Kimberlite,one of the deepest known magmatic rocks on Earth,offers valuable glimpses into the deep mantle composition(Woodhead et al.,2019),craton structure(Gardiner et al.,2020),global geodynamic variation(Tappe et al.,2018),and diamond formation(Giuliani et al.,2023..The accurate determination of the emplacement of this special rock is crucial for revealing such ***,dating kimberlite is challenging due to its silica-poor,volatile-rich,strongly altered,and hybrid nature(Mitchell et al.,2019).Zircon is unsuitable for dating kimberlite and related rocks due to its preference for crystallizing in intermediate to felsic melts(Gervasoni et al.,2016)rather than silica-poor *** if present,zircon is prone to Pb loss through hydrothermal alteration(Zi et al.,2022)in a volatile-rich system like kimberlitic magmas.

The relationship mechanism between the material pore structures and cathodic iodine chemistry plays a vital role in efficient Zn-I_(2) batteries,but is unclear,retarding further *** work innovatively indicates a great contribution of∼2.5nm pore structure of nanocarbons to efficient iodine adsorption,rapid I^(−)↔I_(2) conversion,and polyiodide inhibition,via scrupulously designing catalysts with controllable pore sizes *** I_(2)-loading within the designed nitrogen-doped nanocarbons can reach up to as high as 60.8 wt%.The batteries based on the cathode deliver impressive performances with a large capacity of 178.8 mAh/g and long-term cycling stability more than 4000 h at 5.0 ***,these is no polyiodide such as I_(3.−and I_(5)−detected during the charge-discharge processes from comprehensive electrochemical cyclic voltammetry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and Raman *** work provides a novel knowledge-guided concept for rational pore design,promising better Zn-I_(2) batteries,which is also hoped to benefit other advanced energy technologies,such as Li-S,Li-ion,and Al-I_(2) batteries.

Transition metal phosphides(TMPs)have emerged as an alternative to precious metals as efficient and low-cost catalysts for water *** doping and morphology control are effective approaches to further improve the performance of ***,Fe-doped CoP nanoframes(Fe-CoP NFs)with specific open cage configuration were designed and *** unique nano-framework structured Fe-CoP material shows overpotentials of only 255 and 122 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2)for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),respectively,overwhelming most transition metal *** overall water splitting,the cell voltage is 1.65 V for Fe-CoP NFs at a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2),much superior to what is observed for the classical nanocubic ***-CoP NFs show no activity degradation up to 100 h which contrasts sharply with the rapidly decaying performance of noble metal catalyst *** superior electrocatalytic performance of Fe-CoP NFs due to abundant accessible active sites,reduced kinetic energy barrier,and preferable*O-containing intermediate adsorption is demonstrated through experimental observations and theoretical *** findings could provide a potential method for the preparation of multifunctional material with hollow structures and offer more hopeful prospects for obtaining efficient earth-abundant catalysts for water splitting.

Low Earth Orbit(LEO)multibeam satellites will be widely used in the next generation of satellite communication systems,whose inter-beam interference will inevitably limit the performance of the whole *** precoding such as Tomlinson-Harashima precoding(THP)algorithm has been proved to be a promising technology to solve this problem,which has smaller noise amplification effect compared with linear ***,the similarity of different user channels(defined as channel correlation)will degrade the performance of THP *** this paper,we qualitatively analyze the inter-beam interference in the whole process of LEO satellite over a specific coverage area,and the impact of channel correlation on Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)of receivers when THP is *** user grouping algorithm is proposed based on the analysis of channel correlation,which could decrease the number of users with high channel correlation in each precoding group,thus improve the performance of ***,our algorithm is designed under the premise of co-frequency deployment and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM),which leads to more users under severe inter-beam interference compared to the existing research on geostationary orbit satellites broadcasting *** results show that the proposed user grouping algorithm possesses higher channel capacity and better bit error rate(BER)performance in high SNR conditions relative to existing works.

In the research field of energy storage dielectrics,the“responsivity”parameter,defined as the recyclable/recoverable energy density per unit electric field,has become critically important for a comprehensive evaluation of the energy storage capability of a *** this work,high recyclable energy density and responsivity,i.e.,W_(rec)=161.1 J·cm^(-3. and ξ=3.3.8 J·(kV·m^(2))^(-1),have been simultaneously achieved in a prototype perovskite dielectric,BaTiO_(3.,which is integrated on Si at 500℃ in the form of a submicron thick *** ferroelectric film features a multi-scale polar structure consisting of ferroelectric grains with different orientations and inner-grain ferroelastic domains.A LaNiO_(3. buffer layer is used to induce a{001}textured,columnar nanograin microstructure,while an elevated deposition temperature promotes lateral growth of the nanograins(in-plane diameter increases from~10-20 nm at lower temperatures to~3. nm).These preferably oriented and periodically regulated nanograins have resulted in a small remnant polarization and a delayed polarization saturation in the film’s P-E behavior,leading to a high recyclable energy ***,an improved polarizability/dielectric constant of the BaTiO_(3. film has produced a much larger maximum polarization than those deposited at lower temperatures at the same electric field,leading to a record-breaking responsivity for this simple perovskite.

Global adaptive output-feedback tracking with prescribed performance for uncertain nonlinear systems

At present, one typical control strategy for guaranteeing transient and steady-state performance is funnel control and prescribed performance control. The strategy features completely discarding the system nonlinearities, even if they are completely known and available. Such an intrinsic feature requires the controller to produce a larger control effect to eliminate the negative impact caused by the high nonlinearities, leading to a conservative controller. In this paper, we fully take advantage of known information on nonlinearities in control design, instead of completely discarding it as done in funnel control. Particularly, we leverage adaptive techniques(i.e., high-gain dynamic compensation) to deal with unknown system nonlinearities. Meanwhile, we integrate the tools of output feedback, tracking control, and the performance *** such, an adaptive output-feedback scheme is developed for global tracking with spatiotemporal performance specifications: arbitrarily given tracking accuracy and accuracy-ensured time. A simulation example supports the developed approach.

In this work,dielectric ultracapacitors were designed and fabricated using a combination of phase boundary and nanograin *** ultracapacitors are based on submicron-thick Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_(3. ferroelectric films sputterdeposited on Si at 500℃.With a composition near a polymorphic phase boundary(PPB),a compressive strain,and a high nucleation rate due to the lowered deposition temperature,these films exhibit a columnar nanograined microstructure with gradient phases along the growth *** a microstructure presents three-dimensional polarization inhomogeneities on the nanoscale,thereby significantly delaying the saturation of the overall electric ***,a pseudolinear,ultraslim polarization(P)-electric field(E)hysteresis loop was obtained,featuring a high maximum applicable electric field(~5.7 MV/cm),low remnant polarization(~5.2μC/cm^(2))and high maximum polarization(~92.1μC/cm^(2)).This P-E loop corresponds to a high recyclable energy density(W_(rec)~208 J/cm^(3.)and charge‒discharge efficiency(~88%).An indepth electron microscopy study revealed that the gradient ferroelectric phases consisted of tetragonal(T)and rhombohedral(R)polymorphs along the growth direction of the *** T-rich phase is abundant near the bottom of the film and gradually transforms into the R-rich phase near the *** films also exhibited a high Curie temperature of~460℃and stable capacitive energy storage up to 200℃.These results suggest a feasible pathway for the design and fabrication of high-performance dielectric film capacitors.

The southern Ordos Basin has excellent petroleum exploration ***,the tectono-thermal history and the controls on petroleum generation,accumulation and preservation conditions in southern basin are *** this study,we analyzed the present geothermal field,paleo-geothermal gradient,maturity of the hydrocarbon source rocks,uplift and cooling process and tectono-thermal evolution *** the study area,for the Ordovician,Permain and the Triassic strata,the present temperature is low(3.70℃)in the southeastern area but high(80140℃)in the northwestern *** paleogeothermal gradient varied from 24℃/km to 3.℃/km with a heat flow of 58—69 m W/m^(2)(i.e.,a medium-temperature basin).The paleo-temperatures are higher than the present temperatures and the maximum paleo-temperatures controlled the thermal maturity of the source *** vitrinite reflectance(Ro)values of the Triassic strata are>0.7%and the thermal maturity reached the middlemature oil generation *** Rovalues of the Permian-Ordovician strata are>1.8%and the thermal maturity reached the over-mature gas generation *** southern Ordos Basin has experienced the multiple tectonic events at the Late Ordovician Caledonian(452 Ma),Late Triassic(215 Ma),Late Jurassic(165160 Ma),End-Early Cretaceous(110100 Ma)and Cenozoic(since 40 Ma).A large-scale tectonothermal event occurred at the End-Early Cretaceous(110100 Ma),which was controlled by lithospheric extension,destruction and *** event led to the highest paleo-temperatures and thermal maturities and coeval with the peak period of petroleum generation and *** southern Ordos Basin has undergone rapid and large-scale uplift since the Late Cretaceous due to expansion of the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,uplift of the Qinling orogenic belt and thrust faulting in the Liupanshan tectonic *** southern Ordos Basin experienced tectonic overprinting that was strong in the south and weak in the *** str
