The present work investigates the entropy and the excitation inversion of a coupled system that consists of a qubit represented by a Cooper pair box （CPB） interacting with a transmission line working as a circuit quantum eleetrodynamics （CQED）. The proposed scheme uses the Buck-Sukumar model with a time dependent frequency in the presence of losses to study the evolution of the entropy and the excitation inversion of the system. We have shown that the CQED is much more sensitive to the presence of losses than the CPB. The results also show that it is possible to monitor properties of the subsystems through appropriate choices of the time-dependent parameters.

Background:Recent warming is affecting species composition and species areal distribution of many ***,although most treeline studies have estimated the rates of forest expansion into tundra,still little is known about the long-term dynamic of stand productivity at the forest-tundra ***,we make use of tree-ring data from 350 larch(Larix sibirica Ledeb.)and spruce(Picea obovata Ledeb.)sampled along the singular altitudinal treeline ecotone at the Polar Urals to assess the dynamic of stand establishment and productivity,and link the results with meteorological observations to identify the main environmental ***:The analysis of stand instalment indicated that more than 90%of the living trees appeared after *** this period,the stand became denser and moved 50m upward,while in recent decades the trees of both species grew *** maximum afforestation occurred in the last decades of the twentieth century,and the large number of encountered saplings indicates that the forest is still *** upward shift coincided with a slight increase of May-August and nearly doubling of September-April precipitation while the increase in growth matched with an early growth season warming(June+0.27°C per decade since 1901).This increase in radial growth combined with the stand densification led to a 6-90 times increase of biomass since ***:Tree-ring based twentieth century reconstruction at the treeline ecotone shows an ongoing forest densification and expansion accompanied by an increased *** changes are driven by climate change mechanism,whereby the leading factors are the significant increase in May-June temperatures and precipitation during the dormant *** of phytomass accumulation mechanisms within treeline ecotone is valuable for improving our understanding of carbon dynamics and the overall climate balance in current treeline ecosystems and for predicting how these will be altered by global ch

In stock markets,trading volumes serve as a crucial variable,acting as a measure for a security’s liquidity *** evaluate liquidity risk exposure,we examine the process of volume drawdown and measures of crash-recovery within fluctuating time *** moving time windows shield our financial indicators from being affected by the massive transaction volume,a characteristic of the opening and closing of stock *** empirical study is conducted on the high-frequency financial volumes of Tesla,Netflix,and Apple,spanning from April to September ***,we model the financial volume time series for each stock using a semi-Markov model,known as the weighted-indexed semi-Markov chain(WISMC)***,we calculate both real and synthetic drawdown-based risk indicators for comparison *** findings reveal that our risk measures possess statistically different distributions,contingent on the selected time *** a global scale,for all assets,financial risk indicators calculated on data derived from the WISMC model closely align with the real ones in terms of Kullback-Leibler divergence.

We introduce the differential polynomial of a graph. The differential polynomial of a graph G of order n is the polynomial B(G; x) :=∑?(G)k=-nB_k(G) x^(n+k), where B_k(G) denotes the number of vertex subsets of G with differential equal to k. We state some properties of B(G;x) and its *** particular, we compute the differential polynomial for complete, empty, path, cycle, wheel and double star graphs. We also establish some relationships between B(G; x) and the differential polynomials of graphs which result by removing, adding, and subdividing an edge from G.

This study deals with the impact of Burshtyn thermal power station on the amount of manganese in soil, water and celandine tissue. The research of manganese amount and form in the system： water-plant is of great importance due to active influence of thermal power station on the chemical structure of the polluted area. The changes in the amount and form of manganese in soil, water and plant are interrelated and depend on the season, the distance from the polluter and morph-functional plant structure, the cleaning system possibilities of the industrial enterprise and some meteorological factors.

Esophagogastric anastomosis with invagination into stomach:New technique to reduce fistula formation

AIM: To present a new technique of cervical esophagogastric anastomosis to reduce the frequency of fistula formation. METHODS: A group of 31 patients with thoracic and abdominal esophageal cancer underwent cervical esophagogastric anastomosis with invagination of the proximal esophageal stump into the stomach tube. In the region elected for anastomosis, a transverse myotomy of the esophagus was carried out around the entire circumference of the esophagus. Afterwards, a 4-cm long segment of esophagus was invaginated into the stomach and anastomosed to the anterior and the posterior walls. RESULTS: Postoperative minor complications occurred in 22 (70.9%) patients. Four (12.9%) patients had serious complications that led to death. The discharge of saliva was at a lower region, while attempting to leave the anastomosis site out of the alimentary transit. Three (9.7%) patients had fistula at the esophagogastric anastomosis, with minimal leakage of air or saliva and with mild clinical repercussions. No patients had esophago- gastric fistula with intense saliva leakage from either the cervical incision or the thoracic drain. Fibrotic stenosis of anastomoses occurred in seven (22.6%) patients. All these patients obtained relief from their dysphagia with endoscopic dilatation of the ***: Cervical esophagogastric anastomosis with invagination of the proximal esophageal stump into the stomach tube presented a low rate of esophagogastric fistula with mild clinical repercussions.

Circulating peptide is a potential source of biomarkers for cancer ***,the existence of large molecular weight proteins in plasma have a disastrous effect on circulating peptides isolating and ***,nanotrap fractionation following by mass spectrometry have been applied to quantify the levels of bradykinin (BK) and hydroxylated bradykinin (Hyp-BK) as a relative measure of KRAS-regulated prolyl-4-hydroxylase alpha-1 (P4HA1) which may serve as early diagnosis marker for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).We found that P4HA1 can be upregulated by KRASG12v,which is a PDAC driver mutation,using HPNE/KRAS and HPNE *** we revealed that P4HA1 is overexpressed in PDAC tumors,compared to normal and inflamed pancreatic *** interference revealed that P4HA1 activity was primarily responsible for Hyp-BK *** spectrometry analysis revealed that plasma Hyp-BK/BK ratio was higher in PDAC than pancreatitis patients and healthy controls,while the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) is 0.8209 (95%Cl,0.7269-0.9149).The Hyp-BK/BK association with PDAC was reproduced in another cohort,where this ratio was found to increase with advancing tumor *** novel findings paved the way for wider applications of Nanotrap coupled mass spectrometry as a powerful tool for revealing biosignatures from plasma.

AIM: To evaluate and compare the quality of life of patients submitted to XEN~? implant or trabeculectomy and the relationship with potentially involved ***: A cross-sectional study of patients with advanced open-angle glaucoma who underwent implantation of XEN~?(group 1) and trabeculectomy(group 2) between October 2015 and February 2017. The studied variables were: age, gender, follow-up time, need of topical anti-hypertensive therapy, visual acuity and intraocular pressure(IOP). The quantification of the quality of life was attained through the Glaucoma Symptom Scale(GSS) questionnaire. RESULTS: Totally 34 eyes(34 patients) were included, 17 in each group. The mean GSS scores for group 1 were 42.6±6.8(median, 47; p25, 36.5; p75, 48.5) and for group 2 it was 41.6±7.0(median, 43; p25, 36.5; p75, 47.0; P=0.34). There was a strong negative correlation between the need for topical anti-hypertensive drugs and the GSS result in both groups(r=-0.88, P<0.01, r=-0.59, P=0.01, respectively) and a moderate negative correlation with IOP in group 1(r=-0.50, P=0.03).CONCLUSION: The analysis demonstrates the noninferiority of medium-term quality of life of one group in relation to the other(XEN~? implant and trabeculectomy). The number of topical anti-hypertensive drugs and IOP negatively influenced the quality of life.
