BACKGROUND Previous studies have validated the efficacy of both magnetic compression and surgical techniques in creating rabbit tracheoesophageal fistula(TEF)*** compression achieves a 100%success rate but requires more time,while surgery,though less frequently successful,offers rapid model establishment and technical maturity in larger animal *** To determine the optimal approach for rabbit disease modeling and refine the *** TEF models were created in 12 rabbits using both the modified magnetic compression technique and *** of the time to model establishment,success rate,food and water intake,weight changes,activity levels,bronchoscopy findings,white blood cell counts,and biopsies were *** response to the failures encountered during modified magnetic compression modeling,we increased the sample size to 15 rabbit models and assessed the repeatability and stability of the models,comparing them with the original magnetic compression *** The modified magnetic compression technique achieved a 66.7%success rate,whereas the success rate of the surgery technique was 33.3%.Surviving surgical rabbits might not meet subsequent experimental requirements due to TEF-related *** the modified magnetic compression group,one rabbit died,possibly due to magnet corrosion,and another died from tracheal magnet *** events occurred during the second round of modified magnetic compression modeling,with one rabbit possibly succumbing to aggravated lung *** operation time of the first round of modified magnetic compression was 3.2±0.6 min,which was significantly reduced to 2.1±0.4 min in the second round,compared to both the first round and that of the original *** The modified magnetic compression technique exhibits lower stress responses,a simple procedure,a high success rate,and lower modeling costs,making it a more appropriate choice for constructing TEF models in

The safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines in the elderly,a high-risk group for severe COVID-19 infection,have not been fully *** clarify these issues,this prospective study followed up 157 elderly and 73 young participants for 16 months and compared the safety,immunogenicity,and efficacy of two doses of the inactivated vaccine BBIBP-CorV followed by a booster dose of the recombinant protein vaccine *** results showed that this vaccination protocol was safe and tolerable in the *** administering two doses of the BBIBP-CorV,the positivity rates and titers of neutralizing and anti-RBD antibodies in the elderly were significantly lower than those in the young *** the ZF2001 booster dose,the antibody-positive rates in the elderly were comparable to those in the young;however,the antibody titers remained ***,age,and underlying diseases were independently associated with vaccine immunogenicity in elderly *** pseudovirus neutralization assay showed that,compared with those after receiving two doses of BBIBP-CorV priming,some participants obtained immunological protection against BA.5 and BF.7 after receiving the ZF2001 *** infection symptoms last longer in the infected elderly and pre-infection antibody titers were negatively associated with the severity of post-infection *** antibody levels in the elderly increased significantly after breakthrough infection but were still lower than those in the *** data suggest that multiple booster vaccinations at short intervals to maintain high antibody levels may be an effective strategy for protecting the elderly against COVID-19.

为降低铁路工程技术接口管理难度,提升接口管理效率,提出基于接口信息交换的技术接口信息协调管理框架,构建技术接口信息化管理平台架构。首先,通过对铁路工程技术接口特点进行分析,明晰技术接口信息内容包括接口要求、接口界面、责任单位以及接口方向,依据信息沟通理论引入接口交换的概念,提出技术接口信息交换模型,明确技术接口信息交换过程,梳理出在接口管理中针对接口信息交换的具体管理流程;然后,从接口管理难点角度出发对铁路工程技术接口管理进行需求分析,结合协调管理理论,提出基于信息交换的技术接口协调管理框架,即包括技术接口专业信息协调、组织信息协调、过程信息协调以及目标信息协调,并通过分析技术接口信息协调管理对接口管理目标(质量、进度、投资、安全)的作用机理,结合信息化技术,以技术接口间的信息交互为导向,构建技术接口信息协调管理平台,从而及时解决接口相关方在分工与协调配合中的矛盾,实现对接口进行高效有序的动态控制。该信息化管理平台将实时的对技术接口标准化、规范化管理,提高管理的精细度、准确度,以及管理的时效性和各参与方的协同度,可为铁路复杂的技术接口管理提供新思路。

The evolution of mechanical properties,localized corrosion resistance of a high purity Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy during non-isothermal aging(NIA)was investigated by hardness test,electrical conductivity test,tensile test,intergranular corrosion test,exfoliation corrosion test,slow strain rate tensile test and electrochemical test,and the mechanism has been discussed based on microstructure examination by optical microscopy,electron back scattered diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and scanning transmission electron *** NIA treatment includes a heating stage from 40℃to 180℃with a rate of 20℃/h and a cooling stage from 180℃to 40℃with a rate of 10℃/*** results show that the hardness and strength increase rapidly during the heating stage of NIA since the increasing temperature favors the nucleation and the growth of strengthening precipitates and promotes the transformation of Guinier-Preston(GPI)zones toη'*** the cooling stage,the sizes ofη'phase increase with a little change in the number density,leading to a further slight increase of the hardness and *** NIA proceeds,the corroded morphology in the alloy changes from a layering feature to a wavy feature,the maximum corrosion depth decreases,and the reason has been analyzed based on the microstructural and microchemical feature of precipitates at grain boundaries and subgrain boundaries.

结构拓扑优化的Q学习-元胞方法研究

传统的拓扑优化算法均基于灵敏度分析的方式求解,如渐进结构优化法(Evolutionary Structural Optimization, ESO)和变密度法(Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization, SIMP)等,灵敏度分析依赖于严谨的数学模型,结果可信度高,但面对不同的结构和约束条件都需要反复重新推导单元灵敏度,对使用人员的数学能力有较高要求,而且也导致了收敛速度慢、迭代步数多的问题。针对现有优化方法中存在的缺陷,结合强化学习Q学习理论和元胞自动机原理,提出一种新的拓扑优化方法:Q学习-元胞法(Q-learning-Cellular Automaton, QCA),尝试为工程构件的优化设计提供一种新思路。这种方法以有限元单元作为元胞,将所有元胞的智能行为集成为一个Q-learning智能体。训练过程中,各个元胞首先完成对自身环境的感知,然后调用智能体进行决策并通过环境交互得到反馈,智能体也借此得到大量数据来学习更新,整个过程不涉及数学模型推导,通过智能体和元胞的不断探索即可完成优化。在此基础上,探讨元胞的选择及其邻域和状态的描述方式,针对元胞的动作空间及收益函数进行比选,进而编制相关拓扑优化软件。优化算例表明,QCA方法优化后的拓扑构型与传统优化方法的构型基本一致,迭代步数较SIMP法降低了64%,且柔顺度更低。Q学习-元胞法在结构拓扑优化中具备良好的可行性,计算效率高且具有迁移优化能力,在结构拓扑优化领域极具潜力。

Viscosity and structure of CaO-bao-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-based mold slags for continuous casting of high titanium steel with different Tio2 absorption

The effect of TiO_(2) absorption into two different CaO-bao-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-based mold slags from the steel plant on the viscosity,melting performance and microstructure of slags was investigated through the measurement of the viscosity-temperature relationship,melting temperature and Raman *** parameter of the number of non-bridging oxygen per tetrahedrally-coordinated atom(NBO/T)was also calculated to explain the microstructure variation of molten slags with different TiO_(2) *** variation of the actual slag consumption and the depth of the liquid slag in mold was explained through the comparison of the viscosity and the melting temperature of two different *** viscosity of mold slags(basicity=0.6)decreased from 1.1 to 0.68 Pa s with the increase in the Ti0_(2) absorption from 0 to 10%,while that of slags(basicity=0.7)decreased from 0.76 to 0.56 Pa s with the Ti0_(2) absorption from 0 to 6%.The activation energy of both two groups of slags had the tendency to decrease with the increasing TiO_(2) *** network structure of both two groups of slags measured by the Raman spectra showed that the fraction of complex structure units(Q^(1),Q^(2),Q^(3) and A1-O-Al)decreased and simple structure units(Al-O-and Q^(0))increased with the increase in TiO_(2) ***/T also increased with the increase in the TiO2 absorption,indicating that the absorption of TiO_(2) into slags resulted in the destruction of silicate/aluminate ***,the absorption of TiO_(2) into the current CaO-bao-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) mold slags decreased the degree of polymerization of these slags and then led to the decrease of viscosity.
