Physical properties of sprayed antimony doped tin oxide thin films:The role of thickness

Transparent conducting antimony doped tin oxide （Sb：SnO2） thin films have been deposited onto pre- heated glass substrates using a spray pyrolysis technique by varying the quantity of spraying solution. The structural, morphological, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, optical, photoluminescence and electrical properties of these films have been studied. It is found that the films are polycrystalline in nature with a tetragonal crystal structure having orientation along the （211） and （112） planes. Polyhedrons like grains appear in the FE-SEM images. The average grain size increases with increasing spraying quantity. The compositional analysis and electronic behaviour of Sb：SnO2 thin films were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The binding energy of Sn3ds/2 for all samples shows the Sn^4＋ bonding state from SnO2. An intensive violet luminescence peak near 395 nm is observed at room temperature due to oxygen vacancies or donor levels formed by Sb^5＋ ions. The film deposited with 20 cc solution shows 70 % transmittance at 550 nm leading to the highest figure of merit （2.11 × 10^-3 Ω^-1）. The resistivity and carrier concentration vary over 1.22 × 10^-3 to 0.89 × 10^-3Ω cm and 5.19 ×10^20 to 8.52 × 10^20 cm^-3, respectively.

The non-covalent immobilization ofβ-glucuronidase enzyme obtained from Rhizopus oryzae was carried out by entrapment in natural fiber(papaya and coconut).The bioconversion capability of immobilized enzyme was analyzed based on conversion of glycyrrhizin to 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid under different *** hydrolytic activity of theβ-glucuronidase enzyme was highly depended on the microbial source and matrix,in which enzyme was ***β-glucuronidase immobilized in papaya fibers produced the highest GA content(13.170μg/mL)at 10 h of *** ***β-glucuronidase immobilized in coconut fibers produced the highest GA content(21.425μg/mL)at 15 h of *** Molinspiration software was used to predict drug like molecular properties of the 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid,and software suggested that the compounds had potential of becoming the orally active ***,in silico studies were conducted on proposed 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid to select the best possible drug candidates based on drug properties and bioactivity score of the compounds.

GCC nations are transforming their energy industry and market around the world which is promising their economic efficiency and technology development. Nevertheless, this open energy market across the world has raised a question about energy security and power demand. This energy market globalization has pushed the GCC Nations to pay attention to the control of supply and demand of power. Interconnection of power network between the GCC Region is optimistic pace to secure the future anticipated power fallouts. And also installation of Renewable Energy projects will support GCC to accommodate their increasing power demand. This paper discusses about how the energy market globalization has effect the power supply and demand of GCC nations, their concerns and recent progress towards its resolution.

The Asiatic Wild CatFelis silvestris ornataisregarded as “Least concerned” (LC) first, as “Vulnerable” (VU) and following “Endangered” (EN) and then “Critically endangered” (CR) species as finally and originally concentrative distribute in Xinjiang Tarim Basin region in northwest China. This paper provides comprehensive information on bio-morphology, habitat selectivity, environmental condition, habit, preyfeed source and every item of composition, and relationship among Wild Cat and domestic cat at presence investigated in 2004-2006 and 2011- 2013 as especial study. The paper also illustrated some dynamical statistics of wild cat’ pelt collection by national trade from three prefectures in the last 40 years. Briefing the results of indication that large scale and continuous openup land for cotton in unplanned, exploit petroleum and natural gas, misapply water and destroy desert vegetation, poaching and killing prey objectives, etc., of them long-term effects on plants functional density and qualities of the cat surviving habitat and productivity, whereas pressures of increasing human population to fragile desert ecosystem showed efficiency and desirable effects of the cat surviving.

We present an all-fiber dual-wavelength holmium-doped veloped holmium-doped fiber （HDF） as a gain medium fiber laser operating in 2 #m region using a newly de- The proposed fiber laser is constructed by using a hybrid gain medium, i.e., a thulium ytterbium co-doped fiber （TYDF） and an HDF in conjunction with a simple half-opened linear cavity, which is formed by a broadband mirror and an output coupler reflector. Without the HDF, the TYDF laser operates at wavelengths of 1991 and 1999nm with a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 34dB and the slope efficiency of 26.16 %. With the HDF, dual-wavelength output lines are obtained at 2075 and 2083nm with signal-to-noise ratios of more than difference between the two peaks of less than 1 dB at 17dB, 3dB bandwidth of less than 0.2nm and the power the TYDF laser pump power of 320roW.

QTL and genetic analysis controlling fiber quality traits using paternal backcross population in upland cotton

Background:Genetic improvement in fiber quality is one of the main challenges for cotton *** trait loci(QTL)mapping provides a powerful approach to dissect the molecular mechanism in fiber quality *** present study,F14 recombinant inbred line(RIL)population was backcrossed to paternal parent for a paternal backcross(BC/P)population,deriving from one upland cotton *** repetitive BC/P field trials and one maternal backcross(BC/M)field trial were performed including both two BC populations and the original RIL ***:In total,24 novel QTLs are detected for fiber quality traits and among which 13 QTLs validated previous ***-five QTLs in BC/P populations explain 5.01%–22.09%of phenotype variation(PV).Among the 35 QTLs,23 QTLs are detected in BC/P population *** study provides novel alleles of male parent for fiber quality traits with positive genetic ***,qFS-Chr3–1 explains 22.09%of PV in BC/P population,which increaseds 0.48 cN·tex−1 for fiber strength.A total of 7,2,8,2 and 6 QTLs explain over 10.00%of PV for fiber length,fiber uniformity,fiber strength,fiber elongation and fiber micronaire,*** RIL population,six common QTLs are detected in more than one environment:qFL-Chr1–2,qFS-Chr5–1,qFS-Chr9–1,qFS-Chr21–1,qFM-Chr9–1 and qFM-Chr9–*** common QTLs of qFE-Chr2–2(TMB2386-SWU12343)and qFM-Chr9–1(NAU2873-CGR6771)explain 22.42%and 21.91%of *** region between NAU4034 and TMB1296 harbor 30 genes(379 kb)in A05 and 42 genes(49 kb)in D05 for fiber length along the QTL qFL-Chr5–1 in BC/P population,*** addition,a total of 142 and 46 epistatic QTLs and QTL×environments(E-QTLs and QQEs)are identified in recombinant inbred lines in paternal backcross(RIL-P)and paternal backcross(BC/P)populations,***:The present studies provide informative basis for improving cotton fiber quality in different populations.

An interferometer based optical sensor for displacement measurement is reported. This method requires quite simple signal processing as well as least electronic components. Referring to this technique, two photodiodes spatially shifted by 90 degrees were used. The output of photodiodes was converted into rectangular signals which were extracted in LabVIEW using the data acquisition card without using an analog to digital converters (ADC). We have also processed the signals in C++ after acquiring via parallel port. A Michelson interferometer configuration was used to produce linear fringes for the detection of displacements. The displacement less than 100 nm could be measured using this technique.
