Amorphous A1MgB thin films were synthesized via a combinatorial sputtering approach. The properties of AIMgB films with the varying deposition temperature was investigated. The deposition temperature was found to dominate the hardness of the amorphous asdeposited film. The hardness increases with increasing deposition tempera ture and may even exceed that of crystalline A1MgB14 mate rial. The high hardness may be attributed to the existence of randomly distributed B 12 icosahedra structure. Therefore, the thin film that was deposited on cemented carbide shows well cutting performances in turning Ti alloy bar. At the same time, an appropriate method of pretreatment is the key to ensure the coating tool with the excellent adhesion by impact fracture test.

To investigate the correlation between structure characteristics and wear resistance of CO2 corrosion product scales at high temperature and high pressure, an autoclave was used to prepare CO2 corrosion product scales on N80 steel in carbon dioxide corrosion environment. The correlation between wear resistance of the scales and many other factors, such as temperature, pressure, morphology, structure, velocity of fluid medium, sand grain size, and so on, was comparatively analyzed by a self assembled wear device, and the scale morphologies before or after being worn were observed by scanning electron microscope （SEM）. And then the surface grain size and thickness of scale were measured. The results showed that the cross-section of the corrosion scale was of a double-layer structure, the outer layer of which was composed of regular crystals, whereas the inner layer was a thin scale of fine grains. The outer grain size and thickness of scale varied with temperature, and the initial wear loss was consistent with the surface grain size; at the same time, the total wear loss corresponded to the thickness of scale. Compared to wear resist- ance in different depths of the scale, it was found that the structure of scale was a double-layer structure in cross-section, and the wear resistance of inner layer was better than that of the outer layer; the closer the scale to the matrix, the greater was the wear resistance of scale; and the larger the size or the higher the rotary speed of solid grain in multiphase flowing medium, the more was the wear loss of scale.

A roll shape setting model was built for the hot galvanizing and planishing mill. The uniform transversal distributions of the front tension in the exit and the unit pressure were considered as the objective function. At the same time, the quality of the products, the stability of zinc layer, and the homogeneity of spangles were of considerable significance in the planishing process. The model was applied to the roll shape setting of the 1800 cold rolling 3# CGL hot galvanizing and planishing mill of Baosteel Co Ltd. After being planished, the flatness of a strip that was less than 6 I was more than 97%, and the flatness of others were less than 10 I; the pass percentage of the zinc lay- ers reached 100%.

Evolution of a hydrodynamic field and its effect on hydrocarbon accumulation in the Biyang depression, Henan province

The hydro-geologic stages in the Biyang Depression, Henan Province, were defined and factors controlling the evolution of the hydrodynamic field in this area were analyzed. The evolution of the paleo-hydrodynamic field was studied by using the method of sedimentary-water-head and the changing patterns of the present hydrodynamic field as determined from measured pressure data. The results show that the evolution of the hydrodynamic field is one of inheritance and that it controls hydrocarbon accumulation. The deposition center in the southeast of the depression is always a high-value zone for water-head and a dynamic- source zone of the hydrodynamic field. The slope zone in the northwest of the depression is always a low-value zone for water-head and is the main discharge area for groundwater; this is the hydrocarbon accumulation zone. Hydrocarbon accumulation is controlled by the hydrodynamic field. The reservoir shows a ring-shaped horizontal pattern. Accumulation occurs in a pressure equilibrium zone at the frontal surface between sedimentary water and infiltrating water. The hydrocarbon accumulations occur in two vertically different discharge units, Eh31 and Eh32, under the action of overpressure.

A novel type of crosslinkable poly（aryl ether sulfone）（PAES） bearing an allyl pendant（PES-OAllyl） was synthesized by a grafting reaction of hydrophenyl-containing PAES（PES-OH） and allyl bromide. PES-OH was prepared by a demethylation reaction of a methoxyphenylated PAES（PES-OCH3） in the presence of pyridine/hydrochlo- ride. The PES-OCH3 was synthesized by an aromatic nucleophilic substitution of bis（4-chlorophenyl）sulfone and （p-methoxy）phenylhydroquinone. Both DSC and solubility investigation were used to study the crosslinking behavior of PES-OAllyl. After heat treatment, the glass transition temperature（Tg） value of PES-OAllyl sharply increased from 165 ℃ to 227 ℃. Meanwhile, PES-OAllyl changed from a soluble polymer to an insoluble thermoset. In addition, TGA（thermogravimetric analysis） result suggests that the thermal stability of the crosslinked product was improved. All the data prove that the crosslinked PES-OAllyl could be a potential solvent-resistance high-performance material.

We calculate the centrality dependence of inclusive cross section of large-p _(T )charmed-meson(D^0,D~*,D^(*+),and D_s^+)from heavy quark fragmentation by the hard photoproduction processes in ultrarelativistic heavy ion *** numerical results indicate that the contribution of the hard photoproduction processes cannot be negligible for the inclusive charmed-meson production in Au-Au collisions at Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider(RHIC)and Pb-Pb collisions at Large Hadron Collider(LHC).
