Objective:The efficacy of medications for Parkinson’s disease(PD)tend to decline over time,which has a serious impact on patients’health and quality of life.To some extent,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can resolve the distressing problem of ineffective dopaminergic medication in PD patients.The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude,acceptance,and independent predictors of TCM in PD patients admitted to the outpatient department of a tertiary hospital.Methods:A cross-sectional study of PD patients was conducted in the outpatient department of a large tertiary hospital in Beijing from March 2022 to June 2023.A self-report questionnaire was developed to investigate PD patients’attitudes and acceptance of TCM based on the questionnaire.Multivariate logistic regression analyses were also performed to further clarify the independent predictors influencing patients’adoption of TCM therapy.Results:A total of 397 patients completed the questionnaire,of which 78.09%were willing to be treated with TCM and 21.91%indicated that they were not willing to use TCM.Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that several parameters were correlated with a patient’s willingness to include TCM in their therapeutic regime.These included education level of a bachelor’s degree(odds ratio[OR)=8.554;95%confidence interval[CI]:4.112–17.794;P<0.001,vs junior high school education),living in an urban setting(OR=8.022;95%CI:4.577–14.060;P<0.001,vs rural),having other underlying diseases(OR=5.126;95%CI:3.078–8.537;P<0.001,vs none),having previously used TCM(OR=3.083;95%CI:1.852–5.134;P<0.001,vs not used),believing that TCM therapy is safe(OR=3.530;95%CI:1.446–8.616;P=0.006,vs not thought),believing that TCM therapy is effective(OR=3.859;95%CI:1.482–10.047;P=0.006,vs not understood),and being willing to discuss ongoing TCM therapy with an attending physician(OR=62.468;95%CI:30.350–128.574;P<0.001,vs not informed).Conclusion:This study initially investigated the acceptance,attitude,and independent predictors of TCM use

Soil abundant taxa diversity positively related to multifunctionality under Hg stress.•Microbial network complexity of soil abundant taxa supported the strength of SBF.•Stochastic assembly of soil abundant subcommunity supported the strength of SBF.•Stochastic ratio was the most important predictor for the strength of SBF.It is known that soil microbial communities are intricately linked to multiple ecosystem functions and can maintain the relationship between soil biodiversity and multifunctionality(SBF)under environmental stresses.However,the relative contributions and driving forces of abundant and rare taxa within the communities in maintaining soil biodiversity-multifunctionality relationship under pollution stresses are still unclear.Here,we conducted microcosm experiments to estimate the importance of soil abundant and rare taxa in predicting these relationships under heavy metal mercury(Hg)stress in paired paddy and upland fields.The results revealed that the diversity of abundant taxa,rather than rare taxa,was positively related to multifunctionality,with the abundant subcommunity tending to maintain a larger proportion of soil functions including chitin degradation,protein degradation,and phosphorus mineralization.Soil multitrophic network complexity consisting of abundant species showed positive correlations with biodiversity and multifunctionality,and supported the strength of SBF within a network complexity range.Stochastic assembly processes of the abundant subcommunity were positively correlated with the strength of SBF,although stochastic processes decreased the biodiversity and the multifunctionality,respectively.After simultaneously accounting for multiple factors on the strength of SBF,we found that the stochastic community assembly ratio of abundant taxa was the most important predictor for SBF strength under Hg stress.Our results highlight the importance of abundant taxa in supporting soil multifunctionality,and elucidate the linkages between community assembly,network complexity and SBF rela

Kuroshio Intrusion Combined with Coastal Currents Affects Phytoplankton in the Northern South China Sea Revealed by Lipid biomarkers

The northern South China Sea(NSCS)is significantly influenced by the Kuroshio intrusion and the coastal currents.Our knowledge on the roles of both currents on phytoplankton spatial variations is still inadequate.Here,we investigated the concentrations of phytoplankton biomarkers and their proportions in surface suspended particles from 47 sites of the NSCS during summer of 2017 and 2019.Brassicasterol/epi-brassicasterol,dinosterol,and C37 alkenones were used as proxies of biomass for diatoms,dinoflagellates,and haptophytes,respectively,and their sum indicating total phytoplankton biomass.A three end-member mixing model was applied to quantitatively assess the influence extent of the Kuroshio intrusion and the coastal currents.Our results showed that the Kuroshio intrusion and the coastal currents contributed equally to the overall surface water masses in the study area;however,the two currents had distinct effects on the spatial distribution of phytoplankton.For phytoplankton biomass,the eutrophic coastal currents were likely to be the main controlling factors,while the impact of the Kuroshio intrusion was weak and stimulated significant increases in phytoplankton biomass only at certain boundary sites.For phytoplankton community structures,the Kuroshio and its intrusion were the main factors,resulting in an increase in the proportions of dinoflagellates and haptophytes.The proportion of diatoms slightly increased due to the influence of the coastal currents.Our study quantifies the effects of the Kuroshio and the coastal currents on phytoplankton in the NSCS in terms of hydrological parameters,providing an important basis for the understanding of ecological functions and biogeochemical cycles in marginal sea-open ocean boundary regions.

CO_(2) electroreduction to formic acid/formate would contribute to alleviating the energy and climate crisis.This work reports a bi-based catalyst derived from the in-situ electroreduction of bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3) modified with iodine and pyrenyl-graphdiyne(PGDY)on the surface for efficient electroreduction of CO_(2) in acidic electrolyte,with a high partial current density of 98.71 mA·cm^(-2) and high Faradaic efficiency(FE)>90%over the potential range from^(-1).2 to-1.5 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),as well as the long-term operational stability over 240 h without degradation in H-type cell.Experimental results and density function theory calculations show that the synergistic effect of surface iodine and PGDY is responsible for this active and extremely stable process of CO_(2) electroreduction via lowering the energy barriers for formation of*OCHO intermediate,suppressing the competitive HER by enhancing the concentration of both K+and CO_(2) at reaction interface,as well as preventing the dissolution and re-deposition of active bi atoms on surface during catalytic reaction.This work provides new insight into designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts for CO_(2) reduction.

目的采用meta分析评价双侧胸椎旁神经阻滞(TPVB)对全身麻醉下冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)患者术后镇痛效果的影响。方法系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网、万方医学网和维普资讯数据库,限定检索时间截止至2023年12月。纳入双侧TPVB联合全身麻醉与单纯全身麻醉比较CABG患者术后镇痛效果的随机对照试验。主要结局指标:术后24 h内补救镇痛率;次要结局指标:术中阿片类药物用量和不良反应发生率、术后恢复指标和术后不良反应发生率。应用R studio软件调用"meta"程序包进行meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献(n=788)。与全身麻醉相比,双侧TPVB联合全身麻醉可减少术中阿片类药物用量(SMD=-1.88,95%CI-2.80~-0.96),降低术后24 h内补救镇痛率(RR=0.17,95%CI 0.06~0.46)和术后不良反应发生率(RR=0.39,95%CI 0.25~0.60),缩短术后气管拔管时间(MD=-1.52,95%CI-2.01~-1.03)、术后ICU停留时间(MD=-4.40,95%CI-5.29~-3.51)和术后住院时间(MD=-0.70,95%CI-1.37~-0.04)。结论双侧TPVB可增强全身麻醉下CABG患者术后镇痛的效果。

Emotion classification in textual conversations focuses on classifying the emotion of each utterance from textual conversations.It is becoming one of the most important tasks for natural language processing in recent years.However,it is a challenging task for machines to conduct emotion classification in textual conversations because emotions rely heavily on textual context.To address the challenge,we propose a method to classify emotion in textual conversations,by integrating the advantages of deep learning and broad learning,namely DBL.It aims to provide a more effective solution to capture local contextual information(i.e.,utterance-level)in an utterance,as well as global contextual information(i.e.,speaker-level)in a conversation,based on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(bi-LSTM),and broad learning.Extensive experiments have been conducted on three public textual conversation datasets,which show that the context in both utterance-level and speaker-level is consistently beneficial to the performance of emotion classification.In addition,the results show that our proposed method outperforms the baseline methods on most of the testing datasets in weighted-average F1.

[目的]农用水权期权交易作为一种创新的水权交易模式,是金融助力绿色发展的新渠道。探究农用水权期权交易的触发条件及驱动因素,推动水期权交易模式应用于实践,是建设全国统一的用水权交易市场的重要内容。[方法]文章基于农用水权期权交易触发这一新视角,构建农业用水者、工业用水者、政府管理部门以及金融机构四方演化博弈模型,运用复制动态方程和Lyapunov第一法则定性研究各博弈主体策略选择的稳定性及系统中可能存在的稳定均衡点,并利用Matlab2018b仿真分析关键要素对整体系统演化的影响。[结果]农用水权期权费稍高定价、金融机构降低交易成本、政府管理部门公信力损失的提升、加大对金融机构经济补贴,会增加农业用水者、工业用水者、政府管理部门以及金融机构参与农用水权期权交易的概率。[结论]农用水权期权交易的触发需要发挥政府职能,突破门槛效应。首先,通过对金融机构的经济补贴,激励金融机构选择创新金融业务;其次,金融机构发挥中介作用,通过合理定价农用水权期权费及降低交易成本的路径,触发农业用水者和工业用水者选择农用水权期权交易;此外,公信力损失会进一步增强对政府管理部门的约束力,最终实现农用水权期权交易触发的良性循环。

现有基于压缩感知的等效源近场声全息方法通常采用基于单频处理的单测量向量模型进行声场重建,此模型存在噪声鲁棒性较差以及重建精度不足的问题。实际中噪声源往往具有宽频特征,同一位置处不同频率的等效源源强聚集从而呈现共同稀疏特性,若充分利用源强的共同稀疏特性,可以改善重建性能。因此,提出一种基于共同稀疏贝叶斯学习的多频等效源近场声全息方法。在该方法中,首先采用多频协同处理,构建多频等效源近场声全息模型;然后为等效源源强施加共同稀疏约束,并使用共同稀疏贝叶斯学习方法求解等效源源强。与单频等效源近场声全息方法相比,所提方法可以获得更高的重建精度和更好的噪声鲁棒性。通过单极子声源仿真和小音箱试验验证了所提方法的优越性。

mRNA基因治疗因其可扩展、修饰,不需要进入细胞核及不整合宿主遗传基因等优势而备受关注。在基因治疗中,将mRNA安全有效地递送到细胞内对于基因治疗的成功至关重要。本研究基于前期设计合成的富含支化精氨酸的两亲性阳离子脂质肽(dendritic arginine&disulfide bond-containing cationic lipopeptide,RLS)基因载体在斑马鱼体内成功实现比商品化试剂Lipofectamine 2000高1.5倍的mRNA转染效果,并通过体外细胞毒性和斑马鱼体内生物安全性研究证实其具有良好的生物安全性。首先,通过核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)及飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)对阳离子脂质肽的化学成分进行表征。通过动态光散射粒度分析仪(DLS)测试的粒径和电位结果显示,在氮磷(N/P)比为20时,RLS与mRNA复合组装体形成平均粒径约220 nm、表面ζ电位约+21 mV的均匀纳米粒子。体外基因转染中,RLS在人胚肾293细胞(HEK293)和大鼠间充质干细胞(MSC)中的转染效率较Lipofectamine 2000分别提高1.2和3倍。此外,将RLS显微注射至斑马鱼胚胎后,通过评价生存率、孵化率和致畸率等指标,进一步证实了其在体内良好的安全性。综上所述,该富含支化精氨酸的两亲性阳离子脂质肽RLS具有优良的mRNA递送性能和安全性。
