In the r.str.ctur.d electr.city mar.et,micr.gr.d(MG),with the incor.or.tion of smar. gr.d technologies,distr.buted ener.y r.sour.es(DEr.),a pumped-stor.ge-hydr.ulic(PSH)unit,and a demand r.sponse pr.gr.m(Dr.),is a smar.er.and mor. r.liable electr.city *** consists of gas tur.ines and r.newable ener.y sour.es such as photovoltaic systems and wind *** bidding str.tegies,pr.par.d by MG oper.tor.,decr.ase the electr.city cost and emissions fr.m upstr.am gr.d and conventional and r.newable ener.y sour.es(r.S).But it is inefficient due to the ver. high spor.dic char.cter.stics of r.S and the ver. high outage *** solve these issues,this study suggests non-dominated sor.ing genetic algor.thm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)for.an optimal bidding str.tegy consider.ng pumped hydr.electr.c ener.y stor.ge and Dr. based on outage conditions and uncer.ainties of r.newable ener.y *** uncer.ainty r.lated to solar.and wind units is modeled using lognor.al and Weibull pr.bability ***-based Dr. is used,especially consider.ng the time of outages along with the time of peak loads and pr.ces,to enhance the r.liability of MG and r.duce costs and emissions.

“Human-elephant conflict(HEC)”,the alar.ing issue,in pr.sent day context has attr.cted the attention of envir.nmentalists and policy *** r.sing conflict between human beings and wild elephants is common in Buxa Tiger.r.ser.e(BTr.and its adjoining ar.a in West Bengal State,India,making the ar.a ***’s attitudes towar.s elephant conser.ation activity ar. ver. cr.cial to get r.d of HEC,because people’s pr.ximity with wild elephants’habitat can tr.gger.the occur.ence of *** aim of this study is to conduct an in-depth investigation about the association of people’s attitudes towar.s HEC with their.locational,demogr.phic,and socio-economic char.cter.stics in BTr.and its adjoining ar.a by using Pear.on’s bivar.ate chi-squar. test and binar. logistic r.gr.ssion *** is one of the constituent par.s of Easter. Door. Elephant r.ser.e(EDEr..We inter.iewed 500 r.spondents to under.tand their.per.eptions to HEC and investigated their.locational,demogr.phic,and socio-economic char.cter.stics including location of village,gender.age,ethnicity,r.ligion,caste,pover.y level,education level,pr.mar. occupation,secondar. occupation,household type,and sour.e of *** r.sults indicate that r.spondents who ar. living in enclave for.st villages(EFVs),per.pher.l for.st villages(PFVs),cor.idor.village(CVs),or.for.st and cor.idor.villages(FCVs),mainly males,at the age of 18–48 year. old,engaged with agr.cultur. occupation,and living in kancha and mixed houses,have mor. likelihood to witness ***,r.spondents who ar. illiter.te or.at pr.mar. education level ar. mor. likely to r.gar. elephant as a main pr.blematic animal ar.und their.villages and r.fuse to par.icipate in elephant conser.ation *** the sake of a sustainable envir.nment for.both human beings and wildlife,people’s attitudes towar.s elephants must be fr.endly in a mor. pr.dent way,so that the two communities can live in har.ony.

Fer.ite featur.s in the simulated tr.nsition zone welded with CaF_(2)-SiO_(2)-MnO fluxes containing var.ous MnO contents have been *** laser.scanning micr.scopy has been applied to simulate the ther.al cycling of the tr.nsition zone and the phase tr.nsfor.ations dur.ng cooling have been in-situ *** has been found that the appear.nce temper.tur. for.fer.ite side plate decr.ases with incr.asing Mn content in the weld metals caused by MnO content ***,gr.wth r.tes for.both fer.ite side plate and acicular.fer.ite ar. significantly enhanced with a higher.Mn content of weld ***,fr.m the statistical fr.ctions of salient micr.str.ctur.s,for.all samples,the acicular.fer.ite,gr.in boundar. fer.ite,and polygonal fer.ite take over.mor. than 90%.It has also been demonstr.ted that with the incr.ase in Mn content,the fer.ite side plate fr.ction incr.ases slightly fr.m 5%to 10%and the acicular.fer.ite fr.ction shows a tendency of fir.t incr.asing and then decr.asing,which exper.ences the maximum with the flux containing 30 wt.%*** phenomenon is believed to be contr.lled by the O and Mn contents in weld metals syner.istically.

The Annapur.a Conser.ation Ar.a (ACA), the fir.t conser.ation ar.a and the lar.est pr.tected ar.a (PA) in Nepal, is incr.dibly r.ch in biodiver.ity. Notwithstanding this, or.hids in the ACA have not been explor.d enough yet thus making the need for.ambitious r.sear.h to be car.ied out. Pr.vious study only included 81 species of or.hids within ACA. This study aims to update the r.cor. of species and gener. r.chness in the ACA. In total 198 species of or.hids, belonging to 67 gener. (40% and 62% of the total r.cor.ed or.hid species and gener. in Nepal) has been r.cor.ed in ACA. This r.pr.sents an incr.ase of 144% in species and 56% in gener. over.the pr.vious data. Out of the 198 species, 99 wer. epiphytes, 6 wer. holomycotr.phic and 93 wer. ter.estr.al. Among the 67 gener., Bulbophyllum (17) species wer. dominant, followed by Dendr.bium (16), Her.inium (10), Coelogyne, Plantanther. (9 each), Er.a, Habenar.a, Ober.nia (8 each), Calanthe (7), and Lipar.s (6). Fifty-six species wer. found to be or.amentally significant and 85 species medicinally significant.

Objective: To deter.ine whether.obese, nonhir.ute adolescents with oligomenor.hea exhibit similar.incr.ased LH pulse secr.tion patter.s compar.d with obese gir.s with polycystic ovar. syndr.me (PCOS). Design: Pr.spective, obser.ational study. Setting: Ter.iar. univer.ity hospital. Patient(s): Nine obese gir.s with oligomenor.hea, 15 with PCOS, and 10 contr.ls. Inter.ention(s): Twenty-four.hour.IV blood sampling for.LH (ever. 10 minutes); measur.ment of ster.id hor.ones (ever. 12 hour.); and injection of leupr.lide acetate (10 μ gm/kg SC). Main Outcome Measur.(s): Twenty-four.hour.wake, and sleep LH mean ser.m concentr.tion, pulse fr.quency, amplitude; ster.id hor.ones, including fr.e andr.gen index (FAI); and pr.-and post-leupr.lide acetate 17-hydr.xypr.g-ester.ne measur.ments. r.sult(s): Twenty-four.hour.LH pulse fr.quency in oligomenor.heic gir.s (18.6 ± 1.2) (mean ± SE) was compar.ble to that in gir.s with PCOS (20.9 ± 0.7) and gr.ater.than in nor.al gir.s (13.4 ± 0.8). The pulse number.dur.ng both sleep and wake was identical in oligomenor.heic and PCOS gir.s and significantly gr.ater.than that of nor.al gir.s. Mean 24- hour.H level, ser.m andr.gen levels, and FAI in oligomenor.heic gir.s wer. equivalent to those of nor.al contr.ls and lower.than those of PCOS gir.s. Conclusion(s): These pr.liminar. r.sults indicate that obese gir.s with oligomenor.hea exhibit incr.ased LH pulse fr.quency in the absence of clinical and/or.biochemical evidence of hyper.ndr.genism.

The continuous incr.ase of global atmospher.c CO_(2) concentr.tions br.tally damages our.envir.nment. A ser.es of methods have been developed to conver. CO_(2) to valuable fuels and value-added chemicals to maintain the equilibr.um of car.on cycles. The electr.chemical CO_(2) r.duction r.action(CO_(2)r.) is one of the pr.mising methods to pr.duce fuels and chemicals, and it could offer.sustainable paths to decr.ase car.on intensity and suppor. r.newable ener.y. Thus, significant r.sear.h effor.s and highly efficient catalysts ar. essential for.conver.ing CO_(2) into other.valuable chemicals and fuels. Tr.nsition metal-based single atoms catalysts(TM-SACs) have r.cently r.ceived much attention and offer.outstanding electr.chemical applications with high activity and selectivity oppor.unities. By taking advantage of both heter.geneous and homogeneous catalysts, TM-SACs ar. the new r.sing star.for.electr.chemical conver.ion of CO_(2) to the value-added pr.duct with high selectivity. In r.cent year., enor.ous r.sear.h effor. has been made to synthesize differ.nt TM-SACs with differ.nt M–Nxsites and study the electr.chemical conver.ion of CO_(2) to CO. This r.view has discussed the development and char.cter.zation of differ.nt TMSACs with var.ous catalytic sites, fundamental under.tanding of the electr.chemical pr.cess in CO_(2) r.,intr.nsic catalytic activity, and molecular.str.tegics of SACs r.sponsible for.CO_(2)r.. Fur.her.or., we extensively r.view pr.vious studies on 1 st-r.w tr.nsition metals TM-SACs(Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Zn, Sn) and dual-atom catalysts(DACs) utilized for.electr.chemical CO_(2) conver.ions and highlight the oppor.unities and challenges.
