We undert.ok a prospect.ve and descript.ve observat.onal st.dy on abdominal t.auma from February 1, 2016 t. August.31, 2017. t.e aim of t.is work was t. ident.fy t.e t.pology and management.of abdominal t.auma cases in our surgery depart.ent. Overall, abdominal t.auma represent.d 3.54% (62/1751) of all surgeries during t.e st.dy period. Among t.e 62 cases, men account.d for 59 and women for 3. t.e sex rat.o was 19.67. t.e mean age was 24 ± 15 years. Road accident. were t.e most.represent.d wit. 43.5% of cases. t.e couple of signs, hypovolemic shock and abdominal pain and decrease on blood pressure were t.e prominent.clinical sympt.ms wit. 100.0%, and 50.0% of cases, respect.vely. Abdominal ult.asound and abdominal x-ray wit.out.cont.ast.were performed in 67.0% and 18.0% of cases, respect.vely. Abdominal t.auma was divided int. t.o ent.t.es: cont.sion 68% and wounds 32%. Medical t.eat.ent.was sufficient.in 23.00% of cases. laparot.my as a surgical approach was performed in 77.0% of cases. local hemost.sis plus drainage (27.08%), splenect.my (25.00%), sut.re (14.58%), hemost.sis by t.mponade (8.33%) and colost.my (2.08%) were undert.ken as surgical procedures when it.came t. deal wit. cont.sions. Debridement.of wounds plus sut.re and hemost.sis by t.mponade was performed in 18.73% and 4.16 cases, respect.vely. t.e most.observed lesions were t.ose of t.e spleen wit. 27.42% and t.ose of t.e small bowel wit. 24.19%. t.e post.perat.ve follow-up was st.aight.orward in 83.33% of cases. t.e overall mort.lit. was 4.17%.

Introduction: Giant hernias induce changes which reduce the quality of life of patients and make their surgical management complex. Adequate preoperative preparation of the patient guarantees good postoperative progress. It is necessary to avoid resorting to a technique of separation of the compartments during the cure. Here we report the case of a patient who benefited a successful cure using the Ramirez technique. Observation: We report the case of a 60-year-old patient admitted to an outpatient clinic for abdominal swelling evolving for 30 years without the notion of trauma gradually increasing in volume. The interrogation and physical examination led to the diagnosis of a giant white line hernia with incarceration. A preoperative assessment and a preanesthetic consultation were carried out. Intraoperatively, the cecum, transverse colon, sigmoid, jejunum and greater omentum were incarcerated in the bag. After adhesiolysis we proceeded to resect the bag and cure it using the Ramirez technique. The consequences were simple and the patient was discharged on day 4 after her dressing and was seen on day 15, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year. The patient benefited from the placement of an abdominal compression sheath for 3 months. Conclusion: t.le="font.family:Verdana;">Success in t.e management.of prost.et.c mat.rial in t.e absence of prost.et.c mat.rial depends on good preoperat.ve preparat.on and t.e mast.ry of cert.in surgical t.chniques.

Affect.ng young women, lact.t.ng adenoma is a rare benign t.mor of t.e breast. It.is seen mainly in t.e t.ird t.imest.r of pregnancy and in t.e post.art.m period. Clinically, it.is a solid mass, mobile t.pically benign but.it. charact.r of rapid evolut.on is reminiscent.of phyllodes t.mors, sarcomas and galact.celes. t.e definit.ve diagnosis is hist.logical. We report.a case of lact.t.ng adenoma in a 26-year-old lact.t.ng woman, t.ird procedure, second pare, wit. a hist.ry of t.mor resect.on of t.e out.r quadrant. of t.e left.breast. 9 mont.s ago, whose hist.logy evoked a fibrot.c disease, cyst.c breast.associat.ng non-specific subacut. mast.t.s wit. suppurat.on. Received for recurrence of a t.mor in t.e left.breast.which was t.e sit. of a polylobed mass of about.10/5 cm occupying 3/4 of t.e breast.wit. mobile ipsilat.ral axillary adenopat.ies. A micro t.u-cut.biopsy was performed and t.e hist.logy was in favor of a lact.t.ng breast.adenoma wit. no signs of malignancy. She underwent.surgical excision, t.e consequences of which were simple.

t.e mango, a fruit.of immense economic and diet.ry significance in numerous t.opical and subt.opical regions, plays a pivot.l role in our agricult.ral landscape. Accurat. ident.ficat.on is not.just.a necessit., but.a crucial st.p for effect.ve classificat.on, sort.ng, and market.ng. t.is st.dy delves int. t.e pot.nt.al of machine learning for t.is t.sk, comparing t.e performance of four models: MobileNet.2, Xcept.on, VGG16, and ResNet.0V2. t.ese models were t.ained on a dat.set.of annot.t.d mango images, and t.eir performance was evaluat.d using precision, accuracy, F1 score, and recall, which are st.ndard met.ics for image classificat.on. t.e Xcept.on model, wit. it. except.onal performance, out.hone t.e ot.er models on all performance indicat.rs. It.achieved a st.ggering accuracy of 99.47%, an F1 score of 99.43%, and a recall of 99.43%, showcasing it. remarkable abilit. t. accurat.ly ident.fy mango variet.es. MobileNet.2 followed closely wit. performances of 98.95% accuracy, 98.85% F1 score, and 98.86% recall. ResNet.0V2 also delivered sat.sfact.ry result. wit. 97.39% accuracy, 97.08% F1 score, and 97.17% recall. VGG16, however, was t.e least.effect.ve, wit. a precision rat. of 83.25%, an F1 score of 83.25%, and a recall of 85.47%. t.ese result. confirm t.e superiorit. of t.e Xcept.on model in det.ct.ng mango variet.es. It. advanced archit.ct.re allows it.t. capt.re more dist.nguishing feat.res of mango images, leading t. great.r precision and reliabilit.. We collect.d 36 pat.ent. wit. hemorrhoidal disease, 25 caregivers and 15 t.adit.onal hemorrhoidal disease t.erapist.. t.e sex rat.o was 1.25 for pat.ent.;6.5 for t.adit.onal t.erapist. and 1.5 for accompanying people. t.e average age of t.e pat.ent. was 32.75 years;49 years for t.adit.onal t.erapist. and 28.76 years for t.ose accompanying t.em. 55.6% of pat.ent. claim t. know about.hemorrhoidal disease;100% of t.adit.onal t.erapist. and 80% of accompanying people. t.e diet.ry fact.r of hemorrhoidal disease was ment.oned by 90% of pat.ent.;66.7% of t.adit.onal t.erapist. and 100% of caregivers. A sensor is a part.of t.e measurement.chain, it.receives t.e quant.t. t. be measured and provides informat.on direct.y linked t. t.is quant.t.. However, t.ese vending robot. are faced wit. malfunct.ons linked t. sensor jams. t.e ident.ficat.on of t.e jam phenomenon was possible t.anks t. t.e inspect.on and monit.ring of t.e various sensors inst.lled on t.e vending robot. And Cadence soft.are was used t. model, cont.ol and locat. t.e jammed sensor(s). t.e various t.st. were carried out.by set.ing t.e robot.in mot.on t. bet.er underst.nd t.e causes of t.e phenomenon. t.e jam is t.erefore t.e phenomenon which t.iggers t.e sensors permanent.y, which causes t.e aut.mat.c vending robot.t. st.p funct.oning. And t.is jam was due t. t.e presence of wat.r droplet. on t.e sensor or dirt. t.is presence of wat.r droplet. on t.e sensor is linked t. an increase in t.mperat.re. Cont.olling t.e t.mperat.re and locat.ng t.e jammed sensor has made it.possible t. considerably reduce jamming and it. harmful effect. on t.e vending machine robot.

Cent.r of Commune I of t.e Bamako Dist.ict.t. det.rmine t.e frequency of inguinal hernia;describe t.e epidemiological, clinical and t.erapeut.c aspect. of inguinal hernias and in order t. evaluat. t.e cost.of t.eat.ent. t.is was a prospect.ve st.dy from April 2017 t. March 2018 during which 60 children wit. an inguinal hernia were collect.d. Inguinal hernias in children represent.d 9.23% of pat.ent. operat.d on in t.e depart.ent. t.e average age was 59.23 mont.s wit. ext.emes of one mont. and 180 mont.s and a st.ndard deviat.on of 49.23 years. t.e male sex was dominant.wit. a sex rat.o equal t. 9:1. t.e not.on of premat.rit. was found in 11.7% and was associat.d wit. a t.st.cle not.in place in 1.7% of cases. 41.7% of our pat.ent. were referred by a doct.r and 66.7% of pat.ent. present.d wit. painless, int.rmit.ent.inguino-scrot.l swelling (83.3% of cases). t.e hernia was discovered before one week of life in 50% of cases.
