为提高热电池保温棉缠绕工艺的效率与质量,基于数字孪生技术开发了一种保温棉自动缠绕系统。首先,利用NX MCD软件创建保温棉自动缠绕装置的数字孪生映射结构模型,并通过TIA Portal软件实现了模型与实际物理装置以及控制设备之间的信息交互和状态检测,以更准确地反映缠绕动作及状态。然后,建立保温棉自动缠绕过程的力学模型,以深入分析缠绕机理。接着,通过有限元动力学仿真研究了缠绕张力和电堆转速对保温棉缠绕效果的影响,并将仿真结果导入数字孪生系统,以优化数字孪生结构层和控制层程序。最后,通过联合调试成功实现了保温棉缠绕自动化并生产出包覆效果良好的热电池电堆。所采用的研究方法有效地提高了研发效率、加速了设计过程以及降低了试错成本,可为缠绕包装自动化装配研究提供参考。

Steel frames equipped with buckling restrained braces(BRBs)have been increasingly applied in earthquake-prone areas given their excellent capacity for resisting lateral ***,special attention has been paid to the seismic risk assessment(SRA)of such structures,e.g.,seismic fragility *** approaches,e.g.,nonlinear finite element simulation(NFES),are computationally inefficient for SRA analysis particularly for large-scale steel BRB frame *** this study,amachine learning(ML)-based seismic fragility analysis framework is established to effectively assess the risk to structures under seismic loading *** optimal artificial neural network model can be trained using calculated damage and intensity measures,a technique which will be used to compute the fragility curves of a steel BRB frame instead of employing *** results show that a highly efficient instantaneous failure probability assessment can be made with the proposed framework for realistic large-scale building structures.

Based on the multiple stripes analysis method,an investigation of the estimation of aleatory randomness by S_(a)(T_(1))-based intensity measures(IMs)in the fragility analysis is carried out for two typical low-and mediumrise reinforced concrete(RC)frame structures with 4 and 8 stories,*** sensitivity of the aleatory randomness estimated in fragility curves to various S_(a)(T_(1))-based IMs is analyzed at three damage limit states,i.e.,immediate occupancy,life safety,and collapse *** addition,the effect of characterization methods of bidirectional ground motion intensity on the record-to-record variability is *** is found that the damage limit state of the structure has an important influence on the applicability of the ground motion *** S_(a)(T_(1))-based IMs,considering the effect of softened period,can maintain lower record-to-record variability in the three limit states,and the S_(a)(T_(1))-based IMs,considering the effect of higher modes,do not show their advantage over S_(a)(T_(1)).Furthermore,the optimal multiplier C and exponentαin the dual-parameter ground motion IM are proposed to obtain a lower record-to-record variability in the fragility analysis of different damage limit ***,the improved dual-parameter ground motion IM is applied in the risk assessment of the 8-story frame structure.

Peridynamics(PD)is a widely used theory to simulate discontinuities,but its application in real-world structural problems is somewhat limited due to the relatively *** numerical substructure method(NSM)presented by the authors and co-workers provides an efficient approach for modeling structures with local nonlinearities,which is usually restricted in problems of continuum *** this paper,an approach is presented to couple the PD theory with the NSM for modeling structures with local discontinuities,taking advantage of the powerful capability of the PD for discontinuities simulation and high computational efficiency of the *** structure is simulated using liner elastic finite element(FE)model while the local cracking regions are isolated and simulated using a PD substructure model.A force corrector calculated from the PD model is applied on the FE model to consider the effect of *** PD is integrated in the substructure model using interface elements with embedded PD *** equations of motions of both the NSM system and the PD substructure are solved using the central difference *** examples of two-dimensional(2D)concrete cantilever beams under the concentrated force are investigated to verify the proposed coupling approach.

In this work, inspired by advances in twisted two-dimensional materials, we design and study a new type of optical bi-layer metasurface system, which is based on subwavelength metal slit arrays with phase-gradient modulation, referred to as metagratings(MGs). It is shown that due to the found reversed diffraction law, the interlayer interaction that can be simply adjusted by the gap size can produce a transition from optical beam splitting to high-efficiency asymmetric transmission of incident light from two opposite directions. Our results provide new physics and some advantages for designing subwavelength optical devices to realize efficient wavefront manipulation and one-way propagation.

Grassland biomass is an important parameter of grassland *** complexity of the grassland canopy vegetation spectrum makes the long-term assessment of grassland growth a *** studies have explored the original spectral information of typical grasslands in Inner Mongolia and examined the influence of spectral information on aboveground biomass(AGB)*** order to improve the accuracy of vegetation index inversion of grassland AGB,this study combined ground and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)remote sensing technology and screened sensitive bands through ground hyperspectral data transformation and correlation *** narrow band vegetation indices were calculated,and ground and airborne hyperspectral inversion models were ***,the accuracy of the model was *** results showed that:(1)The vegetation indices constructed based on the ASD FieldSpec 4 and the UAV were significantly correlated with the dry and fresh weight of AGB.(2)The comparison between measured R^(2) with the prediction R^(2) indicated that the accuracy of the model was the best when using the Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index(SAVI)as the independent variable in the analysis of AGB(fresh weight/dry weight)and four narrow-band vegetation *** SAVI vegetation index showed better applicability for biomass monitoring in typical grassland areas of Inner Mongolia.(3)The obtained ground and airborne hyperspectral data with the optimal vegetation index suggested that the dry weight of AGB has the best fitting effect with airborne hyperspectral data,where y=17.962e^(4.672x),the fitting R^(2) was 0.542,the prediction R^(2)was 0.424,and RMSE and REE were 57.03 and 0.65,***,established vegetation indices by screening sensitive bands through hyperspectral feature analysis can significantly improve the inversion accuracy of typical grassland biomass in Inner *** with ground monitoring,airborne hyperspectral monitoring better reflec

为充分利用建筑结构在地震作用下的局部非线性特征,采用数值子结构方法将原本复杂的非线性结构分析转化为主结构等效线弹性分析和屈服构件隔离子结构非线性分析,可有效兼顾计算效率和模拟精度。然而,该方法中主结构串行计算,其应用于超大规模结构的非线性分析中仍有一定局限性。为此,将数值子结构方法与传统的区域分解法相结合,提出了数值子结构并行计算方法。将整体结构划分为若干弹性子域,各子域同时进行等效线弹性分析,子域内屈服构件由隔离子结构进行非线性分析。在子域回代求解时,设计了降阶的牛顿迭代算法,以子域内屈服构件单元的位移场作为基本未知量,可进一步降低子域迭代分析的矩阵运算规模。以一15层3跨平面钢框架结构的地震弹塑性全过程分析为例进行数值模拟,结果表明,所提出的方法准确、可靠,当应用于具有局部材料非线性的大规模结构分析时,该方法可以大幅降低矩阵运算规模,显著提高计算效率,将大问题简化为若干小的子问题,可实现更大、更复杂结构的非线性分析。
