目的确定3.0T膝关节常规mr成像方案加扫T2图序列能否提高对关节软骨损伤的诊断性能。材料与方法本项前瞻性研究经机构审查委员会批准,并免除知情同意书。研究组包括行膝关节mr成像及关节镜检查的病人150例(男76例,女74例,平均年龄分别为41.2岁和41.5岁)。mr成像应用常规扫描方案并加扫矢状位T2图序列在3.0Tmr设备上完成。手术前由2位放射科医生回顾所有mr影像并达成意见一致,确定每个关节面是否存在软骨损伤,首先仅阅读常规mr影像,之后再阅读常规mr影像加T2图。然后应用关节镜对每个关节软骨表面进行评估。利用广义估计方程模型,评估上述两种方法检测关节软骨损伤的敏感性和特异性。结果单独应用常规mr检查方案检测351处软骨损伤的敏感度与特异度分别为74.6%和97.8%,而常规mr检查方案加扫T2图的敏感度与特异度分别为88.9%和93.1%。敏感度与特异度的差异有统计学意义(Pmr常规检查方案加扫T2图序列可提高检测膝关节软骨病变的敏感度,由74.6%升至88.9%,特异度略降低。加扫T2图序列对鉴别早期软骨退变的敏感度提升最为显著。

对实行土壤保护计划土地的质量评价

通过对美国长期和短期实行土壤保护计划 (CrP)的土地 (5～ 10cm土层范围内 )进行土壤质量检测 ,结果发现 :土壤全氮、全碳含量均低于天然草原的土壤含量 ,长期实行CrP的土壤微生物生物量中的碳氮含量分别比短期实行CrP的土壤增加了 141%... 详细信息

通过对美国长期和短期实行土壤保护计划 (CrP)的土地 (5～ 10cm土层范围内 )进行土壤质量检测 ,结果发现 :土壤全氮、全碳含量均低于天然草原的土壤含量 ,长期实行CrP的土壤微生物生物量中的碳氮含量分别比短期实行CrP的土壤增加了 141%和 93 %。由于天然草原中硝酸盐含量较少 ,土壤无机氮含量非常低。实行 10aCrP后 ,土壤无机氮含量明显降低。研究表明 ,实行CrP能促进土壤质量的恢复 ,但 10a时间并不足以使土壤全碳全氮含量恢复到开垦前的水平。

The review summarizes much of particle physics and cosmology. Using data from previous editions, plus 3,283 new measurements from 899 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons and the recently discovered Higgs boson, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons. We summarize searches for hypothetical particles such as heavy neutrinos, supersymmetric and technicolor particles, axions, dark photons, etc. All the particle properties and search limits are listed in Summary Tables. We also give numerous tables, figures, formulae, and reviews of topics such as Supersymmetry, Extra Dimensions, Particle Detectors, Probability, and Statistics. Among the 112 reviews are many that are new or heavily revised including those on： Dark Energy, Higgs Boson Physics, Electroweak model, Neutrino Cross Section measurements, monte Carlo Neutrino Generators, Top Quark, Dark matter, Dynamical Electroweak Symmetry Breaking, Accelerator Physics of Colliders, High-Energy Collider Parameters, Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, Astrophysical Constants and Cosmological Parameters. A booklet is available containing the Summary Tables and abbreviated versions of some of the other sections of this full review.
