鹂雀(Linurgus olivaceus)是非洲热带森林中一种独特的鸣禽,为鹂雀属(Linurgus)的惟一物种。在已有的研究中,通过对鹂雀和雀形目现存鸟类中每个科及亚科至少一个物种的线粒体DNA序列测定,分析了鹂雀与其它现存雀形目鸟类的系统发生关系;在遗传上,对鹂雀与金丝雀、金翅雀及燕雀亚科其它鸟类亦有比较研究。本研究共使用了燕雀亚科83种鸟类,重点对该亚科的系统发生进行了修订。使用贝叶斯法构建了系统发生树,结果表明:鹂雀属于燕雀亚科,系统发生树中聚在金翅雀族(carduelini),与金丝雀属(Serinus)、金翅雀属(carduelis)及交嘴雀属(Loxia)的种类形成一组;在系统发生中,鹂雀可能是一个基部物种,它同金丝雀属和金翅雀属鸟类一同进化并分歧出来。在本研究中未能涉及的一些已灭绝种类,可能与鹂雀有着较近的遗传学关系。另一方面,研究也表明锡嘴雀(coccotharustes coccothraustes)肯定包括在欧亚蜡嘴雀(蜡嘴雀属Eophona和拟蜡嘴雀属Mycerobas)中,美洲的朱雀(carpodacus)可能是从亚洲种类分歧出来并经过进化辐射形成。

Objectives: Personal beliefs about illnesses have received increasing interest because these cognitions help to explain and predict preventive and therapeutic coping efforts, adjustment to a disease and health outcomes. We sought to explore and compare non-specialised illness representations of hypertension among adults never suffering from hypertension who had and had not lived with hypertensive patients. Design: Hypertension representations were explored in a community-based, convenient sample of normotensive Spanish adults of both genders from different educational backgrounds and with different family experience with this illness. Method: An adapted Illness Perception Questionnaire-R was used to assess such perceptions among healthy people in nine dimensions: Identity, Time-line, consequences, Personal control, Treatment control, Illness coherence, Evolution, Emotional Representations and causes. Results: The participants’ beliefs mixed accurate and folk knowledge, while gender, age and education level had little impact, family experience (having or not having a relative with hypertension) strongly determined the content of hypertension representations. Participants with family experience held significantly stronger beliefs of controllability of the disease, both by patients and treatments, considered the disease as less stable and reported a lower emotional impact when thinking on suffering from hypertension. Family experience was the only significant predictor of illness cognitions. conclusions: This study allowed us to know the perceptions of hypertension among non-patients and healthy relatives of patients. Our findings are useful in designing interventions aimed at hypertension prevention, particularly considering family experience with the disease.

AIM To identify differences between primed mouse embryonic stem cells(EScs) and fully functional naive EScs; to manipulate primed cells into a naive state. METHODS We have cultured 3 lines of cells from different mouse strains that have been shown to be naive or primed as determined by generating germline-transmitting *** were put through a battery of tests to measure the different features. RNA from cells was analyzed using microarrays, to determine a priority list of the differentially expressed genes. These were later validated by quantificational real-time polymerase chain reaction. Viral cassettes were created to induce expression of differentially expressed genes in the primed cells through lentiviral transduction. Primed reprogrammed cells were subjected to in-vivo incorporation *** Most results show that both primed and naive cells have similar features(morphology, proliferation rates, stem cell genes expressed). However, there were some genes that were differentially expressed in the na?ve cells relative to the primed cells. Key upregulated genes in na?ve cells include ESRRB, ERAS, ATRX, RNF17, KLF-5, and MYc. After over-expressing some of these genes the primed cells were able to incorporate into embryos in-vivo, re-acquiring a feature previously absent in these cells. cONcLUSION Although there are no notable phenotypic differences, there are key differences in gene expression between these na?ve and primed stem cells. These differences can be overcome through overexpression.

Sleeve gastrectomy(SG) is a restrictive bariatric surgery technique that was first used as part of restrictive horizontal gastrectomy in the original Scopinaro type biliopancreatic diversion. Its good results as a single technique have led to a rise in its use, and it is currently the second most performed technique worldwide. SG achieves clearly better results than other restrictive techniques and is comparable in some aspects to the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, the current gold standard in bariatric surgery. These benefits have been associated with different pathophysiologic mechanisms unrelated to weight loss such as increased gastric emptying and intestinal transit, and activation of hormonal mechanisms such as increased GLP-1 hormone and decreased ghrelin. The aim of this review was to highlight the salient aspects of SG regarding its historical evolution, pathophysiologic mechanisms, main results, clinical applications and perioperative complications.

This research paper presents the infrequent case of a heterotopic pregnancy based on a tubal ectopic pregnancy with molar degeneration in concurrent eutopic pregnancy. Treatment with evacuation/suction curettage and perlaparoscopic salpingectomy was required. This case report confirms what is biologically valid in the statistically unlikely.

微信和电子邮件是中国学术在线互动的两个主要平台。缺少英语语言语用技巧以及在用母语(L1)传达外语(L2)中的礼貌请求时,均可能涉及对(不)礼貌的认识能力。说话人在区别"命令(orders)"和"需要(want)",即"请求(requests)"时可能会感到棘手。推断(不)礼貌的关键在于,所传达的信息要符合一定的语用清晰度。(不)礼貌可以视为一种交际策略,其主要目的是(打破)维持对话人之间的关系。在学术通信中,中国学生无论是使用直接策略还是非规约性的间接策略来展示积极礼貌,这种礼貌在英国学术界消极礼貌文化的背景下,都可能被视为不礼貌。研究探讨了中国的外语使用者是如何在英语学术通信中被读者推断为(不)礼貌,从而激发起读者的微怒情感;因此,想要达到期望的(不)礼貌程度,就要求使用者具有一定水平的母语语用能力。
