In the background of f(R,L_(m))gravity,this work investigates three distinct dark matter halo profiles to test the possibility of generalised wormhole geometry within the galactic halo *** current study aims to accomplish these goals by examining various dark matter profiles including universal rotation curves(URC),Navarro-Frenk-White(NFW)model-Ⅰ,and NFW model-Ⅱinside two distinct f(R,L_(m))gravity *** to the f(R,L_(m))=R/2+L^(a)_(m)model,the dark matter(DM)halo density profiles produce suitable shape functions that meet all the necessary requirements for exhibiting the wormhole geometries with appropriate choice of free *** addition,to examine DM profiles under the f(R,L_(m))=R/2+(1+λR)L_(m) model,we consider a specific shape ***,we observed that the derived solution from both two models violates the null energy constraints,confirming that the DM supports wormholes to maintain in the galactic halo.

Different measurements of the Hubble constant(H_(0))are not consistent,and a tension between the CMB based methods and cosmic distance ladder based methods has been *** from various distance based methods are also *** aggravate the problem,the same cosmological probe(TypeⅠa SNe for instance)calibrated through different methods also provides different values of H_(0).We compare various distance ladder based methods through the already available unique data obtained from the Hubble Space Telescope(HST).Our analysis is based on parametric(t-test)as well as non-parametric statistical methods such as the Mann-Whitney U test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov *** results show that different methods provide different values of H_(0) and the differences are statistically *** biases in the calibration would not account for these differences as the data have been taken from a single telescope with a common calibration *** unknown physical effects or issues with the empirical relations of distance measurement from different probes could give rise to these differences.

The aim of this article is to present the effects of transpiration on the unsteady two-dimensional boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian fluid passing through a stretching sheet in the presence of a first order constructive/destructive chemical reaction. The upper-convected Maxwell （UCM） model is used here to characterize the non-Newtonian behavior of the fluid. Using similarity solutions, the governing nonlinear partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary ones and are then solved numerically by the shooting method. The flow fields and mass transfer are significantly influenced by the governing parameters. The fluid velocity initially decreases as the unsteadiness parameter increases and the concentration decreases significantly due to the increase in the unsteadiness. The effect of increasing values of transpiration （suction） and the Maxwell parameter is to suppress the velocity field; however, the concentration is enhanced as transpiration （suction） and the Maxwell parameter increase. Also, it is found that the fluid velocity decreases as the magnetic parameter increases; however, the concentration increases in this case.

Heterologous expression of transgenes under a native or heterologous promoter is important for the screening and effecting of the transgenic *** effect of the transgene on mosquito fitness is a crucial parameter influencing the success of this transgenic *** review examines these two aspects and describes the basic research work that has been accomplished towards understanding the complex relation between the parasite and its vector and focuses on recent advances and perspectives towards construction of transgenic mosquitoes refractory to vector-borne disease transmission.

Prevalence of Deg Nala disease in eastern India and its reproduction in buffaloes by feeding Fusarium oxysporum infested rice straw

Objective:To undertake a study on prevalence of Deg Nala disease in eastern states of India and to reproduce the disease in buffaloes by the Fusarium spp.,isolated from the affected region. Methods:During this investigation,a survey was conducted covering four states of eastern region to identify the Deg Nala cases as well as to isolate and characterize the causative agent(s). An experimental study was carried out to reproduce the disease in healthy male buffaloes(2-3 years age) by randomly dividing them into five groups(four in each group).Each individual group was fed with rice straw artificially infested with either of the two representative isolates of Fusarium oxysporum(***)(F01,F02) or representative reference strains of Fusarium equiseti(***)(ITCCF-2470) and Fusarium moniliforme(***)(ITCCF-4821) for 30 days,whereas the control group was fed with normal rice straw ***:A total of 658 Deg Nala cases were recorded and 12 Fusarium isolates were identified from the mouldy rice straw collected from these affected *** characterization of the isolates revealed three species viz.,***,*** and ***,among which *** was *** disease was artificially reproduced in three buffaloes in F01 group and one in F02 group within 20-23 days by feeding *** infested rice straw which resembled the clinical symptoms and gross lesions of natural Deg Nala ***:The field investigation and laboratory studies,including experimental production of Deg Nala disease suggest the possible involvement of ***,further investigations needs to be done to understand nature of the toxic factors involved in production of the Deg Nala disease.

Genetic divergence for growth and wood parameters in different clones of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb

The wood analysis for different parameters was carried out in a clonal seed orchard ofDalbergia sissoo Roxb. established during 1997 at Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India. Twelve clones with higher index value were subjected to Euclidean Cluster Analysis based on wood and growth parameters to group into seven clusters. Cluster I and II contained four and three clones, respectively, and remaining clusters bad just one clone each. Clone originated from Barielly, Uttar Pradesh of cluster VII was found to be the most divergent clone. Cluster II with three clones main- tained greater inter cluster distance with other clusters. The divergence analysis has confirmed that the clones planted in the clonal seed orchard are sufficiently divergent and seed harvested from the orchard would maintain high diversity.

APOPTOSIS is an active, inherently programmed cell death, which has typical morphologicaland biochemical characteristics. Cell death during embryonic development, shaping of the Tand B lymphocyte and tissue dystrophy related to endocrine is designated a physiological apop-tosis by which cell numbers can be effectively controlled. As a process opposite to cell division,there is a balance between apoptosis and cell proliferation. A tumor will develop once the bal-ance is disturbed and the cell division is more rapid than the cell death. Objective:To conduct a systemic evaluation of the medicinal value of seeds which include macroscopic and microscopic characterization,physiochomical evaluation,preliminary phylochemical screening and experimental antipyretic ***:Saraca asoca seed was studied for pharmacognostical,phytochemical and other recommended methods for ***,the acetone extract of the seeds was evaluated for acute toxicity study and antipyretic activity using Brewer's yeast induced pyrexia in Wislar rats at oral doses of 300 mg/kg and 500 mg/***:After phytochemical screening,the acetone extract showed the presence of saponin,tannins and flavonoids which inhibit *** therapeutic efficacy achieved at both the dose levels of the research drug and standard drug aspirin(100 mg/kg)showed significant(P<0.01)antipyretic activity when compared to the control *** highly significant antipyretic effect exhibited at the dose of 500 mg/kg was also found to be sustainable in ***:The antipyretic effect of the acetone extract showed significant results in rats at the dose of 500 mg/kg after following the standard pharmacognostical and phylochemieal met hods.
