Chromium is a harmful contaminant showing mutagenicity and ***,detection of chromium requires the development of low-cost and high-sensitivity ***,blue-fluorescent carbon quantum dots were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method from alkali-soluble Poria cocos polysaccharide,which is green source,cheap and easy to obtain,and has no pharmacological activity due to low water *** carbon quantum dots exhibit good fluorescence stability,water solubility,anti-interference and low cytotoxicity,and can be specifically combined with the detection of Cr(Ⅵ)to form a non-fluorescent complex that causes fluorescence quenching,so they can be used as a label-free ***-sensitivity detection of Cr(Ⅵ)was achieved through internal filtering and static quenching *** fluorescence quenching degree of carbon dots fluorescent probe showed a good linear relationship with Cr(Ⅵ)concentration in the range of 1-100μ*** linear equation was F;/F=0.9942+0.01472[Cr(Ⅵ)](R;=0.9922),and the detection limit can be as low as 0.25μM(S/N=3),which has been successfully applied to Cr(Ⅵ)detection in actual water samples herein.

Indium oxide supported nickel catalyst has been experimentally confirmed to be highly active for CO_(2) hydrogenation towards *** this work,the reaction mechanism for CO_(2) hydrogenation to methanol has been investigated on a model Ni/In_(2)O_(3) catalyst,i.e.,Ni_(4)/In_(2)O_(3),via the density functional theory(DFT)*** possible reaction pathways,i.e.,the formate pathway,CO hydrogenation and the reverse water-gas-shift(RWGS)pathways,have been examined on this model *** has been demonstrated that the RWGS pathway is the most theoretically-favored for CO_(2) hydrogenation to *** complete RWGS pathway follows CO_(2)+6 H→COOH+5 H→CO+H_(2)O+4 H→HCO+H_(2)O+3 H→H_(2)CO+H_(2)O+2 H→H_(3)CO+H_(2)O+H→H_(3)COH+H_(2) ***,it has been also proved that the interfacial oxygen vacancy can serve as the active site for boosting the CO_(2) adsorption and charge transfer between the nickel species and indium oxide,which synergistically promotes the consecutive CO_(2) hydrogenation towards methanol.

Synthesis, Biological Activity and 3D-QSAR Study of Novel Pyrrolidine-2,4-dione Derivatives Containing N-Substituted Phenylhydrazine Moiety

Twenty-seven novel pyrrolidine-2,4-dione derivatives containing N-substituted phenylhydrazine moiety were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IH NMR, 13C NMR and MS. The half effective concentration （ECs0） values of the title compounds against the phytopathogenic fungi Rhizoctonia cerealis were evaluated. Com- pounds 61 and 6q displayed good bioactivity with EC50 values of 1.626 and 2.043 μg/mL, respectively. The 3D quantitative structure activity relationship（3D-QSAR） model of CoMFA was established with reliable cross-validated correlation coefficient q2 value of 0.585 and Noncross-validated correlation coefficient r2 value of 0.971. This model provided a tool for guiding further design and synthesis of novel pyrrolidine-2,4-dione derivatives with high fungicidal activity.

Protein acetylation refers to a process of adding acetyl groups(CH3CO-)to lysine residues on protein *** one of the most commonly used protein post-translational modifications,lysine acetylation plays an important role in different *** our study,we developed a humanspecific method which uses a cascade classifier of complexvalued polynomial model(CVPM),combined with sequence and structural feature descriptors to solve the problem of imbalance between positive and negative *** gene expression programming and differential evolution are utilized to search the optimal CVPM *** also made a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the acetylation data and the prediction *** performances of our proposed method are 79.15%in Sp,78.17%in Sn,78.66%in ACC 78.76%in F1,and 0.5733 in MCC,which performs better than other state-of-the-art methods.

After the converter steelmaking process,a considerable number of ferroalloys are needed to remove dissolved oxygen from the molten steel,but it also forms a lot of oxide inclusions that cannot be completely *** the same time,it increases the carbon emis-sions in the steel production *** years of research,our team have developed a series of clean deoxidation technologies,includ-ing carbon deoxidation,hydrogen deoxidation,and waste plastic deoxidation of molten steel to address the aforementioned *** this study,thermodynamic calculations and laboratory experiments were employed to verify that carbon and hydrogen can reduce the total oxygen content in the molten steel melt to below 5×10^(-6) and 10×10^(-6),*** analysis of the deoxidation mechanisms and ef-fects of polyethylene and polypropylene was also *** addition,the applications of carbon deoxidation technology in different steels with the hot-state experiment and industrial production were discussed *** carbon deoxidation experimental results of different steels were as follows:(1)the oxygen content of bearing steel was effectively controlled at 6.3×10^(-6) and the inclusion number density was lowered by 74.73%compared to aluminum deoxidized bearing steel;(2)the oxygen content in gear steel was reduced to 7.7×10^(-6) and a 54.49%reduction of inclusion number density was achieved with almost no inclusions larger than 5μm from the average level of industry gear steels;(3)a total oxygen content of M2 high-speed steel was as low as 3.7×10^(-6).In industrial production practice,car-bon deoxidation technique was applied in the final deoxidation stage for non-aluminum deoxidized bearing steel,and it yielded excellent results that the oxygen content was reduced to below 8×10^(-6) and the oxide inclusions in the steel mainly consist of silicates,along with small amounts of spinel and calcium aluminate.

In this study,we revisit the previous mass relations of mirror nuclei by considering 1/N-and 1/Z-dependent terms and the shell effect across a *** root-mean-squared deviation is 66 keV for 116 nuclei with neutron number N≥10,as com-pared with experimental data compiled in the AME2020 *** predicted mass excesses of 173 proton-rich nuclei,including 98 unknown nuclei,are tabulated in the Supplemental Material herein with competitive accuracy.

In the long traditional process of steelmaking,excess oxygen is blown into the converter,and alloying elements are used for *** inevitably results in excessive deoxidation of products remaining within the steel liquid,affecting the cleanliness of the *** the increasing requirements for steel performance,reducing the oxygen content in the steel liquid and ensuring its high cleanliness is *** more than a hundred years of development,the total oxygen content in steel has been reduced from approximately 100×10^(-6)to approximately 10×10^(-6),and it can be controlled below 5×10^(-6)in some steel grades.A relatively stable and mature deoxidation technology has been formed,but further reducing the oxygen content in steel is no longer significant for improving steel *** research team developed a deoxidation technology for bearing steel by optimizing the entire conventional *** technology combines silicon–manganese predeoxidation,ladle furnace diffusion deoxidation,and vacuum final *** successfully conducted industrial experiments and produced interstitial-free steel with natural decarbonization ***-aluminum deoxidation was found to control the oxygen content in bearing steel to between 4×10^(-6) and 8×10^(-6),altering the type of inclusions,eliminating large particle Ds-type inclusions,improving the flowability of the steel liquid,and deriving a higher fatigue *** natural decarbonization predeoxidation of interstitial-free steel reduced aluminum consumption and production costs and significantly improved the quality of cast billets.

Although transvaginal mesh(TVM)repair is no longer used in some countries,long-term outcomes after TVM surgery are of great importance ***,reports with follow-up>10 years are ***,this study aimed to report outcomes in a prospective cohort with at least 10 years of *** with stageⅢ–Ⅳsymptomatic prolapse were approached consecutively from 2008 to 2013 at one tertiary *** main outcome measure was symptomatic *** outcomes included anatomic failure,recurrence,patient satisfaction,complications,and *** Kaplan-Meier curve was used to estimate the cumulative failure *** the 121 patients enrolled in the study,103(85.1%)completed a median follow-up of 11 *** estimated probability rates of symptomatic and anatomic failure were 17.6%and 8.8%in 11 years,*** estimated incidence of symptomatic failure increased by 8.2%between 5 and 11 years;however,the corresponding rate for anatomic failure was 3.7%.The most common complication was vaginal mesh exposure,and its estimated probability increased from 19.3%to 28.4%from 5 to 11 years,*** trimming resolved 80.0%of vaginal *** patients did not report decreased overall *** with vaginal mesh exposure requiring>3 office procedures or mesh removal in the operating room(5.8%by 11 years)had lower satisfaction rates(P<0.01)and were defined as having severe mesh *** rates of postoperative pain,reoperation,and Patient Global Impression of Improvement≥2 were 2.5%,3.3%,and 94.2%,*** results of this study implied that TVM treatment gradually increased the symptomatic failure rate but provided durable anatomical support of the vaginal *** mesh exposure was common in women who were largely not sexually active;however,80%of the cases could be managed in the outpatient clinic,which did not affect patient satisfaction.

Enhancing corrosion resistance of plasma electrolytic oxidation coatings on AM50 Mg alloy by inhibitor containing Ba(NO_(3))_(2) solutions

To enhance the long-term corrosion resistance of the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)coating on the magnesium(Mg)alloy,an inorganic salt combined with corrosion inhibitors was used for posttreatment of the *** this study,the corrosion performance of PEO-coated AM50 Mg was significantly improved by loading sodium lauryl sulfonate(SDS)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulf-onate into Ba(NO_(3))_(2) post-sealing *** electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and ultraviolet-visible analyses showed that the inhibitors enhanced the incorporation of bao_(2) into PEO *** impedance showed that post-sealing in Ba(NO_(3))_(2)/SDS treatment enhanced corrosion resistance by three orders of *** total impedance value remained at 926Ω·cm^(2)after immersing in a 0.5wt%NaCl solution for 768 h.A salt spray test for 40 days did not show any obvious region of corrosion,proving excellent post-sealing by Ba(NO_(3))_(2)/SDS *** corrosion resistance of the coating was enhanced through the synergistic effect of bao2 pore sealing and SDS adsorption.
