AIM To investigate suicidality and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD), this paper aims to systematically review the literature as an extension of previous *** We searched five databases(Ovid MEDLINE, Psychinfo, PubM ed, Scopus, Web of Science) with two categories of search terms:(1) suicide; suicidal; suicide behavior; suicide attempt; suicidal thought; and(2) ADHD. RESULTS The search resulted 26 articles. There is a positive association between ADHD and suicidality in both sexes and in all age groups. Comorbid disorders mediate between suicidality and ADHD. CONCLUSION Recognizing ADHD, comorbid conditions and suicidality is important in prevention.

The final microstructure of DP and TRIP assisted steels can evolve after hot working (hot rolling) or during post heat treatment process. In the formation of the final structure a number of different technological parameters have important roles, e.g. end temperature of rolling, cooling rates, temperature of intercritical annealing, etc. As a result of the individual factors and their combinations a lot of product technology routes are feasible. The effect of the different combinations of these technological parameters on the microstructure can be mapped by the special Jominy end-quench test (so called intercritical Jominy end-quench test) described in this paper. Unlike the traditional Jominy test, in this case there is a partial austenizing between A! and A3 temperatures which results in a given amount of ferrite in the microstructure before quenching. The method developed can be applied for mapping DP and TRIP assisted steels' microstructure in a wide range of technological parameters. The analysis of measured and calculated data can help us find the technological parameters optimal from the microstructural point of view.

The contribution of areal precipitation of the catchment from Cuntan toyichang (Three Gorges area) to eight flood peaks of the Upper yangtze River (the upper reaches ofthe yangtze River) is diagnosed for 1998 flood season. A rainfall-runoff model is employed tosimulate runoffs of this catchment. Comparison of observed and simulated runoffs shows that therainfall-runoff model has a good capability to simulate the runoff over a large-scale river and theresults describe the eight flood peaks very well. Forecast results are closely associated with thesensitivity of the model to rainfall and the calibration processes. Other reasons leading tosimulation errors are further discussed.

AIM： To establish whether there are fundamental differences in the biochemistries of adenocarcinomas of the gastroesophageal junction （GEJ） and the squamous cell carcinomas of the lower third of the esophagus （LTE）. METHODS： Between February 1, 1997 and February 1, 2000, we obtained tissue samples at the moment of resection from 54 patients for biochemical analysis. The full set of data could be comprehensively analyzed in 47 of 54 patients＇ samples （81%）. Of these, 29 were adenocarcinomas of the GEJ Siewert type Ⅰ （n = 8）, type Ⅱ （n = 12）, type Ⅲ （n = 9）, and 18 presented as squamous cell carcinomas of the LTE. We evaluated the mean values of 11-lysosomal enzyme and 1-cytosol protease activities of the tumorous and surrounding mucosae as well as their relative activities, measured as the ratio of activity in tumor and normal tissues from the same patient. These data were further analyzed to establish the correlation with tumor localization, TNM stage （lymph-node involvement）, histological type （papillary, signet-ring cell, tubular）, state of differentiation （good, moderate, poor）, and survival （≤24 or ≥24 mo）. RESULTS： In adenocarcinomas, the activity of α-mannosidase （AMAN）, cathepsin B （CB） and dipeptidyl-peptidase Ⅰ （DPP Ⅰ） increased significantly as compared to the normal gastric mucosa. In squamous cell carcinomas of the esophagus, we also found a significant difference in the activity of cathepsin L and tripeptidyl-peptidase Ⅰ in addition to these three. There was a statistical correlation of AMAN, CB, and DPP Ⅰ activity between the level of differentiation of adenocarcinomas of the GEJ and lymph node involvement,because tumors with no lymph node metastases histologically confirmed as well-differentiated, showed a significantly lower activity. Soil health depletion due to intensive tillage operations is a global issue in the agricultural *** tillage(CT)which involves non-inversion tillage and leaving~30%of the soil surface covered with crop residues,is a strategy designed to enhance soil ***,no comprehensive study to investigate the long-term effect of CT on soil biological activity and the soil nutrient supply has yet been widely carried *** and chemical soil properties were assessed at depths 0-5,10-15,and 20-25 cm depths after 18 years of CT and conventional tillage practice(PT).Various stages in the vegetative growth of maize were investigated in 2021 in *** findings indicated that tillage intensity,soil depth,and growth stages all significantly influenced soil enzyme activities and the concentration of soil *** soil disturbance resulted in a significantly larger concentration of soil carbon parameters(total organic carbon and labile carbon)in CT plots,where the activity ofβ-glucosidase and dehydrogenase(DHA)in the upper soil layer increased significantly(0.7-2.6 and 2.6-4.7 times,respectively)compared to *** high amount of organic matter and the greater resistance to erosion observed in CT also contributed to the higher concentration of available nutrients(NH_(4),NO_(3),Ca,K)and total P in the surface soil *** activity was highest in the mid-stage of vegetative growth and was positively correlated to the total P *** alterations in soil water content were clearly negatively corelated with the change in DHA and phosphatase ***,due to the more balanced environmental conditions,the decomposition of organic substances was more balanced and slower in CT than in *** implied that the mobilization of nutrients in the soil was more balanced as well,and that the nutrients were released *** enhancement of the soil nutrient-supplying capacity achieved by means of long-term conservation tillage provid

The authors report the case of a 60-year-old male patient. In November 2001 he developed intestinal symptoms of bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain. Colononoscopy and biopsy established the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis (proctosigmoiditis). The disease activity was moderate at the beginning. No significant laboratory alterations were found (including CEA, CA19-9), and mesalazine was started orally. He was in remission until November 2003, when he was admitted to our Outpatient Clinic for upper and right lower abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea. Colonoscopy found proctosigmoiditis with a moderate activity, gastroscopy revealed chronic gastritis, laboratory data was normal. Treatment was amended with mesalazine clysma and methylprednisolone (16 mg) orally. Symptoms ameliorated; however, right lower abdominal pain persisted. US and CT examinat'on demonstrated a pericecal cystic mass (11 cm×3.5 cm). At first pericecal abscess was suspected, as the previous US examination (6 mo earlier) had revealed normal findings. Fine needie aspiration was performed. Cytology confirmed the diagnosis of mucocele. The patientunderwent partial cecum resection and extirpation of the mucocele. He recovered well and the final histology revealed a cystadenoma of the appendix. Follow up was started. The pati雗t is now free of symptoms. Although primary adenocarcinoma of the appendix is uncommon, the authors emphasize that preoperative diagnosis of an underlying malignancy in a mucocele is important for pati雗t management; however, it is difficult on imaging studies.

Like in most European countries, heritage is not integrated centrally to the Hungarian Educational System, yet there are some promising initiatives that can serve as a starting point for best practice share. These initiatives are often taken by World Heritage or other National Heritage sites and always by a bottom-up approach. UNESCO （United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization）＇s and HEREDUC （European Union＇s heritage educational programme supported by the European Commission）＇s related projects, as well as numerous others all around the world are aiming at providing a methodology for the introduction of heritage education. Legal background in Hungary encourages schools to integrate site visits into the curriculum but the necessary class time and financing are not provided. Lower grade students participate mainly in the Forest School project and museum visits are also integrated in some schools. Cultural Landscape sites offer the largest choice of outside-the-classroom activities to schools due to the complexity of this type of heritage. According to the author＇s survey, children are age-appropriately informed of and fairly open-minded about cultural heritage. The key to their empathy is that we do not just have to speak their language but also use the channels they are familiar with, including internet, mobile applications, touchscreens, and social media. The more interactive we make the knowledge transfer, the more we involve them into the creation process, the larger their interest and commitment will be. Therefore, it is our responsibility to determine how prepared and engaged the future decision-makers will be when they will take over this task.
