Thin walls of an AZ91 magnesium alloy with fine equiaxed grains were fabricated via cold arc-based wire arc additive manufacturing(CA-WAAM),and the droplet transfer behaviours,microstructures,and mechanical properties were *** results showed that the cold arc process reduced splashing at the moment of liquid bridge breakage and effectively shortened the droplet transfer *** microstructures of the deposited samples exhibited layered characteristics with alternating distributions of coarse and fine *** layer-by-layer deposition,the β-phase precipitated and grew preferentially along grain boundaries,while the fineη-Al_(8)Mn_(5)phase was dispersed in the α-Mg *** mechanical properties of the CA-WAAM deposited sample showed isotropic *** ultimate tensile strength and elongation in the building direction(BD)were 282.7 MPa and 14.2%,*** microhardness values of the deposited parts were relatively uniform,with an average value of HV 69.6.

永磁同步电机控制策略比较研究

针对永磁同步电机,研究了矢量控制(Vector Control,VC)、反推控制(Back Stepping Control,BSC)、直接转矩控制(Direct Torque Control,DTC)以及模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control,MPC)四种控制策略。VC算法简单,但是其整定参数多,不利于工程实现,为了克服VC的缺点,本文基于Lyapunov稳定性理论设计了BSC;DTC结构简单,但是转矩、磁链脉动比较大,本文基于最优原理设计了MPC,与DTC相比,MPC算法简单、具有更好的动态响应特性。永磁同步电机系统四种控制策略的仿真研究表明:BSC具有较好的控制效果,而且能克服VC的缺陷;与DTC相比,MPC具有转矩和磁链脉动小、系统响应快的优点。

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)poses a substantial risk to human health due to its high prevalence and mortality ***,current therapeutic strategies remain ***-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)offers the potential to provide comprehensive insights into GC *** To explore the distribution and dynamic changes of cell populations in the GC tumor microenvironment using scRNA-seq *** Cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues were obtained from patients diagnosed with GC at various stages(I,II,III,and IV).Single-cell suspensions were prepared and analyzed using scRNA-seq to examine transcriptome profiles and cell-cell ***,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and flow cytometry were applied for measuring the expression of cluster of differentiation(CD)2,CD3D,CD3E,cytokeratin 19,cytokeratin 8,and epithelial cell adhesion *** Transcriptome data from 73645 single cells across eight tissues of four patients were categorized into 25 distinct cell clusters,representing 10 different cell *** were observed in these cell type *** adjacent epithelial cells in stages II and III exhibited a degenerative ***,the quantity of CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells were evidently elevated in cancerous *** analysis displayed a remarkable increase in interaction between B cells and other mast cells in stages II,III,and IV of *** findings were further validated through qRT-PCR and flow cytometry,demonstrating elevated T cells and declined epithelial cells within the cancerous *** This study provides a comprehensive analysis of cell dynamics across GC stages,highlighting key interactions within the tumor *** findings offer valuable insights for developing novel therapeutic strategies.

All-season thermal management with zero energy consumption and emissions is more crucial to global decarbonization over traditional energy-intensive cooling/heating ***,the static single thermal management for cooling or heating fails to self-regulate the temperature in dynamic seasonal temperature ***,inspired by the dual-temperature regulation function of the fur color changes on the backs and abdomens of penguins,a smart thermal management composite hydrogel(PNA@H-PM Gel) system was subtly created though an "on-demand" dual-layer structure design *** PNA@H-PM Gel system features synchronous solar and thermal radiation modulation as well as tunable phase transition temperatures to meet the variable seasonal thermal requirements and energy-saving demands via self-adaptive radiative cooling and solar heating ***,this system demonstrates superb modulations of both the solar reflectance(ΔR=0.74) and thermal emissivity(ΔE=0.52) in response to ambient temperature changes,highlighting efficient temperature regulation with average radiative cooling and solar heating effects of 9.6℃ in summer and 6.1℃ in winter,***,compared to standard building baselines,the PNA@H-PM Gel presents a more substantial energy-saving cooling/heating potentials for energy-efficient buildings across various regions and *** novel solution,inspired by penguins in the real world,will offer a fresh approach for producing intelligent,energy-saving thermal management materials,and serve for temperature regulation under dynamic climate conditions and even throughout all seasons.

Liver transplantation represents a complex surgical procedure and serves as a curative treatment for patients presenting an acute or chronic end-stage liver disease, or carefully selected liver malignancy. A significant gap still exists between the number of available donor organs and potential recipients. The use of an otherwise-wasted resected liver lobe from patients with benign liver tumors is a new, albeit small, option to alleviate the allograft shortage. This review provides evidence that resected liver lobes may be used successfully in liver transplantation.

An internal state variable(ISV)model was established according to the experimental results of hot plane strain compression(PSC)to predict the microstructure evolution during hot spinning of ZK61 *** effects of the internal variables were considered in this ISV model,and the parameters were optimized by genetic *** validation,the ISV model was used to simulate the evolution of grain size(GS)and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)fraction during hot spinning via Abaqus and its subroutine *** comparing the simulated results with the experimental results,the application of the ISV model was proven to be ***,the strength of the thin-walled spun ZK61 tube increased from 303 to 334 MPa due to grain refinement by DRX and texture ***,some ultrafine grains(0.5μm)that played an important role in mechanical properties were formed due to the proliferation,movement,and entanglement of dislocations during the spinning process.

Multicomponent crystalline materials construct more complex and diversified structures with different combinations and modes,which expands the material structure space and application *** this work,we have successfully synthesized two twocomponent ionic hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks （iHOF-32 and iHOF-33） and a three-component iHOF （iHOF-34）.Guanidine hydrochloride which is rich in N and H and has a short chain length strengthens the hydrogen bonding network of iHOF,thereby aiding in the efficient migration of *** rigid architecture of 1,1'-diamino-4,4'-bipyridine diiodide furnishes additional scaffolding for the iHOFs and enhances its robustness under harsh ***-34 accomplishes the combination of the ultra-high proton conductivity of iHOF-32 and the robustness of iHOF-33 by the synergistic interaction among the three components of *** addition,iHOF-34 was fabricated as a composite membrane with a peak proton conductivity of 1.55×10-1S cm-1,which is 3.8 times higher than that of recast Nafion,and has extensive potential in fuel *** self-assembly strategy of multicomponent HOFs opens up new avenues for constructing diverse structures while promising new opportunities for applications in the fields of proton conduction and energy storage.

As stated in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),innovation remains at the heart of China’s modernization drive,and it is vital to optimize the allocation of innovation resources,deepen structural scientific and technological reforms,and enhance the overall performance of China’s innovation *** incentives have boosted firm R&D and innovation efforts;however,they have also triggered an innovation dilemma where enterprises,capitalizing on their informational advantages,resort to innovation-washing behaviors that undermine the intended purpose of the *** on the information asymmetry theory,this paper conducts an empirical study on how the digital economy affects firms’innovation-washing *** development of the regional digital economy could suppress firm innovation-washing behavior in the region,and such a mitigation effect is primarily caused by an increase in the number of digital industry *** to our heterogeneity analysis,the digital economy has a greater impact on firm innovation-washing behavior for certain types of enterprises,including non-state-owned enterprises(non-SOEs),small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),enterprises in less competitive industries,and enterprises in unfavorable business *** mechanism analysis revealed that the digital economy may restrain innovation-washing behavior by reducing information asymmetry between enterprises and external *** terms of economic outcomes,the digital economy has the potential to directly influence firm innovation output while also indirectly mitigating the subsequent decline in innovation output by discouraging *** paper enriches the research findings on how the digital economy breaks down“information silos”and offers a potential solution to the“emphasis on input and quantity over quality and efficiency”phenomenon in science and technology innovation practices.
