Polychelates of Mn（Ⅱ）, Fe（Ⅱ）, Co（Ⅱ）, Ni（Ⅱ）, Cu（Ⅱ）, Zn（Ⅱ） and Cd（Ⅱ） with the bis salen-type ligand derived from 4,4＇-bis[（salicylaldehyde-5）azo]biphenyl and 1,4-diaminobutane have been synthesized. All the polychelalls have been characllrized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, IR, electronic spectra and thennogravirncuic studies. All the complexes isolated in solid stall are dark coloured and insoluble in water and common organic solvents. The ligand behaves as a bis-bidentall molecule coordinating through the phenolic oxygen and azomethine nitrogen atoms. The thermal decomposition of these metal complexes was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and data have been analyzed for kinetic parameters using Broido equation. The solid-state electrical conductivity of the ligand and its polychelalls in the form of compressed pellet was studied in the temperaturc range from 313 to 413 K All the polychelalls were found to show semiconducting nature. The Mn（Ⅱ）, Fe（Ⅱ）, Co（Ⅱ） and Ni（Ⅱ） polychelalls have been assessed for the catalytic epoxidation of styrene.

We propose an ultra-lightweight, compact, and low power block cipher BORON. BORON is a substitution and permutation based network, which operates on a 64-bit plain text and supports a key length of 128/80 bits. BORON has a compact structure which requires 1939 gate equivalents(GEs) for a 128-bit key and 1626 GEs for an 80-bit key. The BORON cipher includes shift operators, round permutation layers, and XOR operations. Its unique design helps generate a large number of active S-boxes in fewer rounds, which thwarts the linear and differential attacks on the cipher. BORON shows good performance on both hardware and software platforms. BORON consumes less power as compared to the lightweight cipher LED and it has a higher throughput as compared to other existing SP network ciphers. We also present the security analysis of BORON and its performance as an ultra-lightweight compact cipher. BORON is a well-suited cipher design for applications where both a small footprint area and low power dissipation play a crucial role.

Since the dawn of the Internet of Things(IoT),data and system security has been the major concern for *** most IoT devices operate on 8-bit controllers with limited storage and computation power,encryption and decryption need to be implemented at the transmitting and receiving ends,respectively,using lightweight *** present novel architectures for hardware implementation for the ANU cipher and present results associated with each *** ANU cipher is implemented at 4-,8-,16-,and 32-bit datapath sizes on four different field-programmable gate array(FPGA)platforms under the same implementation condition,and the results are compared on every performance *** previous ANU architectures,the new architectures have parallel substitution boxes(S-boxes)for high throughput and hardware *** these different datapath designs,ANU cipher proves to be the obvious choice for implementing security in extremely resourceconstrained systems.

Near infrared reflectance spectra (NIRS) was collected from Arachis hypogaea seed samples and used in predictive models to rapidly identify varieties with high oleic acid. The method was developed for shelled peanut seeds with intact testa. Spectra was evaluated initially by principal component analysis (PCA) followed by partial least squares (PLS). PCA performed with full spectra and reduced spectra with one principal component accounted for 97% to 99% variability, respectively. The PLS model generated from first derivative spectra provided a standard error of prediction (SEP) of 7.7204808. This technique provides a non-destructive method to rapidly identify high oleic peanut seeds to support the selection and cultivation of high oleic acid peanut varieties. The method can also be useful at peanut processing facilities for screening and quality assessments.

We have studied Locally Rotationally Symmetric (LRS) Bianchi type-I cosmological model filled with anisotropic fluid in general theory of relativity. The solutions of the field equations are obtained by using special form of deceleration parameter which gives early deceleration and late time accelerating cosmological model. The geometrical and physical aspect of the model is also studied.

We have studied the Hoyle-Narlikar C-field cosmology with Bianchi type-V non static space- time in higher dimensions. Using methods of Narlikar and Padmanabham [1], the solutions have been studied when the creation field C is a function of time t only as space time is non static. The geometrical and physical aspects for model are also studied.

This study was undertaken to assess and compare bone mineral density in nondiabetic and controlled diabetic subjects using cone beam computed tomography. A group of 60 completely edentulous patients, comprising of 30 nondiabetic and 30 controlled type 2 diabetics between the age group of 45 - 75 years, were enrolled in the study. Glycemic control of the diabetics was assessed using glycosylated hemoglobin test and level between 6.1% - 8% was considered controlled. A radiographic stent was fabricated for each patient by using chemically cured transparent acrylic resin. Bone densities at trabecular, buccal and lingual cortical regions of maxillary and mandibular ridges were measured by a cone beam tomography machine in Hounsfield units. The data thus obtained at 10 prospective oral implant sites of maxillary and mandibular ridges were tabulated and analyzed using STATA, version 14.0 statistical software. This study results showed no significant changes in the bone mineral density between the nondiabetic and controlled diabetic subjects. Within the limitations of this study, it can be concluded that bone mineral density does not seem to be affected in controlled type 2 diabetic patients.
