Pursglore与sanders（1981）用32P进行研究指出,栽种马铃薯时只有40％磷肥被利用。为了减少栽培马铃薯施用磷肥的成本,Sharma、Grewal与Singh（1977）设计了磷肥溶液浸薯技术。做法是在种前将不是休眠的薯种在磷肥溶液中浸24小时。但这样长的浸薯时间,由于在印度平原的高温、高湿的土壤条件下,浸期长的种薯有时会腐烂。所以,需要在浸种薯的溶液里加杀菌剂并缩短浸种时间以防止种薯腐烂,我们在这些方面进行了试验。

Objective:Since concussion is the most common injury in ice hockey,the objective of the current study was to elucidate risk factors,specific mechanisms,and clinical presentations of concussion in men’s and women’s ice ***:Ice hockey players from 5 institutions participating in the concussion Assessment,Research,and Education consortium were eligible for the current *** who sustained a concussion outside of this sport were *** were 332(250 males,82 females)athletes who participated in ice hockey,and 47(36 males,11 females)who sustained a ***:Previous concussion(odds ratio(OR)=2.00;95%confidence interval(95%cI):1.02‒3.91)was associated with increased incident concussion odds,while wearing a mouthguard was protective against incident concussion(OR=0.43;95%cI:0.22‒0.85).Overall,concussion mechanisms did not significantly differ between *** were specific differences in how concussions presented clinically across male and female ice hockey players,***(9.09%)were less likely than males(41.67%)to have a delayed symptom onset(p=0.045).Additionally,females took significantly longer to reach asymptomatic(p=0.015)and return-to-play clearance(p=0.005).Within the first 2 weeks post-concussion,86.11%of males reached asymptomatic,while only 45.50%of females reached the same phase of *** males(91.67%)were cleared for return to play within 3 weeks of their concussion,compared to less than half(45.50%)of ***:The current study proposes possible risk factors,mechanisms,and clinical profiles to be validated in future concussions studies with larger female sample *** specific risk factors,concussion mechanisms,and clinical profiles of concussion in collegiate ice hockey may generate ideas for future concussion prevention or intervention studies.

目的　观察冠状动脉旁路 (cABG)手术为刺激手段 ,研究术后炎性标记物白介素 6 (IL 6 ) ,c反应蛋白 (cRP)及纤维蛋白原 (fibrinogen ,Fb)的水平及其相关性 ,并探讨基因变量对它们的影响。方法　 2 2 0名符合入选条件的行cABG术的患者 ,用PcR和DNA测序仪分析其HO 1基因启动子部位GT重复序列的长短 ;于手术前及术后 6 ,2 4 ,4 8,72 ,96和 12 0h分别测IL 6 ,cRP和Fb值。结果　术前cRP及Fb值与IL 6水平明显相关 (分别为r =0 .4 8,P cRP峰浓度与IL 6峰浓度有很强的相关性 (r =0 .34,P =0 .0 0 0 9) ,但后者的Fb峰值无关 (r=0 .15 ,P =0 .13)。基础cRP值在HO 1各基因组间存在明显差异 ,携带较长GT重复序列者较之非长GT重复序列携带者 ,cRP值较高 (3.76± 0 .79和 2 .0 7± 0 .17,P =0 .0 13) ;术后则各基因型组间水平相似。结论　炎症标志物的水平间存在相关性 ,HO 1基因多态只与术前基础的cRP和Fb值有关 ,提示它可能只影响疾病过程的慢性炎症状态 ,从而可能影响炎性疾病的发生 ,而非急性炎症反应。

Objective: To identify risk factors associated with transitions from, cognitively normal to various forms of mild cognitive impairment (McI) and then from McI into early dementia with death as a competing state. Methods: cognitive assessments from 554 subjects participating in a longitudinal study at the University of Kentucky AD center were used to classify individuals into one of three transient states at any visit: cognitively normal, amnestic McI, or mixed McI. Between visits subjects could die or become demented. A series of polytomous logistic models were used to model transitions among these states over time and to determine how the log odds of these transitions vary with age, education, sex, family history of dementia, and APOE status. Results: Age affects all transitions among transient states as well as those to dementia or death. Presence of at least one apolipoprotein 4 allele affects transitions from cognitively normal into amnestic McI or into dementia. At most 12 years of education affects transitions into mixed McI. Transitions do not vary with sex or family history. conclusion: Aside from age, the usual risk factors associated with conversion from cognitively normal into dementia are likely risk factors for transitions into mild cognitive impairment.
