摘要: 随着上海市经济的突飞猛进和城市化的日新月异,随之而来的城市水污染问题也愈演愈烈。据上海市2003年水资源公报反映:全市16条主要骨干河道中, Ⅱ、Ⅲ类水断面占13.11%, Ⅳ类水断面占28.17%, Ⅴ类和劣于Ⅴ类水断面占58.12%1。
