Fraud Transactions are haunting the economy of many individuals with several factors across the *** research focuses on developing a mechanism by integrating various optimized machine-learning algorithms to ensure the security and integrity of digital *** research proposes a novel methodology through three ***,Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique(SMOTE)is applied to get balanced ***,SMOTE is fed to the nature-inspired Meta Heuristic(MH)algorithm,namely Binary Harris Hawks Optimization(BinHHO),Binary Aquila Optimization(BAO),and Binary Grey Wolf Optimization(BGWO),for feature *** has performed well when compared with the other ***,features from BinHHO are fed to the supervised learning algorithms to classify the transactions such as fraud and *** efficiency of BinHHO is analyzed with other popular MH *** BinHHO has achieved the highest accuracy of 99.95%and demonstrates amore significant positive effect on the performance of the proposed model.

The recent report by Slabicki et *** Nature used an array of techniques including cryo-electron microscopy to elucidate the mechanism of action of BI-3802,a molecular glue.1 The discovery of small molecules that highjack cellular quality control machinery to selectively degrade proteins has generated considerable excitement in the drug discovery community,particularly toward targets often deemed"undruggable".Whether its proteolysis targeting chimeras(PROTACs),consisting of heterobifunctional molecules connected by a linker that facilitates the recruitment of an E3 ligase to the protein of interest(POI)or small molecules that function as molecular glues2 to induce a novel interaction between an E3 ligase and the POI,the ultimate goal is to tag the POI for destruction in *** design is relatively straight forward,wherein a POI binding small molecule,and an E3 ligase binding ligand are connected through a linker that enables stable ternary complex formation(POI:PROTAC:E3 ligase)followed by POI degradation.

A thermally grown oxide layer formed by hot corrosion was investigated as an interface between plasma-sprayed coatings and a nickel-based superalloy substrate. The hot corrosion mechanism of NiCr–Cr_2O_3 and Al_2O_3–40wt% TiO_2(A40T) plasma coated Inconel 617 was evaluated. The experiments were carried out at 1000°C using a combination of Na_2SO_4, NaCl, and V_2O_5 salts to simulate the conditions of a gas turbine in a marine environment. The hot corrosion results revealed the spallation and dissolution of oxides upon prolonged exposure. Optical images and scanning electron micrographs of the exposed samples revealed the formation of oxide scale and provided details of its morphology in NiCr–Cr_2O_3 coated samples. Microstructure characterization of A40T coatings demonstrated a thermally grown oxide(TGO) layer at 1000°C. Increasing the thickness of the TGO layer decreased the corrosion resistance. The elemental analysis and image mapping revealed the migration of active elements from the substrate and coatings toward the corrosive environment.

Enterococci bacteria are important in environmental, food and clinical microbiology. Enterococcus faecium is a nosocomial pathogen that causes bacteremia, endocarditis and other infections. It is among the most prevalent organisms encountered in hospital-associated infections accounting for approximately 12% of nosocomial infections in the USA （Linden and Miller, 1999）. However, certain strains of E. faecium are not only non-pathogenic but also have beneficial effects on human health with probiotic potential. For example, E. faecium T-110 is a consortium member in several probiotic products including BIO-THREE~ which is widely prescribed for human, animal and aqua-cultural use. This strain was originally developed by TOA Pharmaceuticals in Japan, and later used in the probiotic products of several other companies.

There has been a strong interest in the use of Phase Change Materials (PCMs) for the transient thermal abatement of high powered *** paper presents a set of transient computational analysis for selected IC packages with the purpose of calibrating the merits of PCM in different *** transient analysis of high powered microprocessors with heat sinks was performed as a benchmark for comparison with the same microprocessors fitted with PCM in the following configurations:a) PCM imbedded into the finned region of the heat sink,b) PCM mounted between the microprocessor and heat sink,c) sealed PCM underfill to the microprocessor and d) PCM fitted to the underside of the printed circuit board directly beneath the *** analysis was performed using a commercial CFD tool together with an approximation to the phase change mechanism using the slope *** indicate the merit of each configuration.

This paper is categorized into two parts. （1） A frame work to design the aircraft wing structure and （2） analysis ofa morphing airfoil with auxetic structure. The developed design frame work in the first part is used to arrive at the sizes of the various components of an aircraft wing structure. The strength based design is adopted, where the design loads are extracted from the aerodynamic loads. The aerodynamic loads acting on a wing structure are converted to equivalent distributed loads, which are further converted point loads to arrive at the shear forces, bending and twisting moments along the wing span. Based on the estimated shear forces, bending and twisting moments, the strength based design is employed to estimate the sizes of various sections of a composite wing structure. A three dimensional numerical model of the composite wing structure has been developed and analyzed for the extreme load conditions. Glass fiber reinforced plastic material is used in the numerical analysis. The estimated natural frequencies are observed to be in the acceptable limits. Furthermore, the discussed design principles in the first part are extended to the design of a morphing airfoil with auxetic structure. The advantages of the morphing airfoil with auxetic structure are （i） larger displacement with limited straining of the components and （ii） unique deformation characteristics, which produce a theoretical in-plane Poisson＇s ratio of -1. Aluminum Alloy AL6061-T651 is considered in the design of all the structural elements. The compliance characteristics of the airfoil are investigated through a numerical model. The numerical results are observed to be in close agreement with the experimental results in the literature.

Several challenging issues,such as the poor conductivity of sulfur,shuttle effects,large volume change of cathode,and the dendritic lithium in anode,have led to the low utilization of sulfur and hampered the commercialization of lithium–sulfur *** this study,a novel three-dimensionally interconnected network structure comprising Co9 S8 and multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)was synthesized by a solvothermal route and used as the sulfur *** assembled batteries delivered a specific capacity of1154 m Ah g-1 at 0.1 C,and the retention was 64%after 400 cycles at 0.5 *** polar and catalytic Co9 S8 nanoparticles have a strong adsorbent effect for polysulfide,which can effectively reduce the shuttling ***,the three-dimensionally interconnected CNT networks improve the overall conductivity and increase the contact with the electrolyte,thus enhancing the transport of electrons and Li *** adsorption is greatly increased with the synergistic effect of polar Co9 S8 and MWCNTs in the three-dimensionally interconnected composites,which contributes to their promising performance for the lithium–sulfur batteries.

The generalized stacking fault energy is a key ingredient to mesoscale models of *** we develop an approach to quantify the dependence of generalized stacking fault energies on the degree of chemical disorder in multicomponent *** introduce the notion of a“configurationally-resolved planar fault”(CRPF)energy and extend the cluster expansion method from alloy theory to express the CRPF as a function of chemical occupation variables of sites surrounding the *** apply the approach to explore the composition and temperature dependence of the unstable stacking fault energy(USF)in binary Mo–Nb ***-principles calculations are used to parameterize a formation energy and CRPF cluster *** Carlo simulations show that the distribution of USF energies is significantly affected by chemical composition and *** formalism is broadly applicable to arbitrary crystal structures and alloy chemistries and will enable the development of rigorous models for deformation mechanisms in high-entropy alloys.
