The extensive application of modern information and communication technology in the power system through the in-depth integration of the information system and the power system has led to the gradual development of the cyberphysical power system(CPPS).While advanced information technology increases the safety and reliability of power system operations,it also increases the risks of fault propagation.To improve the reliability of CPPS from the perspective of power communication routing,it is proposed that the CPPS model and vulnerability assessment of power node reflect the correlation between information and energy flows with the service impact on power grid operation,which is an important index for evaluating communication services.According to the distribution of services at the different important levels on the links,the importance of the cross-layer link is established as the vulnerability evaluation index of the communication network.Then,the routing optimization model is proposed in combination with the service transmission risk under cyber-attack and the operating characteristics of the information system,which is solved through an improved fast-convergent genetic algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed method allocates the alternate route to the low-risk link without significantly increasing the delay of the main route,which effectively improves the power supply reliability of CPPS in extreme cyber-attack scenarios.

先进信息通信技术提升了电力系统可观可控性,同时也加剧了故障的跨空间传播风险。针对这一问题,该文提出一种考虑信息系统监测和控制功能与电力系统耦合作用的关键输电线路辨识方法。根据信息网与电力网之间的多重耦合关系,分别以断路器和发电机作为信息–物理交互作用点,建立监测功能模型和控制功能模型,分析其失效对电力网连锁故障传播的影响,在此基础上,建立基于攻防博弈双层优化模型的关键线路辨识方法。上层模型以负荷损失最大为目标制定线路攻击策略,下层模型以负荷削减量最小为目标制定发电机出力方案。采用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT)条件将其转化为单层混合整数线性规划模型求解。仿真结果表明,信息网对电力网的依赖程度是影响事故规模的重要因素,所提方法能够综合考虑供能和监控等耦合关系以及信息系统的运行特点,通过模拟故障传播过程中系统的响应能力,提高了辨识结果的精确性。

Transformer作为一种建立在自注意力机制上的新颖神经网络模型,其所具有的高度并行化计算结构和有效捕捉序列长期依赖性的能力为短期电力负荷预测带来了新的发展空间。舍弃递归与卷积结构为提取序列关联性提供便利,同时也导致信息碎片化。为充分挖掘注意力模型潜力,提出了一种基于循环扩张机制的卷积门控循环单元(Convolutional Gated Recurrent Unit,ConvGRU)-Transformer短期电力负荷预测方法。针对输入序列分割影响长期特征提取的问题,提出一种循环扩张注意力机制,在提高计算效率的同时扩大了学习视野。为保证注意力视野扩大后信息位置的一致性,建立了一种基于ConvGRU的全局位置编码方法。实验结果表明与常规方法相比,所提方法有更高的预测精度和良好的可解释性。

ti44Zr32Ni22Cu2 and ti41Zr29Ni28Cu2 alloys were prepared by the melt-spinning method. The phase structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and the electrochemical performances of the melt-spun alloys were investigated. The results indicated that the ti44Zr32Ni22Cu2 alloy was composed of the icosahedral quasicrystals and amorphous phases,and the ti41Zr29Ni28Cu2 alloy comprised icosahedral quasicrystals,amorphous,and Laves phases. The maximum discharge capacity was 141 mAh/g for the ti44Zr32Ni22Cu2 alloy and 181 mAh/g for the ti41Zr29Ni28Cu2 alloy,respectively. The ti41Zr29Ni28Cu2 alloy also showed a better high-rate dischargeability and cycling stability. The better electrochemical properties should be ascribed to the high content of Ni,which was beneficial to the electrochemical kinetic properties and made the alloy more resistant to oxidation,as well as to the Laves phase in the ti41Zr29Ni28Cu2 alloy,which could work as the electro-catalyst and the micro-current collector.

针对ti微合金化高强钢带力学性能波动的问题,进行炼钢生产工艺优化,开展不同工艺对低合金高强钢热轧钢带力学性能影响的研究。原炼钢工艺为先将钢水在氩站进行钛合金化,然后直接送连铸机浇铸。为了进一步提高钢水洁净度、改善产品质量、增强力学性能稳定性,在原炼钢工艺中增加LF精炼工序,并进行新工艺试验。结果表明:钢水经过LF精炼处理,钢中硫含量从0.010%左右降低到0.005%左右,tiN夹杂物颗粒尺寸减小到10μm以内,能够使ti微合金化高强钢热轧钢带的纵向冲击功提高43 J、横向冲击功提高38.9 J,并且具有良好的0℃低温冲击性能,保持产品力学性能稳定。

Ammonia borane(AB) can be catalytically hydrolyzed to provide hydrogen at room temperature due to its high potentaial for hydrogen storage. Non-precious metal heterogeneous catalysts have broad application in the field of energy catalysis. In this article, catalysts precursor is obtained from Co-ti-resorcinol-formaldehyde resin by sol–gel method. Co/tiO_(2)@N-C(CTC) catalyst is prepared by calcining the precursor under high temperature conditions in nitrogen atmosphere. Co-CoO_x/tiO_(2)@N-C(COTC) is generated by the controllable oxidation reaction of CTC. The catalyst can effectively promote the release of hydrogen during the hydrolytic dehydrogenation of AB. High hydrogen generation at a specific rate of 5905 m L min^(-1) g_(Co)^(-1) is achieved at room temperature. The catalyst retains its 85% initial catalytic activity even for its fifth time use in AB hydrolysis. The synergistic effect among Co, Co_(3)O_(4) and tiO_(2) promotes the rate limiting step with dissociation and activation of water molecules by reducing its activation energy. The applied method in this study promotes the development of non-precious metals in catalysis for utilization in clean energy sources.

The maximum discharge capacity was 111 mAh/g for the ti45Zr30Ni25 alloy electrode, and 124 mAh/g for the ti45Zr30Ni25La alloy electrode. The ti45Zr30Ni25La alloy electrode exhibited a better high-rate dischargeability and cycling stability than the ti45Zr30Ni25 alloy electrode. The improvement of electrochemical properties was mainly ascribed to the increase in the amorphous phase due to the addition of La.

The ice core dust particulate sampled from Mt. Xixabangma has been analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectrometer （XPS） and scanning electron microscope with energy dispersion X-ray analysis （SEM/EDAX）. The results show that the contents of SO42- and SO32- in the surface layer of the dust are significantly higher than those in the subsurface layer （with the exception of organic sulfide）. This difference indicates that the surface SOx has been captured and then chemically converted by the atmospheric dust particulate before its deposition with snow, which is obviously different from those inner layer sulfates and sulfites contained by dust itself. In addition, it has been determined by SEM/EDAX that the dust contains relatively high concentrations of transition metal elements such as Fe and ti oxides which could function as photocatalysts to the conversion of SOx adhered on the surface of the dust, and consequently accelerate the deposition of SOx to snow.
