Longitudinal changes in body weight of breastfeeding mothers in the first year after delivery and its relationship with human milk composition:a combined longitudinal and cross-sectional cohort study

Correlative species distribution models(SDMs)are important tools to estimate species’geographic distribution across space and time,but their reliability heavily relies on the availability and quality of occurrence *** can be bia.ed when occurrences do not fully represent the environmental requirement of a *** tested to what extent species’physiological knowledge might influence SDM *** on the Japanese sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus within the coastal ocean of East Asia,we compiled a comprehensive dataset of occurrence *** then explored the importance of incorporating physiological knowledge into SDMs by calibrating two types of correlative SDMs:a naïve model that solely depends on environmental correlates,and a physiologically informed model that further incorporates physiological information as *** further tested the models’sensitivity to calibration area choices by fitting them with different buffered areas around known *** with naïve models,the physiologically informed models successfully captured the negative influence of high temperature on *** and were less sensitive to the choice of calibration *** naïve models resulted in more optimistic prediction of the changes of potential distributions under climate change(i.e.,larger range expansion and less contraction)than the physiologically informed *** findings highlight benefits from incorporating physiological information into correlative SDMs,namely mitigating the uncertainties associated with the choice of calibration *** these promising features,we encourage future SDM studies to consider species physi-ological information where available.

The Use of Triancinolone for the Treatment of Keloid Scars

Scars, when in good evolution, result in a smooth, thin and discreet tissue. Keloid scars, however, are a type of abnormal and exacerbated repair response to tissue injury, whether in surgical interventions or in various injuries, which present in a prominent and gross way. In this context, there is an excess of collagen deposition in the tissue repair process, which can lead to the formation of keloids. The diagnosis of the condition presented is made by the medical professional or by the patient himself after the surgical intervention or skin injury. Under this analysis, protruding, rough and bad-looking scars are identified. In addition, we highlight the existence of keloids similar to large tumors, described as Jorge Lobo disease. The treatment encompasses massages, compressions, corticosteroids, chemotherapy, collagenase and cryotherapy. At first, we used corticosteroid-based massages, and then we started using compressive dressings until we started intrakeloid infiltrations with injectable triamcinolone. Triamcinolone 10 mg injectable—1/10—in 0.9% saline, with syringe and fixed needle 0.3 mm × 8 mm, intralesional infiltrate, in this context, proved to be effective for its treatment when applied sequentially and linearly. In cases where the medication was applied, there was an improvement after 21 days of application and a definitive improvement 2 months after the injury. In comparison, on the other hand, patients who were not subjected to the application of the medication may improve after 4 months of the injury or worsen compared to the initial case. We have come to the conclusion that this procedure may be one of the chosen ones for the treatment of keloid scars, being one of the most recommended for cases of keloid already installed.

Influence of mass-flow ratio of inner to outer secondary air on gas-particle flow near a swirl burner

The influence of mass-flow-rate ratio of inner to outer secondary air on gas-particle flow characteristics was determined in the near-burner region of a centrally fuel-rich swirl coal combustion burner, Velocity and particle volume flux profiles and normalized particle number concentrations were obtained. Peaks in tangential mean velocity and three-dimensional root-mean-square fluctuation velocities were found to decrease as the mass-flow-rate ratio increased. Moreover, the peaks in the mean axial velocities and parti- cle volume flux near the wall increased, whereas those near the chamber axis decreased. Simultaneously, both recirculation zone and swirl number decreased as the mass-flow-rate ratio increased.

高等教育数字资源时空耦合是数字资源与时间和空间之间相互联系和相互影响的程度,涵盖了数字资源对高校人员以及高校数字生态环境时空维度的影响,强调数字资源在高等教育场域中时间灵活、空间解构和跨地域协同的多维意蕴。高等教育数字资源的时间维度体现了时空解耦特质,丰富了时间的内涵,同时扩展了时间的外延。涉及“数字资源+时间管理”的融合,以资源容量扩展时间增量进而激发学习内容与效率的无限潜能,时间管理促进了时间灵活与个性化学习的平衡。高等教育数字资源的时空解耦在空间维度体现了数字资源跨越地理和空间限制,具有空间解构效应,具体从扩展学习环境、增加可持续性、激发数字教育创新进行阐释。高等教育数字资源跨地域的协同和合作诠释了数字资源的高时空耦合度,包含知识共享与知识创新、跨界协作与跨学科合作、综合能力与创新能力培养等。从时间灵活、空间解构和跨地域协同角度,分别提出了时空耦合中高等教育数字资源的运用建议。

乡村振兴背景下,本文考察数字经济赋能乡村一二三产业融合发展,驱动农业高质量发展的内在机制,并运用DEA-BCC模型对2013—2022年农村产业经济数据进行乡村产业融合协调度检验。研究发现:数字经济通过赋能农业数字化转型,为农村产业融合提供了强大的推动力;数字经济加速了农村数字新质生产力形成,促进了农村产业融合发展;在综合效益方面,2013—2022年间投入与产出在国家政策的支持下呈最优的搭配;普惠金融给乡村振兴带来的长期效果得以展现,实现了目标效率;通过物联网、大数据、人工智能等数字技术可以提高投入-产出比,提高经济效益,促进全面乡村振兴,有助于现代农业转型升级与和美乡村的实现。

身体不仅是公共精神的载体,更是形塑体脑互动、知行相生的公共精神的重要依托,它为整全性公共精神的养成提供生理基础、环境体验和行动能力。受传统认知思维的影响,公共精神培育片面追求知性的养成,深陷“头脑丰满”的圈囿,漠视身体行动,割裂了公共精神的完整性,从而导致了心智相离、行动困难的“离身公共人”的产生。具身认知理论认为,身体在认知发展中发挥基础作用,环境对认知形成具有导向性,身体与环境相互作用下的认知葆有动态生成性。公共精神培育应该使身体回归,利用身体的隐喻映射充盈公共理念,通过身体的心智交融形塑公共品质,依托身体的行动机能实现公共福祉。

A grain-size correction for metal pollution indexes in river sediments

According to the List of Hazardous Substances of the Agency of the Toxic Substances and Disease Registry(ATSDR 2017), some metallic elements such as Pb or Cd are still considered as the most polluting elements in the world. These elements accumulate in sediments, and there are various methods available that differentiate lithogenic sources from anthropogenic sources. For that, the natural geochemical background is required, however, its definition is far from unanimous: it can be a global or local value,single or statistically estimated value, depending on the studies. Our study is focused on the Subae River in the state of Bahia, Northeastern Brazil, which was historically contaminated by lead metallurgy. The river sediments were sampled at 21 locations: one at the discharge point of the plant’s rainwater basin,ten upstream, and ten downstream. The total contents of Fe, Ti, Mn, Pb, Zn, Cu, Cr, particle-size distribution, and organic matter were analyzed. The conventional geochemical indexes, i.e., the pollution degree(m Cd), pollution load index, and enrichment factor indicated contamination by Zn, Pb, Cr, and ***, a new enrichment factor is introduced, assuming that the sediments come from erosion of soils in the watershed. After obtaining the natural concentrations of metals in the clay, silt, and sand fractions of uncontaminated reference soils, we corrected the pollution indexes by calculating a new individual background in each sediment sample, according to its grain size distribution. This new approach provided more precise indexes in the assessment of sediment pollution, by highlighting higher contamination of Zn and Pb(around 50%) and at the same time the absence of Cr and Cu contamination, two metals not involved with the metallurgical activity.

新一轮高考综合改革实施科目选考制,在扩大学生选择范围的同时也使得选科结果的影响因素备受关注。作为家庭背景的重要指标之一,家庭文化资本不仅会直接影响学生的高考选科结果,而且会通过影响学生的选科动机间接影响选科决定。通过对第三批改革省市高中学生问卷调查结果的分析发现,高家庭文化资本的学生在高考选科过程中表现出更强的收集信息、主动选择和长远规划的意识,因此能够更准确地把握政策导向、更看重外部选科动机、更容易养成复制成功经验的路径依赖。然而,家庭文化资本在促使学生积极追求学业成功的同时,也削弱了他们的内在动机,在一定程度上限制了学生的个性发展和未来学业表现。学校和教师等应针对不同家庭背景的学生群体进行指导,帮助他们克服结构性资源劣势或行为模式限制,充分挖掘和利用身边的各类教育资源,使高考选科在更加科学公平的环境中开展。
