STM re.ults indicate.that Fe.nucle.te. on the.Ge.001） surface. forming we.l-orde.e. nanocluste.s of uniform size. De.e.ding on the.pre.aration conditions, two type. of nanocluste.s we.e.obse.ve. having e.the. four or sixte.n Fe.atoms within a nanocluste.. The.re.ults we.e.confirme. by DFT calculations. Anne.ling the.nanocluste.s at 420 K le.ds to the.formation of nanorow structure., due.to cluste. mobility at such te.pe.ature. Writing at the.nanoscale.using the.de.orption of oxyge. adatoms from the.oxyge.-rich MoO2＋x/Mo（110） surface.is de.onstrate. by scanning tunne.ling microscopy （STM）. High-te.pe.ature.oxidation of the.Mo（110） surface.re.ults in a straine., bulk-like.MOO2（010） ultra-thin film with an O-Mo-O trilaye. structure. Due.to the.lattice.mismatch be.we.n the.Mo（110） and the.MOO2（010）, the.latte. consists of we.l-orde.e. molybde.um oxide.nanorows se.arate. by 2.5 nm. The.MoO2（010）/Mo（110） structure.is confirme. by STM data and de.sity functional the.ry calculations. Furthe. oxidation re.ults in the.oxyge.-rich MoOa^x/Mo（110） surface. which e.hibits pe.fe.tly aligne. double.rows of oxyge. adatoms, image. by STM as bright protrusions. The.e.adatoms can be.re.ove. from the.surface.by scanning （or pulsing） at positive.sample.biase. gre.te. than 1.5 V. Tip move.e.t along the.surface.can be.use. for controlle. lithography （or writing） at the.nanoscale. with a minimum fe.ture.size.of just 3 nm. By moving the.STM tip in a pre.e.e.mine. fashion, information can be.writte. and re.d by applying spe.ific biase. be.we.n the.surface.and the.tip.

The.re.ults indicate.the.growth of a we.l-orde.e. C60 laye. on the.WO2/W（110） surface.in which the.mole.ule. form a close.packe. he.agonal structure.with a unit ce.l parame.e. e.ual to 0.95 nm. The.nucle.tion of the.C60 laye. starts at the.substrate.s inne. ste. e.ge.. Low-te.pe.ature.STM of C60 mole.ule. pe.forme. at 78 K de.onstrate. we.l-re.olve. mole.ular orbitals within individual mole.ule.. In the.C60 monolaye. on the.WO2/W（110） surface. the.mole.ule. are.aligne. in one.dire.tion due.to inte.mole.ular inte.action, as shown by the.orde.e. mole.ular orbitals of individual C60. Introduction: The.aim of this study was to contribute.to improving the.quality of Ge.R manage.e.t in the.ge.e.al surge.y de.artme.t and in the.mate.nity ward of the.Ignace.De.n national hospital, Conakry Unive.sity Hospital. Me.hodology: This was a re.rospe.tive. de.criptive.study lasting two ye.rs (January 1, 2020 to De.e.be. 31, 2022), carrie. out in the.ge.e.al surge.y and gyne.o-obste.rics de.artme.ts of the.Ignace.De.n national hospital, Conakry Unive.sity Hospital. We.include. all patie.ts with a rupture. e.topic pre.nancy who re.e.ve. surgical tre.tme.t during the.study pe.iod. Re.ults: We.colle.te. 13,524 case. of surgical inte.ve.tions in the.two se.vice., among the., we.re.orde. 89 case. or 0.66% Ge.R. The.ave.age.age.of the.patie.ts was 24.26 ye.rs. Bride. we.e.the.most re.re.e.te. with 80.96% of case.. Wome. practicing a libe.al profe.sion we.e.51.69% (n = 46) and house.ive. 26.97% (n = 24). Clinically, ame.orrhe. was note. in all patie.ts, i.e. 100%, abdominal-pe.vic pain in 95.2% (n = 85) of case., me.rorrhagia in 94.08% (n = 84), abdominal-pe.vic se.sitivity in 97.44% (n = 87) of case. and ane.ia in 85.39% of case.. The.Ge.R was ampullary in 69.66% (n = 62) case.. Salpinge.tomy was pe.forme. in 90.72% (n = 81). The.surgical outcome. we.e.satisfactory in 98.87% (n = 88) of case.. We.re.orde. one.case.of surgical site.infe.tion. We.have.not re.orde. any de.ths. The.ave.age.le.gth of hospitalization was 4 days. Conclusion: Ge.R is re.ative.y high in our conte.t. A good unde.standing of the.prognostic factors of Ge.R, aware.e.s and family planning could re.uce.Ge.R.

Introduction: Sple.e.tomy is the.surgical re.oval of the.sple.n. It can be.pe.forme. during various pathologie., ranging from abdominal trauma to he.oglobinopathie.. The.progre.s made.in the.knowle.ge.of the.immune.functions of the.sple.n and the.fe.r of post-sple.e.tomy infe.tious complications have.favore. the.de.e.opme.t of surgical or non-surgical sple.ic pre.e.vation te.hnique. calling into que.tion the.dogma of sple.e.tomy. The.aim of this study was to de.e.mine.the.indications for sple.e.tomy. Me.hodology: This was a re.rospe.tive. de.criptive.study lasting 5 ye.rs in the.ge.e.al surge.y de.artme.t of the.Ignace.De.n National Hospital. All file. of sple.e.tomize. patie.ts we.e.include., our variable. we.e.clinical, the.ape.tic and progre.sive. Re.ults: We.colle.te. 42 case. of sple.e.tomie. out of the.2478 surgical proce.ure. pe.forme., re.re.e.ting 1.7% of the.de.artme.t’s surgical activitie.. The.ave.age.age.was 44 ye.rs. The.age.group of 41 to 50 ye.rs was the.most re.re.e.te., i.e. 26% (n = 11) of case.. Se. ratio = 1. Abdominal pain was the.re.son for consultation in patie.ts, i.e. 100% (n = 42) of case.. The.ante.e.e.ts we.e.dominate. by re.urre.t malaria with 52.3% (n = 22) of case., the. re.urre.t ane.ia in 21% (n = 9), and 16.7% (n = 7) had sickle.ce.l dise.se. Sple.ome.aly was found in 31 patie.ts, or 73.6%. Ultrasound was pe.forme. in all patie.ts. The.indications for sple.e.tomy we.e. isolate. sple.ome.aly with risk of rupture.(38%, n = 16), hype.sple.ism (26%, n = 11) and trauma to the.sple.n (19.04%, n = 8). Total sple.e.tomy was pe.forme. in all case.. The.surgical conse.ue.ce. we.e.favorable.in 85.7%, (n = 36) with morbidity of 14% (n = 6) and mortality of 9.52% (n = 4). The.ave.age.le.gth of hospitalization was 10.4 days with e.tre.e. of 1 and 22 days. Conclusion: Sple.e.tomy constitute. a re.ative.y common surgical proce.ure.in our conte.t. The.aim of this study was to re.ort on the.manage.e.t of ute.ine.tumors in the.ge.e.al surge.y de.artme.t of Ignace.De.n Hospital in Conakry. Me.hodology: This was a re.rospe.tive.study lasting five.(5) ye.rs, from January 1, 2011 to De.e.be. 31, 2015: All comple.e.re.ords of patie.ts with the.diagnosis of a ute.ine.tumor manage. in the.de.artme.t we.e.include.. Our re.ults are.pre.e.te. in table. and figure.. Re.ults: 3200 patie.ts unde.we.t surge.y. Among the., 82 case. conce.ne. ute.ine.tumors, i.e. 2% of the.de.artme.t’s ove.all activity. The.ave.age.age.of our patie.ts was 38.5 ye.rs, with e.tre.e. of 18 and 59 ye.rs. The.age.group most affe.te. was 41 - 50, with a rate.of 39.02%. House.ive. and marrie. civil se.vants we.e.the.socio-profe.sional strata most affe.te., with a pre.ominance.of marrie. wome.. Introduction: The.aim of this study was to re.ort the.indications and e.aluate.the.re.ults of vulve.tomy in the.ge.e.al surge.y de.artme.t of Ignace.De.n Hospital, CHU Conakry. Mate.ials and Me.hods: This was a re.rospe.tive.de.criptive.study, conducte. ove. a pe.iod of five.(05) ye.rs from January 1, 2018 to De.e.be. 31, 2022, in the.ge.e.al surge.y de.artme.t of Ignace.De.n Hospital, CHU Conakry. We.include. in our study all patie.t re.ords in whom vulve.tomy was pe.forme.. Re.ults: We.re.orde. 15 case. of vulve.tomy out of 453 pe.ine.l surge.ie., i.e. 3.31%, with a me.n age.of 43.56 ye.rs and e.tre.e. of 35 and 69 ye.rs. Vulvar cance. was the.most common diagnosis (46.67%), followe. by Buschke.Lowe.ste.n (33.33%) and anal canal cance. e.te.ding to the.vulva (20%). Six patie.ts had unde.gone.biopsy (40%). Vulve.tomy with lymph node.disse.tion was pe.forme. in only 9 patie.ts (60%), and all surgical spe.ime.s we.e.se.t to anatomical pathology (100%). Introduction: OSD is a growth oste.chondrosis affe.ting the.apophyse.l cartilage.of the.ante.ior tibial tube.osity of the.kne., 20 to 30% of young growing athle.e. suffe. from this pathology, de.cribe. by Osgood and Schlatte. in 1903. Obje.tive. To re.ort 2 obse.vations and re.ie. the.lite.ature. Obse.vation 1: This was a 14-ye.r-old Guine.n te.nage., Halpoular, living in Conakry, a right-hande. footballe. who pre.e.te. with a painful swe.ling of the.right kne. that looke. me.hanical, whose.fathe. had HLA B27 positive.ankylosing spondylitis. X-ray of the.right kne. showe. fragme.tation of the.ante.ior tibial tube.ositie., and ossicle.with e.e.a of the.pate.lar te.dons at stage.4 according to e.re.bord and Lage.gre. (1961). Thus, the.dise.se.of OSD is re.aine., He.re.e.ve. 120 mg of diclofe.ac, 20 mg ome.razole.for 1 month and the.ce.sation of sports activity, the.e.olution was favorably marke. by the.re.re.sion of pain. Obse.vation 2: A 16-ye.r-old girl, initials M.L.T, Guine.n, re.iding in Coyah (Re.ublic of Guine.), a handball playe., consulte. for inte.se.pain (VAS: 8/10) in he. kne.s afte. a viole.t shock re.e.ve. whe. she.hit the.post. The.physical e.amination found a painful, soft swe.ling at the.ante.ior tibial tube.osity of the.right kne., the.re.t of the.e.amination was normal. The.X-ray of the.right kne. shows fragme.tation of the.ante.ior tibial tube.osity, and ossicle.with e.e.a of the.pate.lar te.don at stage.4 according to e.re.bord and Lage.gre. 1961, thus the.OSD dise.se.is re.aine., the.tre.tme.t institute. was 120 mg of diclofe.ac, the.ce.sation of sports activity which give. a good e.olution (e.A at 2/10). The.de.e.opme.tal traje.tory le.ding to SSD may he.p us to unde.stand how se.e.tion acts on male.and fe.ale.size. He.e. we.de.cribe.the.growth and de.e.opme.t of two Australian praying mantids, Pse.domantis albofimbriata and Hie.odula majuscula including the.numbe. of moults, time.to adulthood, size.at e.ch moult, and the.de.re. of SSD. While.both spe.ie. e.hibit the.common patte.n of fe.ale.biase. SSD, the.numbe. of moults re.uire. for individuals to re.ch adulthood diffe.e. be.we.n male. and fe.ale. and be.we.n spe.ie.. De.pite.the.r large. adult size. P. albofimbriata fe.ale. re.uire.fe.e. moults and le.s time.than male. to re.ch adulthood, but are.significantly large. than male. from the.se.ond instar onwards. In contrast, H. majuscula male. re.che. adulthood in fe.e. moults, and le.s time.than fe.ale., howe.e. male. and fe.ale. did not diffe. in size.until fe.ale. we.t through the.r final moult into adulthood. H. majuscula also re.uire. more.time.and more.moults to re.ch adulthood than 17. albofimbriata. We.discuss the.e.diffe.e.t de.e.opme.tal pathways in light of the.e.isting knowle.ge.of re.roductive.biology for e.ch spe.ie..
