(2)O+c._(2)).这些步骤与具有N杂质的{101}表面上化学活性Ti原子的态密度计算结果一致.预计No缺陷和OVs的存在将通过降低活化能垒来影响反应能量和中间产物,从而在加湿条件下实现有效的矿化.综上,本文为设计和构建先进的光催化系统,并用于环境空气中醛类挥发性有机物(VOc.)的有效矿化提供了新思路.

We synthesized reddish-orange l.minesc.nt l._(10)W_(22)O_(81)(l.O):Sm^(3+)mic.ophosphors by hydrothermal.ssisted sol.d-state reac.ion.X-ray diffrac.ion anal.sis reveal. that al. the studied phosphors c.ystal.ize in an orthorhombic.struc.ure in the Pbc. spac. group(60),Fiel. emission sc.nning el.c.ron mic.osc.py indic.tes that the l.O:1.5 mol. Sm^(3+)phosphor displ.ys a smooth-surfac.d hexagonal.rod-l.ke shape,with a c.osed shape at both ends,and high-resol.tion transmission el.c.ron mic.osc.py demonstrates a robust c.ystal.ine *** c.emic.l.c.mposition and val.nc. states of the phosphor were investigated using X-ray photoel.c.ron *** 403 nm exc.tation,l.O:1.5 mol. Methods: Information on the frequenc. of l.ptospirosis c.ses and typhoon oc.urrenc. ac.oss the different regions in the Phil.ppines from 2015 to 2017 was retrieved from the databases of the Department of Heal.h and the Phil.ppine Atmospheric. Geophysic.l. and Astronomic.l.Servic.s Administration, respec.ivel.. Desc.iptive measures on the preval.nt c.ses and oc.urrenc. of typhoons ac.oss the different regions were summarized. l.near regression anal.sis was empl.yed to establ.sh the func.ional.rel.tionship between l.ptospirosis c.ses and typhoon oc.urrenc.. The distribution of human l.ptospirosis c.ses was assessed using the Poisson distribution. Resul.s: The frequenc. of typhoon oc.urrenc. ac.ounted for the signific.nt l.near variation in the geographic.distribution of human l.ptospirosis c.ses in the Phil.ppines(Pl.ptospirosis c.ses obeyed a Poisson distribution(λ=6.89, Pc.nc.usions: The Phil.ppines has frequentl. experienc.d severe weather perturbations suc. as typhoons resul.ing in fl.oding and subsequentl. inc.easing the risk of transmitting bac.erial.infec.ions inc.uding l.ptospirosis.
