Ferrite features in the simulated transition zone welded with CaF_(2)-SiO_(2)-MnO fluxes containing various MnO contents have been *** laser scanning microscopy has been applied to simulate the thermal cycling of the transition zone and the phase transformations during cooling have been in-situ *** has been found that the appearance temperature for ferrite side plate decreases with increasing Mn content in the weld metals caused by MnO content ***,growth rates for both ferrite side plate and acicular ferrite are significantly enhanced with a higher Mn content of weld ***,from the statistical fractions of salient microstructures,for all samples,the acicular ferrite,grain boundary ferrite,and polygonal ferrite take over more than 90%.It has also been demonstrated that with the increase in Mn content,the ferrite side plate fraction increases slightly from 5%to 10%and the acicular ferrite fraction shows a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing,which experiences the maximum with the flux containing 30 wt.%*** phenomenon is believed to be controlled by the O and Mn contents in weld metals synergistically.

In the restructured electricity ma.k.t,microgrid(MG),with the incorporation of smart grid technologies,distributed energy resources(DERs),a pumped-storage-hydraulic(PSH)unit,and a demand response program(DRP),is a smarter and more reliable electricity *** consists of gas turbines and renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic systems and wind *** bidding strategies,prepared by MG operators,decrease the electricity cost and emissions from upstream grid and conventional and renewable energy sources(RES).But it is inefficient due to the very high sporadic characteristics of RES and the very high outage *** solve these issues,this study suggests non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)for an optimal bidding strategy considering pumped hydroelectric energy storage and DRP based on outage conditions and uncertainties of renewable energy *** uncertainty related to solar and wind units is modeled using lognormal and Weibull probability ***-based DRP is used,especially considering the time of outages along with the time of peak loads and prices,to enhance the reliability of MG and reduce costs and emissions.

“Human-elephant conflict(HEC)”,the alarming issue,in present day context has attracted the attention of environmentalists and policy *** rising conflict between human beings and wild elephants is common in Buxa Tiger Reserve(BTR)and its adjoining area in West Bengal State,India,making the area ***’s attitudes towards elephant conservation activity are very crucial to get rid of HEC,because people’s proximity with wild elephants’habitat can trigger the occurrence of *** aim of this study is to conduct an in-depth investigation about the association of people’s attitudes towards HEC with their locational,demographic,and socio-economic characteristics in BTR and its adjoining area by using Pearson’s bivariate chi-square test and binary logistic regression *** is one of the constituent parts of Eastern Doors Elephant Reserve(EDER).We interviewed 500 respondents to understand their perceptions to HEC and investigated their locational,demographic,and socio-economic characteristics including location of village,gender,age,ethnicity,religion,caste,poverty level,education level,primary occupation,secondary occupation,household type,and source of *** results indicate that respondents who are living in enclave forest villages(EFVs),peripheral forest villages(PFVs),corridor village(CVs),or forest and corridor villages(FCVs),mainly males,at the age of 18–48 years old,engaged with agriculture occupation,and living in kancha and mixed houses,have more likelihood to witness ***,respondents who are illiterate or at primary education level are more likely to regard elephant as a main problematic animal around their villages and refuse to participate in elephant conservation *** the sake of a sustainable environment for both human beings and wildlife,people’s attitudes towards elephants must be friendly in a more prudent way,so that the two communities can live in harmony.

Cervical cancer is a severe threat to women's health. The majority of cervical cancer cases occur in developing countries. The WHO has proposed screening 70% of women with high-performance tests between 35 and 45 years of age by 2030 to accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer. Due to an inadequate health infrastructure and organized screening strategy, most low-and middleincome countries are still far from achieving this goal. As part of the efforts to increase performance of cervical cancer screening, it is necessary to investigate the most accurate, efficient, and effective methods and strategies. Artificial intelligence(AI) is rapidly expanding its application in cancer screening and diagnosis and deep learning algorithms have offered human-like interpretation capabilities on various medical images. AI will soon have a more significant role in improving the implementation of cervical cancer screening, management, and follow-up. This review aims to report the state of AI with respect to cervical cancer screening. We discuss the primary AI applications and development of AI technology for image recognition applied to detection of abnormal cytology and cervical neoplastic diseases, as well as the challenges that we anticipate in the future.

Gold complexes have emerged as promising anticancer metallodrugs due to their efficient thioredoxin reductase(TrxR)inhibition,which disturbs the redox balance of cancer ***,in this model,the role of the ligand(s)coordinated to gold is often *** this work,we present a series of tetrapyridyl Au(Ⅲ)complexes that exhibit thiol-induced release of a Au(Ⅰ)ion and a tetrapyridyl *** formation of a free Au(Ⅰ)center is responsible for the expected TrxR ***,the released ligand,which was visible in cells due to its intense blue fluorescence,showed excellent binding properties to the hERG potassium ***,these ligands ended up in the lysosomes,resulting in significant lysosome ***,the Au(Ⅲ)complexes presented in this work showed broad-spectrum anticancer properties,both in hypoxic 2D monolayers and 3D tumor *** suggest that the interaction of the released Au(Ⅰ)center and the tetrapyridyl ligand with two different protein targets may combine into prodrugs that overcome hypoxia-induced drug deactivation.

Two patients who presented with a unique anorectal malformation are described. They had what we have named rectourinary perineal fistula. The first patient had a more severe malformation, rectovesicoperineal fistula, and has been followed up for 28 years. The second, with a lesser malformation, rectourethroperineal fistula, has been followed up for 19 years.

Diversity of Orchids in Terms of Their Distribution, Uses and Conservation in Annapurna Conservation Area of Nepal

The Annapurna Conservation Area (ACA), the first conservation area and the largest protected area (PA) in Nepal, is incredibly rich in biodiversity. Notwithstanding this, orchids in the ACA have not been explored enough yet thus making the need for ambitious research to be carried out. Previous study only included 81 species of orchids within ACA. This study aims to update the record of species and genera richness in the ACA. In total 198 species of orchids, belonging to 67 genera (40% and 62% of the total recorded orchid species and genera in Nepal) has been recorded in ACA. This represents an increase of 144% in species and 56% in genera over the previous data. Out of the 198 species, 99 were epiphytes, 6 were holomycotrophic and 93 were terrestrial. Among the 67 genera, Bulbophyllum (17) species were dominant, followed by Dendrobium (16), Herminium (10), Coelogyne, Plantanthera (9 each), Eria, Habenaria, Oberonia (8 each), Calanthe (7), and Liparis (6). Fifty-six species were found to be ornamentally significant and 85 species medicinally significant.

Cerium-promoted silica supported copper chromite catalyst was synthesized from acid hydrolysis of sodium silicate by sol-gel *** catalyst was characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)method,field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),NH3-temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD)and pyridine adsorbed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(Py-FTIR).Among cerium doped catalysts,5 wt%of Ce promoted copper chromite supported by 40 wt%of silica(SiCuCr40-Ce5)shows the largest BET surface *** analysis of the reduced form of the catalyst shows both CeO_(2)/Ce_(2)O_(3) redox system and CuO/Cu_(2)O/Cu redox ***-FTIR shows the maximum number of Lewis acid sites for SiCuCr40-Ce5 than *** highest acetol selectivity with analytical reagent(AR)grade glycerol conversion is observed for SiCuCr40-Ce5 at 200℃for 3 h in a batch reactor at atmospheric *** promotion lowers the reaction te mperature with enhanced glycerol conve rsion and increased acetol *** the above catalyst shows higher conversion for laboratory reagent(LR)grade glycerol but it reduces acetol *** addition of glucose into the LR grade glycerol further reduces glycerol conversion and decreases the acetol selectivity to *** may be due to the presence of iron as impurity in LR grade *** analysis of spent catalyst shows the absence of redox catalytic system and the pore volume reduces identified by BET *** analysis of the spent catalyst shows graphite-like carbon deposition in the spent catalvst.
