Background: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the major noncommunicable disease (NCD) accounting for 17.9 million deaths. If current trends continue, the annual number of deaths from CVD will rise to 22.2 million by 2030. The United Nations General Assembly adopted a sustainable development goal (SDG) by 2030 to reduce NCD mortality by one-third. The purpose of this study was to analyze the CVD mortality trends in different countries implementing World Health Organization (WHO) NCD Action Plan and emphasize effective ways to achieve ***: WHO statistics, based on the Member-States unified mortality and causes-of-death reports were used for analyzing trends and different ***: Reduction of CVD mortality from 2000 to 2016 in 49 countries was achieved for stroke at 43% and ischemic heart disease at 30%. Smoking prevalence and raised blood pressure (RBP) decreased in 84% and 55% of the countries. Eighty-nine percent of high-income countries (HIC) demonstrated a decline in tobacco smoking against 67% in middle-income countries (MIC). Sixty-nine percent of HIC demonstrated a decline in RBP against 15% in MIC. CVD management, tobacco, and unhealthy diet reduction measures are significantly better in HIC. The air pollution level was higher in ***: Building partnerships between countries could enhance their efforts for CVD prevention and successful achievement of SDG.

Background:According to the World Health Organization (WHO),a global reduction of 17% has been achieved in the major noncommunicable disease-associated mortality rate since *** decline was due to the decreasing mortality associated with cardiovascular and chronic respiratory diseases. The WHO has not made any comments on diabetes-related mortality thus *** objective of this study was to demonstrate trends in diabetes-related mortality associated with country-wide ***:The WHO statistics were used to assess trends in diabetes-related mortality from 2000 to *** types of community-based interventions in 49 countries were compared and ***:The baseline mortality decreased by 7%.Mortality in middle-income countries was higher than that in high-income countries. The prevalence of obesity showed a gradual increase in all countries. After implementation of the WHO "best buy" in 2010, mortality increased in 17 countries and decreased in 32 countries. Regarding the smoking prevalence trend, 87% countries with decreasing diabetes-related mortality had a gradual decline in tobacco usage since *** decline was observed only in 43% countries with increasing diabetes-related mortality. The prevalence of hypertension increased in 19% countries with declining diabetes-related mortality and in 35% countries with increasing diabetes-related mortality. Physical activity measures tended to be better implemented in countries with declining diabetes-related mortality than in countries with increasing diabetes-related ***:Smoking cessation and better blood pressure control are associated with declining diabetes-related mortality. Longer implementation periods are needed for other lifestyle interventions.

The review contains contemporary literature data about calcitonin role in the development of insulin resistance and its potential role in the pathogenesis of carbohydrate metabolism disturbances. Analogues disturbances revealed under diabetes mellitus and under calcitonin treatment are considered. Literature data about hormone diabetogenicity are discussed. The analysis of experimental and literature data testifies that calcitonin under unfavorable conditions (age, obesity, stress) against the background of the decreasing of functional activity of insular apparatus can lead to the development of metabolic syndrome and diabetes mellitus. It is shown that calcium channel blockers inhibit calcitonin effect leads to glucose intolerance and decreases tissue insulin sensitivity. In this connection a question about direct influence on calcium mechanisms of endocrine system as possible method of drug therapy is discussed.

Plant mitochondrial genomes （mtDNAs） are large and undergo frequent recombination events. A common phenotype that emerges as a consequence of altered mtDNA structure is cytoplasmic-male sterility （CMS）. The molecular basis for CMS remains unclear, but it seems logical that altered respiration activities would result in reduced pollen production. Analysis of tobacco （Nicotiana tabacum） mtDNAs indicated that CMS-associated loci often contain fragments of known organellar genes. These may assemble with organellar complexes and thereby interfere with normal respiratory functions. Here, we analyzed whether the expression of truncated fragments of mitochondrial genes （i.e. atp4, cox1 and rps3） may induce male sterility by limiting the biogenesis of the respiratory machinery, cDNA fragments corresponding to atp4f, coxlfand rps3f were cloned in-frame to a mitochondrial localization signal and a C-termini HA-tag under a tapetum-specific promoter and introduced to tobacco plants by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The constructs were then analyzed for their effect on mitochondrial activity and pollen fertility. Atp4f, Coxlf and Rps3f plants demonstrated male sterility phenotypes, which were tightly correlated with the expression of the recombinant fragments in the floral meristem. Fractionation of native organellar extracts showed that the recombinant ATP4f-HA, COXlf-HA and RPS3f-HA proteins are found in large membrane-associated particles. Analysis of the respiratory activities and protein profiles indicated that organellar complex I was altered in Atp4f, Coxlfand Rps3f plants.

In article the expediency of application of methods of protection soils from erosion and in general principles of the antierosion organization of territory of land tenure for adaptation of territories to changes of a climate is *** expediency of updating of these methods in connection with new results of supervision for runoff on slopes and the new purposes of their application is *** particular,it is shown,that antierosion constructions need to be placed above a place of concentration of a runoff,instead of on it as the probability of destruction of a construction in this place is *** the soil-water-security systems of agriculture provides regulation of a microclimate of territory(reduction of warming up of a surface),allows to lower peak of a high water from downpours,translating a part of a superficial runoff in intrasoil and underground and to these to prevent losses from them including loss of a fertile layer of soils,saturation by a moisture of a zone of aeration favorably influences development of forest vegetation and agricultural crops.
