Effect of Three-High Rotary Piercing Process on Microstructure,Texture and Mechanical Properties of Magnesium Alloy Seamless Tube

Mg alloy seamless tubes(MASTs)were prepared through three-high rotary piercing process,effect of billet temperature,feed angle and plug advance on microstructure,texture and mechanical properties of tubes were *** effect on the deformation mechanism and improving mechanical properties mechanism of this process for MASTs were *** results show that the grain size could be refined to 11.3-31.1%of the initial grain size and the microstructure was more uniform due to the accumulation of *** formation of high strain gradient at the grain boundary activated the non-basal *** piercing process could change the grain orientation of as-extruded billet and eliminate the initial basal texture to produce new favorable *** the process could accelerate the continuous dynamic recrystallization *** piercing,yield strength of pierced tubes decreased by 6.7%,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and elongation increased by 32.4 and 45%,respectively,at optimal *** plate-shapedβ_(1)-Mg_(17)Al_(12) orientation transformed from basal plates to prismatic plates,facilitating the increase in UTS and *** decrease size of nanoscale precipitates could reduce the cracking *** critical resolved shear stress ratios of pyramidal(10−11)slip and(11−22)slip to basal slip for the sample including prismatic plates both decreased compared to that including basal *** could enhance the ductility of tube ***,grain boundary sliding could contribute to a better ductility via coordinating deformation and reducing stress concentration during piercing process.

Mg-6Zn-2X(Fe/Cu/Ni)alloys were prepared through semi-continuous casting,with the aim of identifying a degradable magnesium(Mg)alloy suitable for use in fracturing balls.A comparative analysis was conducted to assess the impacts of adding Cu and Ni,which result in finer grains and the formation of galvanic corrosion *** electronic microscopy examination revealed that precipitated phases concentrated at grain boundaries,forming a semi-continuous network structure that facilitated corrosion penetration in Mg-6Zn-2Cu and Mg-6Zn-2Ni *** corrosion was observed in Mg-6Zn-2Fe,while galvanic corrosion was identified as the primary mechanism in Mg-6Zn-2Cu and Mg-6Zn-2Ni *** the tests,the Mg-6Zn-2Ni alloy exhibited the highest corrosion rate(approximately 932.9 mm/a)due to its significant potential *** testing showed that Mg-6Zn-2Ni alloy possessed suitable ultimate compressive strength,making it a potential candidate material for degradable fracturing balls,effectively addressing the challenges of balancing strength and degradation rate in fracturing applications.

Multiscale microstructural consideration of enhanced shear strength in TiAl intermetallic/K4169 alloy composite joints prepared by vacuum brazing with(Ti,Zr)-Ni-based amorphous filler metal

TiAl intermetallic could be used to replace Ni-based alloy in assemblies to generate excellent specific strength.A(Ti,Zr)-Ni-based amorphous filler metal Ti_(21.25)Zr_(25)Ni_(25)Cu_(18.75)(at.%)was designed using a cluster-plus-glue-atom model to successfully vacuum braze K4169 and TiAl bimetallic *** various brazing temperatures and holding time,the quantitative relationships between lattice distortion,grain boundary,dislocation density,and hardness,elastic modulus,shear strength of the joints were ***,the fracture mechanism of the joints was *** brazed seam mainly consisted of solid diffusion reaction layers(ZonesⅠandⅢ)and filler metal residue zone(ZoneⅡ).When the brazing temperature increased to 1030℃,grain refinement occurred in the brazed ***Ⅰwas primarily composed of(Ni)ss[0-11]+TiNi[011]/(Cr,Fe,Ni)ss[0-11]/(Ti,Zr)Ni[0-1-1]+(Cr,Fe,Ni)ss[0-11].The(Ti,Zr)(Ni,Cu)[001]and(Ti,Zr)(Ni,Cu)[101]intermetallic compound-based solid solutions were formed in ZoneⅡ.And the lattice distortion of(Ti,Zr)(Ni,Cu)[101]and(Ti,Zr)(Ni,Cu)[001]was 32.05%and 14.82%,*** a result,the proportion of low angle grain boundaries(LAGBs)and deformed grains in ZoneⅡrose to 38.6%and 38.7%.In ZonesⅠandⅢ,the proportion of LAGBs reduced to 8%and 3.4%,*** the holding time increased,the long-range diffusion of Al in ZoneⅡcaused the(Ti,Zr)(Ni,Cu)[001]with cubic structure to transform into(Ti,Zr)(Ni,Cu,Al)[00-1]with hexagonal crystal system structure,where the lattice distortion was 4.42%and 10.49%for a and *** 1030℃/10 min,the average geometrically nec-essary dislocation densities(GNDs)in ZonesⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere 9.87×10^(14)m^(-2),8.55×10^(14)m^(-2)and 11.4×10^(14)m^(-2),***,the shear strength of joints reached 322 MPa due to the lattice distortion,dislocation strengthening and fine grain ***,the plastic and brittle hard phases were generated in ZoneⅡand displayed a mechanical interlocking structure tha

Osteoporosis is a metabolic dysregulation of bone that occurs mainly in postmenopausal women,and the hyperfunction of osteoclasts is the primary contributor to postmenopausal ***,the development of effective therapeutic drugs and precise delivery systems remains a challenge in the field of anti-absorption ***,we reported theα-cyperone(α-CYP)for anti-osteoporosis and developed a liposome-based nano-drug delivery system ofα-CYP,that specifically targets the bone resorption ***,we found that theα-CYP,one of the major sesquiterpenes of Cyperus rotundus L.,attenuated the progression of osteoporosis in ovariectomized(OVX)mice and down-regulated the expression of phosphorylated proteins of phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)and protein kinase B(Akt),causing down-regulation of osteoclast-related genes/proteins and curbing osteoclast ***,α-CYP reversed the activation of osteoclastic differentiation and enhanced osteoporosis-related proteins expression caused by PI3K/Akt agonist(YS-49).More importantly,we adopted the osteoclastic resorption surface targeting peptide Asp8 and constructed the liposome(lipαC@Asp8)to deliverα-CYP to osteoclasts and confirmed its anti-osteoporosis effect and enhanced osteoclast inhibition by blocking PI3K/Akt *** conclusion,this study demonstrated thatα-CYP inhibits osteoclast differentiation and osteoporosis development by silencing PI3K/Akt pathway,and the liposome targeting delivery systems loaded withα-CYP might provide a novel and effective strategy to treat osteoporosis.

Reduced magma generation and its implications for the Pulang giant porphyry Cu-polymetallic deposit in Northwest Yunnan,China

The Pulang giant porphyry Cu-Mo polymetallic deposit is located in the Zhongdian area in the center of the Sanjiang Tethys tectonic domain,which was formed by the westward subduction of the Garze-Litang oceanic slab beneath the Zhongza ***-pyrrhotite-pyritemolybdenite occurs as disseminations,veins,veinlets,and stockworks distributed in the K-silicate alteration zone in the monzonite porphyry,which is superimposed by *** chemical compositions of biotite and amphibole analyzed by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)indicate that the ore-forming magma and exsolved fluids experienced a continuous decrease in the oxygen fugacity(fO_(2)).Primary amphibolite and biotite(type I)crystallized at relatively high temperatures(744-827°C)and low fO_(2)(log fO_(2)=−12.26 to−11.91)during the magmatic *** fluids exsolved from the magma have a relatively lower temperature(621-711°C)and fO_(2)(log fO_(2)=−14.36 to−13.32)than the original *** addition,the presence of a high abundance of pyrrhotite and an insufficiency of primary magnetite and sulfate in the ore(i.e.,anhydrite and gypsum)indicate that the deposit may be a reduced porphyry *** and fluid fO_(2)results,combined with previous research on magmatic fO_(2)at the Pulang deposit,indicate that the magma associated with the reduced Pulang ore assemblages was initially generated as a highly oxidized magma that was subsequently reduced by sedimentary rocks of the Tumugou Formation.

Phase evolution,hydrogen storage thermodynamics,and kinetics of ternary Mg98Ho1.5Fe0.5 alloy

Rare earth elements and transition metals have been found to improve the hydrogen storage characteristics of magnesium-based *** study investigated the Mg-Ho-Fe（MHF） ternary alloy prepared using the vacuum induction melting technique.X-ray diffraction（XRD）,scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,pressure-composition-temperature（PCT）,and differential scanning calorimetry（DSC） were used to analyze the alloy's phase transitions,microstructure,thermodynamics,and kinetic *** results reveal that the Mg98Ho1.5Fe0.5alloy forms a solid solution with Ho and Fe in the magnesium *** hydrogen absorption,the activated alloy transforms into a mixture of Mg/MgH2phases and nanoscale ***,only the MgH2phase decomposes during hydrogen desorption,while the HoH2phase remains unchanged,exhibiting a positive catalytic *** alloy demonstrates excellent hydrogen absorption kinetics,achieving a capacity of 5.56 wt% H2within 10 min at 360℃,owing to the combined catalytic effects of Ho and *** activation energy for hydrogen desorption is found to be 135.87 kJ/mol,which is lower than that of the activation energies of pure MgH2and MgFe alloys,indicating an enhancement in desorption ***,the enthalpy and entropy changes for hydrogen absorption and desorption are determined to be-70.51 kJ/mol H2,-125.62 J/（K·mol） H2,72.83 kJ/mol H2,and 128.95 J/（K·mol） H2,***,it is worth noting that the thermodynamic properties of the alloy are improved due to the catalytic effect of Ho and Fe.

Light plays an important role in the photosynthesis and metabolic process of ***,how different light conditions regulate the biomass production and protein accumulation of microalgae is mostly *** this study,the influence of different light conditions,including light colors,densities,and light:dark cycles on the cell growth and biochemical composition of Spirulina platensis was symmetrically *** different colored lights,*** all shows an increase trend within the increased light intensity ranges;however,each showing different optimal light *** the same light intensity,different colored lights show different growth rate of *** following the sequence of red>white>green>yellow>*** maximum growth rate and protein accumulation were determined as 21.88 and 5.10 mg/(L·d)when illuminated under red *** energy efficiency of different light sources was calculated and ranked as red>white>blue≈green>*** analysis suggests that red light can promote cell growth and protein accumulation by upregulating genes related to photosynthesis,carbon fixation,and C-N metabolism *** study provides a conducive and efficient way to promote biomass production and protein accumulation of *** by regulating light conditions.

证据法是规制证据运用与事实认定的法律规范。我国刑事诉讼法有关证据规定目前已具备了现代刑事证据制度的基本要素和体系框架,但还存在内容陈旧和结构失衡的问题。《刑事诉讼法》再修改宜采用“软件升级”的方法,从确立以相关性原则为主线的逻辑理念和以基本权利保障为取向的价值理念入手,以证据理念更新推动现代刑事证据制度发展。在制度层面,应完善举证、质证和认证制度,为庭审实质化创造条件;在规则层面,应完善证据排除规则,促进刑事证据法从合法性“一枝独秀”到可采性“春色满园”的结构性转变,贯彻直接言词原则或借鉴传闻排除规则,推动非法证据排除规则进一步完善。
