通过根蘖再生途径增加热带水稻生产的展望

在亚洲南郊和东南部,能够提供每年两季水稻用水的稻田面积约占14％,其余均因水源、降雨不足,造成稻田利用率低。在灌溉区,旱季水稻收获之后,田间尚留有部分多余水分,但是要种第二季,即使是早熟品种,水的供应是不足的,象这种粘重土壤要种植旱作高梁也是有困难的。在降雨区,种植两季水稻,水分常常是充裕的,但是,再移栽一季稻,必然在肥料、农药方面付出高额的投资,而土壤水分的价值是抵偿不了这种投资的。作为充分利用稻田多余水分和提高土地再生产能力,利用水稻根、叶再生,增加水稻生产在实践上有着重要意义。我们在Maahas粘土上,围绕从种子生长的水稻(称正造)的切割高度、施肥水平、栽培密度、水浆管理和整地程度,进行了两年试验,目的在于评价不同水稻品种进行再生产培育的操作技术和影响水稻再生的农业措施。试验结果指出,在一定条件下培育再生稻是可以达到一定产量的,加之无需整地移栽,可节约劳力50—60％,并比正造节约水分60％,唯再生稻易遭绿矮病的侵染,如果将易染病毒的稻种作为再生稻栽培是冒极大风险的。

As chronic antigenic stimulation from infection and autoimmunity is a feature of primary antibody deficiency(PAD),analysis of affected patients could yield insights into T-cell differentiation and explain how environmental exposures modify clinical phenotypes conferred by single-gene ***57 marks dysfunctional T cells that have differentiated after antigenic ***,while circulating CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T cells are normally rare,we found that they are increased in patients with PAD and markedly increased with CTLA4 haploinsufficiency or *** performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis of matched CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T cells from blood and tonsil *** CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T cells(CD4cyt)exhibited a cytotoxic transcriptome similar to that of CD8^(+)effector cells,could kill B cells,and inhibited B-cell ***4 restrained the formation of *** CD57 also marked an abundant subset of follicular helper T cells,which is consistent with their antigen-driven differentiation,this subset had a preexhaustion transcriptomic signature marked by TCF7,TOX,and ID3 expression and constitutive expression of CTLA4 and did not become cytotoxic even after CTLA4 ***,CD57^(+)CD4^(+)T-cell cytotoxicity and exhaustion phenotypes are compartmentalised between blood and germinal ***4 is a key modifier of CD4^(+)T-cell cytotoxicity,and the pathological CD4cyt phenotype is accentuated by infection.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: To compare the use of cyclocryotherapy and diode laser cyclophotocoagulation for the treatment of uncontrolled intraocular pressure. P ATIENTS AND METHODS: Seventy consecutive patients (70 eyes)-treated for high, u nresponsive intraocular pressure during a 4-year period with cyclocryotherapy ( n=38) or diode laser cyclophotocoagulation (n=32) with a follow-up period of at least 3 months (mean follow-up=15.7 months) were compared for intraocular pres sure, visual acuity, and complication rate. RESULTS: Mean intraocular pressure w as reduced from 40.9 ±11.9 to 20.5 ±10.3 mm Hg in the cyclocryotherapy group, and from 35.9 ±9.3 to 21.3 ±10.7 mm Hg in the cyclophotocoagulation group. Int raocular pressure was controlled in 60.5%and 62.5%of eyes, respectively. Deter ioration in visual acuity occurred in 31.5%of the cyclocryotherapy group and 37 .5%of the cyclophotocoagulation group. Severe visual loss to no light perceptio n was noted in 6 eyes and 2 eyes, respectively, and phthisis bulbi in 2 eyes in the cyclocryotherapy group (5.2%) and 1 eye in the cyclophotocoagulation group (3.1%). CONCLUSIONS: Cyclocryotherapy and diode laser cyclophotocoagulation are equally effective in decreasing intraocular pressure in patients with persisten t uncontrolled glaucoma, with a lower rate of complications associated with diod e laser cyclophotocoagulation.

Introduction: Lyell’s syndrome (SL), called Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis is one of the most serious forms of medication accidents. It is an acute, rare pathology, its incidence is estimated at 1 to 2 cases out of one million inhabitants per year and its evolution can be fatal. Materials and Methods: We report the observation of a 60-year-old patient, with no significant pathological history, admitted to our intensive care unit at the Renaissance University Teaching Hospital in N’Djamena for the treatment of Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis. In whom the onset of symptoms dates back to few hours after vaccination against COVID-19 with Ag Johnson and Johnson. Results: An ophthalmology opinion was requested and the patient was put on Fucithalmic. In our case, in addition to the advanced age of the patient (60 years old), her SCORTEN was ≥5. Conclusion: The late management as well as the absence of a specific department for severe burns, which condition the presence of a technical plate was fatal to her despite multidisciplinary care: Resuscitators, Traumato-Orthopedist and ophthalmologist.
