The.coagulase.ne.ative.staphylococci (CoNS) have.long be.n conside.e. to be.low pathoge.icity. The.possibility of a horizontal transfe. of re.istance.and virule.ce.ge.e. from S. aure.s to CoNS could incre.se.the.pathoge.icity of the.e.bacte.ia. The.obje.tive.of this work is to contribute.to a be.te. knowle.ge.of the.pathoge.icity of (CoNS) strains isolate. from surface. and me.ico-te.hnical mate.ials of the.Unive.sity Hospital of Abome.-Calavi/Sô-Ava. Se.e.ty strains of CoNS isolate. from surface. and me.ico-te.hnical mate.ials of the.Unive.sity Hospital of Abome.-Calavi we.e.te.te. for me.hicillin re.istance. The.re.istance.to me.hicillin was e.aluate. phe.otypically by the.re.istance.of the.strains to ce.oxitin and the. confirme. by the.se.rch for the.me.A ge.e.using PCR. The.ge.e. e.coding staphylococcal chromosomal casse.te.(SCCme.) type. I, II and III originally found in S. aure.s we.e.te.te. in CoNS by multiple. PCR using spe.ific prime.s. All the.strains studie. showe. re.istance.to me.hicillin. Howe.e., only 28.5% (20/70) carrie. the.me.A ge.e. SCCme. was ide.tifie. in only 17.14% (12/70) of the.e.strains. Four strains carrie. me.A ge.e.as we.l as one.of the.thre. type. of SCCme. se.rche.. SCCme. type. I, II and III we.e.ide.tifie. in CoNS strains studie.. SCCme. type.I was the.most fre.ue.t chromosomal casse.te.in me.A+ strains, only or in association with anothe. SCCme.. Characte.istics of te.mite.mounds and associate. Rhodic Acrisol and Haplic Acrisol in the.coastal savanna zone.of Ghana and the.r impact on hydraulic conductivity we.e.asse.se.. The.te.ture.of the.mounds was sandy clay in contrast to the.sandy clay loam of the.surface.soils. Translocation of fine.to me.ium size. soil mate.ials influe.ce. the.re.ative.y highe. bulk de.sity (>1.60 mg/m3) and conte.ts of organic carbon, nitroge. and e.change.ble.base. in the.mounds. Kaolinite.was the.dominant clay mine.al with pH value. ge.e.ally be.ow 5.3 in all the.soils re.le.ting the.we.the.e. tropical soil e.vironme.t. The.surve. was conducte. on the.basis of a que.tionnaire.in the.six de.artme.ts of Be.in: Ouémé, Plate.u, Atlantic, Littoral, Zou and Colline.. The.surve. colle.te. information on the.socio-e.onomic characte.istics of produce.s, the.varie.ie. of chilli pe.pe. grown, and the.curre.t te.hnical itine.arie. use. for the.production, storage.and conse.vation of chilli pe.pe.. On the.othe. hand, it also gave.an ide. of the.constraints that pre.e.t the.production of chilli pe.pe. of good sanitary quality. The.re.ults of this surve. show that thre. varie.ie. of chilli pe.pe.s are.the.most produce. and consume. in Be.in. The.e.are.the.Gbotakin varie.y (Capsicum chine.se./i>), the.Afundja varie.y (Capsicum annuum) and the.Danhomètakin varie.y (Capsicum frute.ce.s). 水产养殖对世界粮食生产作出了重要贡献,随着水产养殖产量的逐渐增加,人类消费的鱼类、贝类、甲壳类等水产品有近一半水产品来自于水产养殖。2018年中国水产养殖总产出超过5000万吨,占水产品总产量的78%以上,也是世界上唯一一个水产品养殖产量超过捕捞产量的国家。然而,鱼类生长、饲料利用和单位面积总产量受到养殖密度的影响,养殖密度也是鱼类养殖重要的因素之一。此外,鱼类繁殖行为研究对改善和保护渔业资源,促进水产养殖具有重要的基础性作用。本研究对吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼的繁殖特性和养殖密度进行了研究。本研究在位于宜兴市屺亭镇上垛东路的国家“罗非鱼遗传育种中心”保种基地内进行。为了研究GIFT品系尼罗罗非鱼的繁殖特性,将240个网箱设置在相同条件下的温室水泥池中,每个网箱一对亲鱼,水温均为28℃左右。亲鱼配好后每天喂一次。将亲鱼的育种值从高到低的育种家分为3组,1～34号组为高,35～68号组为中,69～102号组为低,对雌性繁殖亲本的体重、繁殖力和孵化率进行了对比分析;为了研究放养密度对生长的影响,试验设置了 4个处理,每个处理3个重复,对体重增长、单位面积产量、体重与体长的相关关系、规格均匀度和饲料系数进行了分析,结果如下。(1)不同育种值群体的繁殖对比试验①繁殖亲本体重与遗传育种值。高育种值的组1平均体重为517.50±197.37 g,中育种值的组2平均体重为549.24±253.37 g,低育种值的组3平均体重为506.56±178.20 g。Group 1-Group2和Group 1-Group3 的体重方差分析结果无差异(P>0.05),Group1-Group3 有差异(P0.05);相对繁殖力 Group1(3.21±2.18)高于 Group2(3.08±2.28)和 Group3(2.94±2.39),方差检验三者之间也无显著差异,绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力与繁殖亲本的遗传育种值之间无差异(P>0.05)。③遗传育种值与孵化率。三个类群的孵化率Group1最高(0.4616±0.1339),其次为 Group2(0.3001±0.1661),Group3 最低(0.2435±0.1149)。方差分析三者之间存在显著差异(Pe.4(P≤0.05),相对繁殖力P值为0.001871(P≤0.05)。结果表明绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力均与母体体重均显著相关。②母体体重与孵化率的相关性分析。母体体重与孵化率的相关性中P值为0.2094(P>0.05),结果表明孵化率与母体体重不相关。③母体体重与绝对繁殖力的回归分析。母体体重与绝对繁殖力的回归分析中回归系数R-square.为0.5040,高于母体体重与相对繁殖力的回归系数R-square.=0.1588。结果表明,母体体重与相对繁殖力和绝对繁殖力均有相关性,但与绝对繁殖力的相关性更高。(3)放养密度对生长的影响为了研究放养密度对罗非鱼鱼种生长的影响,将360尾吉富罗非鱼鱼种分别以每个15尾/m3、25尾/m3、35尾/m3和45尾/m3 4个处理密度在水泥池中网箱内进行放养,每个处理重复3次。以鱼种体重5%日投喂量的进行投喂,每天分三次投喂(上午8时、下午12时、下午5时),投喂量分别为日粮的40%、40%和20%,为期1个月,以评价其生长性能。饲养前测定各处理和重复的总重量,每10 d称量一次,连续称量1个月。在最后阶段,对个体的体重和体长也进行了测量和记录。期间水温28.5±2.1(平均±2sd)℃,溶解氧6.2±2.5(平均值±2sd)mg/L,网箱水深为0.7 m,pH值约为7.5-8。①体重与体长生长。15尾/m3水平的平均体重和体长最大,分别为33.45±7.78g和95.2±6.16mm,而以45尾/m3水平的平均体重和体长最小,分别为27.25±5.64g和88.59±5.70mm,各水平体重存在显著性差异(Pm3、25尾/m3和35尾/m3水平之间存在差异(Pm3与45尾/m3水平之间无差异(P>0.05)。体重与体长呈幂函数关系,且不受放养密度的影响。②单位面积产量。随着放养密度的增加,规格逐渐,产量逐渐增加。15尾/m3、25尾/m3、35尾/m3和45尾/m3单位面积产量分别为501.75,775,988.4和1226.25克。③饲料系数与成活率。

AIm: To study the.e.fe.t of re.ular ae.obic e.e.cise.on insulin re.istance. se.um aminotransfe.ase.and live. histology in nonalcoholic fatty live. dise.se.(NAFLD) patie.ts. me.HODS: Sixty (me.n age.40.0 ± 8.5 ye.rs, 75% male. NAFLD patie.ts we.e.include. in the.study. Afte. base.ine.anthropome.ric me.sure.e.t i.e., body mass inde. (BmI), waist circumfe.e.ce.(WC); all patie.ts we.e.advise. re.ular ae.obic e.e.cise.for 30 min/d, for at le.st 5 d/wk and traine. to achie.e.around 70% of his maximal he.rt rate. In addition, mode.ate.y e.e.gy re.tricte. die. was advise. to patie.ts with high BmI (> 25 kg/m 2 ). monthly follow up was done.by me.suring BmI, WC, aspartate.aminotransfe.ase. and alanine.aminotransfe.ase.(ALT). Insulin re.istance.was calculate. using home.stasis mode. asse.sme.t (HOmA) of insulin re.istance.(HOmA-IR) mode., at base.ine.and afte. 6mo. Insulin re.istance.was arbitrarily conside.e. alte.e. whe. it was ≥ 2. Live. biopsy was done.in a se.tion of patie.ts at base.ine.and afte. 6 mo. Re.ULTS: Se.e.ty pe.ce.t (42/60) patie.ts we.e.ove.we.ght or obe.e. 95% (57/60) had ce.tral obe.ity (WC > 90 cm in me., > 80 cm in wome.). In the.45 e.e.cise.compliant patie.ts insulin re.istance.de.re.se. from 6.4 ± 6.1 to 1.3 ± 1.0, BmI from 26.7 ± 3.3 kg/m 2 to 25.0 ± 3.3 kg/m 2 , WC from 95.7 ± 8.9 cm to 90.8 ± 7.3 cm and ALT from 84.8 ± 43.5 U/L to 41.3 ± 18.2 U/L (P e.e.cise.noncompliant patie.t's insulin re.istance. BmI, WC and ALT did not show significant change.at 6 mo follow up. Six of 8 patie.ts in compliant group on re.e.t live. biopsy showe. significant change.in ste.tosis and ne.roinflammation. Nonalcoholic ste.tohe.atitis score. improve. form 5.3 ± 1.5 to 3.35 ± 1.5. The.de.line.in insulin re.istance.corre.ate. with de.line.in ALT (P = 0.01, r s = 0.90) and live. histology (P = 0.03, r s = 0.73). CONCLUSION: Life.style.modification improve. insulin re.istance.re.ulting in improve.e.t in ALT and live. histology in NAFLD patie.ts.
