The effect of foliar spray of young lemon trees with Chitosan (CH) (200 - 300 - 400 ppm), on antioxidant enzymes activities (peroxidase POD, polyphenol oxidase PPO) and total phenolic content, and their influence on leaf miner (Phyllocnistis citrella) activity (tunnel length and damage density) under field condition was investigated. The results showed that treatment with chitosan 300 ppm enhanced the total phenolic content (5.975 mg/g) and the POD activity (0.533 min-1 mg-1 protein), while PPO activity was increased by chitosan 200 ppm (1.394 ΔA/min/g FW). The results demonstrated as well that chitosan treatment has a beneficial effect in reducing leaf miner activity, by decreasing tunnel length and damage density.

Dunite and serpentinized harzburgite in the Cheshmeh-Bid area, northwest of the Neyriz ophiolite in Iran, host podiform chromitite that occur as sehlieren-type, tabular and aligned massive lenses of various sizes. The most important chromitite ore textures in the Cheshmeh-Bid deposit are massive, nodular and disseminated. Massive chromitite, dunite, and harzburgite host rocks were analyzed for trace and platinum-group elements geochemistry. Chromian spinel in chromitite is characterized by high Cr#（0.72-0.78）, high Mg#（0.62-0.68） and low TiO2 （0.12 wt%-0.2 wt%） content. These data are similar to those of chromitites deposited from high degrees of mantle partial melting. The Cr# of chromian spinel ranges from 0.73 to 0.8 in dunite, similar to the high-Cr chromitite, whereas it ranges from 0.56 to 0.65 in harzburgite. The calculated melt composition of the high-Cr chromitites of the Cheshmeh-Bid is 11.53 wt%-12.94 wt% A1203, 0.21 wt%-0.33 wt% TiO2 with FeO/MgO ratios of 0.69-0.97, which are interpreted as more refractory melts akin to boninitic compositions. The total PGE content of the Cheshmeh-Bid chromitite, dunite and harzburgite are very low （average of 220.4, 34.5 and 47.3 ppb, respectively）. The Pd/Ir ratio, which is an indicator of PGE fractionation, is very low （0.05- 0.18） in the Cheshmeh-Bid chromitites and show that these rocks derived from a depleted mantle. The chromitites are characterized by high-Cr#, low Pd ＋ Pt （4-14 ppb） and high IPGE/PPGE ratios （8.2- 22.25）, resulting in a general negatively patterns, suggesting a high-degree of partial melting is responsible for the formation of the Cheshmeh-Bid chromitites. Therefore parent magma probably experiences a very low fractionation and was derived by an increasing partial melting. These geochemical characteristics show that the Cheshmeh-Bid chromitites have been probably derived from a boninitic melts in a supra-subduction setting that reacted with depleted peridotites. The Nain ophiolite complex with an extent of[600 km2 is a part of the Central Iranian ophiolite,which is related to the opening and subsequent closure of the Neo-Tethys *** and serpentinized harzburgite in the Nain area host podiform chromitites that occur as three(eastern Hajhossein,western Hajhossein,and Soheil Pakuh)schlieren-type tabular and aligned massive lenses with various *** most common chromitite ore textures are massive,nodular,disseminated,and banded,reflecting crystal settling *** Cr#[Cr/(Cr+Al)]ranges from 0.43 to 0.81(average 0.63).The Mg#[Mg/(Mg+Fe2+)]varies from 0.25 to 0.78(average0.62).The Nain ophiolite and hosted chromitite are generally characterized by high Cr#,reflecting crystallization from a very hot boninite magma in a MORB *** high Cr#in the Nain chromitite also indicates a high degree of melting(15%–35%)of the depleted *** average total PGE content in the ophiolitic host rock(harzburgite and dunite)and chromite are 107 and 221 ppb,*** Nain ophiolite and chromitite have high IPGE/PPGE and negative Pt*(Pt/Pt*=0.6)anomaly,which is a characteristic of high Cr#*** U-shaped REE pattern of dunite host rock suggests the interaction of depleted mantle peridotite with boninitic *** data suggest that the Nain chromitites are related to the boninitic magma emplacement in a suprasubduction zone.

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)effects on tissue regeneration are mainly mediated by their secreted substances(secretome),inducing their paracrine *** Conditioned medium(CM),including soluble factors(proteins,nucleic acids,lipids)and extracellular vesicles is emerging as a potential alternative to cell ***,the manufacturing of CM suffers from variable procedures and protocols leading to varying results between ***,there is no welldefined optimized procedure targeting specific applications in regenerative *** To focus on conditioned medium produced from dental MSC(DMSC-CM),we reviewed the current parameters and manufacturing protocols,in order to propose a standardization and optimization of these manufacturing *** We have selected all publications investigating the effects of dental MSC secretome in in vitro and in vivo models of tissue regeneration,in accordance with the PRISMA *** A total of 351 results were *** based on the inclusion criteria described above,118 unique articles were included in the systematic ***-CM production was considered at three stages:before CM recovery(cell sources for CM),during CM production(culture conditions)and after production(CM treatment).CONCLUSION No clear consensus could be recovered as evidence-based methods,but we were able to describe the most commonly used protocols:donors under 30 years of age,dental pulp stem cells and exfoliated deciduous tooth stem cells with cell passage between 1 and 5,at a confluence of 70%to 80%.CM were often collected during 48 h,and stored at-80°*** is important to point out that the preconditioning environment had a significant impact on DMSCCM content and efficiency.

The linguistic influence of the Korean Wave （Hallyu, which refers to the Korean pop and drama） on the language of International fans is that of a salient but not linguistically examined phenomenon. This study investigates the major aspects of this influence and the linguistic reasons behind its global prevalence. The practical part of this study is conducted on Algerian Hallyu fans from which a sample of 139 participants responded to the questionnaire used as a research instrument for achieving the goal of this study. Findings reveal that Hallyu influence is widely spread in Algeria, where by 98.5% of the participants declared the existence of this influence. This impact on participants＇ language starts from using Korean words in their daily discourse to using English words with an adapted Hallyu meaning and to naming phone contacts with the accurate Korean terms of kinship and endearment. Then, they start using linguistically odd inside jokes taken from Korean idols＇ and K-dramas＇ speech, employing Korean proverbs in their conversations, and gradually adopting a different pronunciation of some English sounds. Moreover, their language stands as a sample of Corpus Planning with two types： Modernization and Graphization. Some words are modernized in order to bridge the gap through Hallyu pals＇ communication with more precise words, while other words are graphitized for the sake of developing new terms or new meanings or to shorten long ones. This thesis contributes to the study of random language, generally, and to Hallyu language, specifically, as an aspect of Conversation Analysis （CA）.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast) is the most important industrial microorganisms. This yeast is commonly used as a leavening agent in baking bread and bakery products, where it produces carbon dioxide from converting of the fermentable sugars present in the dough. Nowadays, industrial and chemical activities led to produce new compounds with new kinds of contamination in the environment. Discharge of untreated or partially treated industrial sewage has created the contamination problems of rivers and lakes such as drugs, oil, heavy metals, paints, pesticides and various chemical compounds in them. Hence, it is necessary to control and reduce the levels of these compounds in wastewater and bring them to permissible values. This study aims to study the bioconversion potential of commonly available Saccharomyces cerevisiae for the two textile dyes of Carmoisine and Reactive Black 5. Reaction mixtures for biotransformation of dyes included 50 mg/l Carmoisine or 25 mg/l Reactive Black 5 and 1% dried harvested cells of S. cerevisiae (bread’s yeast) were tested. Harvested dry and wet yeast were studied for this purpose. The results show that harvested cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae are able to bioconvert Carmoisine and Reactive Black 5. Reactive Black 5, Carmoisine are degraded by biotransformation 85% and 53% within 24 hours in water at the room temperature.

Technology plays an important role in people’s daily life, for they depend on it to perform many tasks. Among the prominent technologies are smartphones and Virtual Reality (VR). Developing mobile apps and integrating VR technology allow users to experience an artificial environment as if it is real such as the simulation of phobias. This research paper proposes a mobile application named Face-Your-Fear (FyF) integrating VR to help any user to live a cybernetic experience, overcome the illness, know about phobia symptoms, and get extra information on two types of phobia: aquaphobia and achluophobia. Its architecture, features, development, interfaces and limitations are presented, including the main results of the qualitative survey to users.
