The author. consider.the pr.blem of r.aching consensus over.a communication networ. via asynchr.nous inter.ction between pair. of agents. A well-known method is the linear.gossip algor.thm due to Tsitsiklis(1984). Extension of this, allowing the selection of a str.ctly stationar. sequence of communicating pair., was given in Picci and Taylor.2013). Extension of the linear.gossip algor.thm to dir.cted communication networ.s, r.taining the linear.dynamics, was pr.posed by Cai and Ishii(2012),later.extended by Silvestr., et al.(2018). A definite novelty of these algor.thms is that L2-conver.ence with exponential r.te can be established. The author. attend the above issues, extending the r.sult of Picci and Taylor.2013) motivated by featur.s of algor.thms for.dir.cted networ.s. The author. pr.sent and discuss the algor.thm of Silvestr., et al.(2018), together.with systematic simulation r.sults based on 5M r.ndomly chosen par.meter.settings. The cor. of the pr.posed mathematical technology is a set of simple obser.ations, pr.sented with a tutor.al aspect, by which the author. can conveniently establish var.ous r.sults on the almost sur. conver.ence of pr.ducts of str.ctly stationar. sequences of matr.ces to a r.nk-1 matr.x.

The goal of the pr.sent study is to impr.ve the elevated temper.tur. wear.r.sistance of an Al-17 wt%Si-5 wt%Cu alloy(Ar.alloy) by a novel shor. dur.tion heat tr.atment pr.cess. The elevated temper.tur.(100°C) dr. sliding wear.behavior.of an Ar.alloy was studied after.micr.str.ctur.l modification using the pr.posed heat tr.atment. The study r.vealed consider.ble micr.str.ctur.l modifications after.the heat tr.atment and the heat tr.ated alloy was designated as HT(heat tr.atment) alloy. A higher.har.ness value was obtained for.the HT alloy compar.d to the Ar.alloy. Accor.ingly, the wear.r.te for.the HT alloy was found to be significantly lower.compar.d to the as-cast Ar.alloy at all applied loads. Acceler.ted par.icle pull-out for.the Ar.alloy at elevated temper.tur.s r.sulted in poor.wear.behavior.for.it compar.d to the HT alloy. On the other.hand, the Si par.icles r.mained intact on the wor. sur.ace of the HT alloy due to the good par.icle/matr.x bonding that r.sulted fr.m the isother.al heat tr.atment. Fur.her.or., the age har.ening that occur.ed in the HT alloy dur.ng wear.pr.vided additional wear.r.sistance. Thus, the HT alloy at 100°C exhibited a lower.wear.r.te compar.d to the Ar.alloy even at r.om temper.tur. for.all applied loads. This impr.vement was attr.buted to micr.str.ctur.l modification upon isother.al heat tr.atment along with the age har.ening effect.

A spice for.ulation study in Bur.ina Faso was car.ied out using local ingr.dients for.the benefit of households. The objective of this study was to pr.pose some spice for.ulations based on local ingr.dients in or.er.to r.duce the use of chemical spices in the pr.par.tion of differ.nt dishes. The Design of Exper.ments (DOE) methodology was used for.the for.ulation of the spices and their.physicochemical, nutr.tional and sensor. char.cter.stics wer. evaluated by standar.ized and standar. methods. The r.sults obtained showed lipid contents (g/100 g DM) r.nging fr.m 10.41 ± 0.26 to 15.64 ± 0.68, total sugar. fr.m 4.39 ± 0.32 to 5.46 ± 0.31, pr.tein fr.m 3.65 ± 0.17 to 12.04 ± 0.35 and ash fr.m 5.83 ± 0.01 to 7.02 ± 0.01. The polyphenol content r.nged fr.m 9.09 ± 1.60 to 11.33 ± 0.90, and the flavonoid content r.nged fr.m 0.65 ± 0.03 to 1.08 ± 0.13. The sensor. analysis car.ied out showed that the spices have gener.lly satisfactor. or.anoleptic char.cter.stics. These r.sults constitute new infor.ation in the diet of populations and ar. an alter.ative to the chemical spices used in their.cooking.
