“Plasmas” up to a kilometer in size and behaving similarly to multicellular organisms have been filmed on 10 separate NASA space shuttle missions, over 200 miles above Earth within the thermosphere. These self-illuminated “plasmas” are attracted to and may “feed on” electromagnetic radiation. They have different morphologies: 1) cone, 2) cloud, 3) donut, 4) spherical-cylindrical;and have been filmed flying towards and descending from the thermosphere into thunderstorms;congregating by the hundreds and interacting with satellites generating electromagnetic activity;approaching the Space Shuttles. computerized analysis of flight path trajectories documents these plasmas travel at different velocities from different directions and change their angle of trajectory making 45°, 90°, and 180° shifts and follow each other. They’ve been filmed accelerating, slowing down, stopping, congregating, engaging in “hunter-predatory” behavior and intersecting plasmas leaving a plasma dust trail in their wake. Similar life-like behaviors have been demonstrated by plasmas created experimentally. “Plasmas” may have been photographed in the 1940s by WWII pilots (identified as “Foo fighters”);repeatedly observed and filmed by astronauts and military pilots and classified as Unidentified Aerial—Anomalous Phenomenon. Plasmas are not biological but may represent a form of pre-life that via the incorporation of elements common in space, could result in the synthesis of RNA. Plasmas constitute a fourth state of matter, are attracted to electromagnetic activity, and when observed in the lower atmosphere likely account for many of the UFO-UAP sightings over the centuries.

Helicobacter pylori upregulates prion protein expression in gastric mucosa: A possible link to prion disease

AIM： Pathological prion protein （PrP^sc） is responsible for the development of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies （TSE）. While PrPc enters the organism via the oral route, less data is available to know about its uptake and the role of gastrointestinal inflammation on the expression of priori precursor PrPc, which is constitutively expressed in the gastric ***： We studied PrPc expression in the gastric mucosa of 10 Helicobacter pylori-positive patients before and after successful H pylori eradication compared to non-infected controls using RT-PcR and Western blotting. The effect of central mediators of gastric inflammation, i.e., gastrin, prostaglandin E2 （PGE2）, tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α） and interleukin 1 beta （IL-1β） on PrPc expression was analyzed in gastric cell ***： PrPc expression was increased in H pyloriinfection compared with non-infected controls and decreased to normal after successful eradication. Gastrin, PGE2, and IL-1β dose-dependently upregulated PrPc in gastric cells, while TNF-α had no ***： H pylori infection leads to the upregulation of gastric PrPc expression. This can be linked to H pylori induced hypergastrinemia and increased mucosal PGE2 and IL-1β synthesis. H pylori creates a milieu for enhanced propagation of prions in the gastrointestinal tract.

Extending the ionic conductivity is the pre-requisite of electrolytes in fuel cell technology for high-electrochemical *** this regard,the introduction of semiconductor-oxide materials and the approach of heterostructure formation by modulating energy bands to enhance ionic conduction acting as an electrolyte in fuel ***（n-type; SnO2） plays a key role by introducing into p-type SrFe0.2Ti0.8O3-δ（SFT） semiconductor perovskite materials to construct p-n heterojunction for high ionic ***,two different composites of SFT and SnO2are constructed by gluing p-and n-type SFT-SnO2,where the optimal composition of SFT-SnO2（6:4） heterostructure electrolyte-based fuel cell achieved excellent ionic conductivity 0.24 S cm-1with power-output of1004 mW cm-2and high OcV 1.12 V at a low operational temperature of500℃.The high power-output and significant ionic conductivity with durable operation of 54 h are accredited to SFT-SnO2heterojunction formation including interfacial conduction assisted by a built-in electric field in fuel cell ***,the fuel conversion efficiency and considerable Faradaic efficiency reveal the compatibility of SFT-SnO2heterostructure electrolyte and ruled-out short-circuiting ***,the first principle calculation provides sufficient information on structure optimization and energy-band structure modulation of *** strategy will provide new insight into semiconductor-based fuel cell technology to design novel electrolytes.

Quantized Redshift and its Significance for Recent Observation

With the recent observational evidence in extragalactic astronomy, the interpretation of the nature of quasar redshift continues to be a research interest. Very high redshifts are being detected for extragalactic objects that are presumably very distant and young while also exhibiting properties that are characteristic of a more mature galaxy such as ours. According to Halton Arp and Geoffrey Burbidge, redshift disparities consist of an intrinsic component and are related to an evolutionary process. Karlsson observed redshift periodicity at integer multiples of0.089 in log scale and Burbidge observed redshift periodicity at integer multiples of 0.061 in linear scale. Since Singular Value decomposition based periodicity estimation is known to be superior for noisy data sets, especially when the data contain multiple harmonics and overtones, mainly irregular in nature, we have chosen it to be our primary tool for analysis of the quasar-galaxy pair redshift data. We have observed a fundamental periodicity of0.051 with a confidence interval of 95%in linear scale with the site-available Sloan digital Sky Survey data Release 7 (SdSS dR7) quasar-galaxy pair data set. We have independently generated quasar-galaxy pair data sets from both 2d F and SdSS and found fundamental periodicities of 0.077 and 0.089, respectively, in log scale with a confidence interval of 95%.

ABSTRAcT Pain afflicts over 50 million people in the US, with 30.7% US adults suffering with chronic pain. despite advances in therapies, many patients will continue to deal with ongoing symptoms that are not fully addressed by the best conventional medicine has to offer them. The patients frequently turn to therapies outside the usual purview of conventional medicine （herbs, acupuncture, meditation, etc.） called complementary and alternative medicine （cAM）. Academic and governmental groups are also starting to incorporate cAM recommendations into chronic pain management strategies. Thus, for any physician who care for patients with chronic pain, having some familiarity with these therapies--including risks and benefits--will be key to helping guide patients in making evidence-based, well informed decisions about whether or not to use such therapies. On the other hand, if a cAM therapy has evidence of both safety and efficacy then not making it available to a patient who is suffering does not meet the need of the patient. We summarize the current evidence of a wide variety of cAM modalities that have potential for helping patients with chronic pain in this article. The triad of chronic pain symptoms, ready access to information on the internet, and growing patient empowerment suggest that cAM therapies will remain a consistent part of the healthcare of patients dealing with chronic pain.

The superτ-charm facility(STcF)is an electron–positron collider proposed by the chinese particle physics *** is designed to operate in a center-of-mass energy range from 2 to 7 GeV with a peak luminosity of 0.5×10^(35) cm^(–2)·s^(–1) or *** STcF will produce a data sample about a factor of 100 larger than that of the presentτ-charm factory—the BEPcII,providing a unique platform for exploring the asymmetry of matter-antimatter(charge-parity violation),in-depth studies of the internal structure of hadrons and the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions,as well as searching for exotic hadrons and physics beyond the Standard *** STcF project in china is under development with an extensive R&d *** document presents the physics opportunities at the STcF,describes conceptual designs of the STcF detector system,and discusses future plans for detector R&d and physics case studies.
