Brain cancer detection and classification is done utilizing distinct medical imaging modalities like computed tomography(CT),or magnetic resonance imaging(mrI).An automated brain cancer classification using computer aided diagnosis(CAD)models can be designed to assist *** the recent advancement in computer vision(CV)and deep learning(DL)models,it is possible to automatically detect the tum.r.from images using a computer-aided *** study focuses on the design of automated Henry Gas Solubility Optimization with Fusion of Handcrafted and Deep Features(HGSO-FHDF)technique for brain cancer *** proposed HGSO-FHDF technique aims for detecting and classifying different stages of brain *** proposed HGSO-FHDF technique involves Gabor filtering(GF)technique for removing the noise and enhancing the quality of mrI *** addition,Tsallis entropy based image segmentation approach is applied to determine injured brain regions in the mrI ***,a fusion of handcrafted with deep features using residual Network(resNet)is utilized as feature ***,HGSO algorithm with kernel extreme learning machine(KELm)model was utilized for identifying the presence of brain *** examining the enhanced brain tum.r.classification performance,a com.r.hensive set of simulations take place on the BrATS 2015 dataset.

The article examines the unsteady mixed convection flow over a vertical stretching sheet in the presence of chemical reaction and heat generation or absorption with non-uniform mass transfer. The unsteadiness is caused by the time dependent free stream velocity varying arbitrarily with time. Non-similar solutions are obtained nu- m.r.cally by solving the coupled nonlinear partial differential equations using the quasi- linearization technique in combination with an implicit finite difference scheme. To reveal the tendency of the solutions, typical results for the local skin friction coefficient and the local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are presented for different values of parameters. The effects of various parameters on the velocity, temperature, and concentration distributions are discussed here. The present num.r.cal results are compared with the previously published work, and the results are found to be in excellent agreement.

The advancement in num.r.cal models of serious resistant illnesses is a key research territory in different fields including the nature and the study of disease *** of the aims of these models is to com.r.hend the elements of conduction of these *** the new strain of Covid-19(Coronavirus),there has been no immunization to protect individuals from the virus and to forestall its spread so *** things being equal,control procedures related to medical services,for example,social distancing or separation,isolation,and travel limitations can be adjusted to control this *** article reveals some insights into the dynamic practices of nonlinear Coronavirus models dependent on the homotopy annoyance strategy(HPm).We summon a novel sign stream chart that is utilized to depict the Coronavirus *** the num.r.cal investigations,it is uncovered that social separation of the possibly tainted people who might be conveying the infection and the healthy virus-free people can diminish or interrupt the spread of the *** mathematical simulation results are highly concurrent with the statistical *** free balance and dependability focus for the Coronavirus model is discussed and the presence of a consistently steady arrangement is demonstrated.

The demand for the telecommunication services,such as IP telephony,has increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic *** tele-phony should be enhanced to provide the expected *** of the issues that should be investigated in IP telephony is bandwidth *** telephony pro-duces very small speech samples attached to a large packet *** header of the IP telephony consumes a considerable share of the bandwidth allotted to the IP *** wastes the network's bandwidth and inﬂuences the IP telephony *** paper proposes a mechanism(called Smallerize)that reduces the bandwidth consumed by both the speech sample and the *** is achieved by assembling num.r.us IP telephony packets in one header and use the header'sﬁelds to carry the speech *** metrics have been used to measure the achievement Smallerize *** number of calls has been increased by 245.1%compared to the typical *** bandwidth saving has also reached 68%with the G.28 ***,Smallerize is a possible mechanism to enhance bandwidth utilization of the IP telephony.

Comparison of Few-layer Graphene Prepared from Natural Graphite through Fast Synthesis Approach

We report the synthesis of high quality few-layer graphene on a large scale using high purity natural graphite from Sri Lanka. A novel thermal method was adapted to prepare graphene from intermediate graphite oxide, which was obtained by heating the intermediate at low temperature （above 150 ℃） in air for 5 min and subsequent heating at 500℃ in Argon for 15 min. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, raman spec- troscopy etc. The properties and the performance of graphene were observed to depend on the graphite source. The reduced graphite oxide from Kahatagaha graphite source exhibits higher Brunauer-Emmett- Teller specific surface area -500 m^2 g^-1 and stable specific capacity as an anode in Li-ion batteries, whereas Bogala graphite showed higher initial irreversibility and higher capacity as anode, exceeding the theo- retical specific capacity of graphite. Both graphenes showed high electrical conductivity. The graphene, which exists in stacks of only a few layers, supposed to be 2-6 layers, would be promising for a vast variety of applications.

Identification of expected seismic activity areas by forecasting complex seismic-mode parameters in Uzbekistan

In this paper, the author proposed a methodology to reveal expected seismic activation places for coming years by a complex of forecasting parameters of a seismic mode. Areas in Uzbekistan where currently observed anomalies in various parameters of a seismic mode has been revealed. By number of displayed abnormal signs the areas has been ranked based on probability of occurrence of strong earthquakes there. It has prepared schemes of the synoptic forecast of expected seismic activation places in case of occurrence of strong earthquakes in the Central-Asian region.

Background: massive cystic degeneration of the uterine myoma might mimic an ovarian tum.r. especially a malignant ovarian tum.r. causing misdiagnosis. We present a case of a woman with m.r.ed cystic degeneration of a uterine leiomyoma mimicking an ovarian neoplasm. Case: A 65-year-old woman (gravida 6, para 6) visited us due to an abdominal tum.r. Clinical examination and radiology exploration suggested the presence of an ovarian tumour. The patient underwent a total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy. Histopathology confirmed a final diagnosis of a degenerated leiomyoma. The patient’s postoperative course was uneventful and she was discharged on her 5th post-operative day. Conclusions: When a patient has a huge abdomino-pelvic mass, mimicking an ovarian tum.r. cystic degeneration of uterine myoma should be considered as a differential diagnosis.

Levamisole-Adultered Cocaine: Vasoconstrictive and Vasculitis Effects Occurring Simultaneously

This case presents a rarely seen combination of two Cocaine-induced syndromes occurring simultaneously. Levamisole-adultered cocaine leads to Levamisole-induced Vasculitis (LIV), while cocaine’s vasoconstrictive effect causes destruction of the osteo-cartilaginous structures of nose called Cocaine-induced midline destructive lesions (CImDL). This case raises awareness of a new pattern of recognition in order to avoid misdiagnosis. We present a case of a 51-year-old male cocaine user who developed severe left-sided ear pain and yellowish secretions with circular necrotic lesions in the nose, right earlobe, and dorsum of feet bilaterally. An extensive workup to assess purpuric lesions’ etiology, including vasculitis, collagen vasculitides, anti-phospholipid syndrome, hypercoagulable state and infectious process, was performed and found negative. He developed bilateral tympanic mem.r.ne perforation and purpuric necrotic skin lesions, at the same time, due to CImDL and LIV, respectively. These two syndromes rarely present simultaneously in a patient. This case report exhibits a new Cocaine-induced clinical presentation that will help hospitalists recognize the disease and avoid misdiagnosis leading to unnecessary tests, prolonged hospitalization, and higher healthcare costs. Diagnosis is challenging, as it consists of establishing a temporal relationship between cocaine ingestion and symptoms’ onset. This disease usually has a benign progression because symptoms frequently resolve without intervention.

Context: Despite the new recommendations “Test and Treat”, the virological and molecular parameters remain important information for Antiretroviral Treatment and adequate for monitoring of patients infected with HIV/AIDS. Objective: the Objective of this study is to present the virological and molecular profile of People Living with HIV starting Antiretroviral Therapy in Kinshasa in the era of the Dolutegravir. methods: This was a transversal study to determine virological and molecular profile of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) starting an ArV Treatment. The patient’s inclusion period was from October 04, 2021 to February 15, 2022. A sample of 5 ml of blood was taken in a tube with EDTA anticoagulant for molecular Biology analyzes (Viral Load and Sequencing) in all HIV patients, after reading and signing informed consent. The population was made up of adult patients over the age of 18, infected with HIV and starting ArT. results: 119 patients (56.3% of women) were included in this study, thus a sex-ratio of 1.29. The average age of patients included was 39.87 ± 12.36 years. The most represented age group is that of 36 to 45 with 37 patients (31.9%) followed by that from 26 to 35 years with 24 patients (20.7%). Out of 119 patients, 21 patients had an undetectable Viral Load (VL). The median value of VL was 4.16 log10 rNA copies/ml. 114 samples were successfully amplified. Subtype A was dominant with 23 cases (20.2%);followed by the subtype C and CrF02_AG each with 14.0%, and D (10.5 %). K65r (1.8%), T69P/N (4.4%), K70r (7.9%) and m184V (7.0%) mutations were listed as existing mutations for Nucleotide Transcriptase Inhibitors. Conclusion: 38 patients (31.93%) started the TArV with a positive virological prognosis. The subtype A remains dominant in Kinshasa with 23 cases (20.2%);followed by the subtype C and CrF02_AG each with 14.0%.
