文章用RANSE求解器计算在自由面上带舭龙骨二维柱体的横摇水动力系数(附加惯量和阻尼)。采用有限体积法(VOF)和两相流技术在时间域内求解柱体横摇强迫振荡所扰动的带自由面粘性流场。由柱体所受到的横摇水动力矩的时间历程导出横摇水动力系数。文中所给算例与已公开发表的试验结果吻合令人满意。

We investigate the gravitational wave spectrum originating from the cosmological first-order phase *** compare two models:one is a scalar field model without gravitation,while the other is a scalar field model with *** on the sensitivity curves of the LISA space-based interferometer on the stochastic gravitational-wave background,we compare the difference between the gravitational wave spectra of the former and the latter cases obtained from the bubble collision *** particular,we numerically calculate the speed of the bubble wall before collision for the two *** demonstrate that the difference between the amplitudes of these spectra can clearly distinguish between the two *** expect that the LISA with Signal to Noise Ratio=10 could observe the spectrum as the fast first-order phase transition.

This study develops a differential variable speed limit(DVSL)which assigns different speed limits for car and truck,and varies speed limits based on traffic *** proposed DVSL algorithm changes speed limits in real time based on truck percentage and occupancy immediately upstream of the ramp and the average speed of the control road sections upstream of the *** algorithm also considers spatial coordination of speeds,which gradually changes the speed limits in successive road sections upstream of the ramp when the severe congestion *** study tested the impacts of DVSL and three other speed limit strategies on delay and safety for a section of the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto,Canada using the VISSIM traffic simulation *** other strategies are 1)uniform speed limit(USL),2)differential speed limit for car and truck(DSL),and 3)USL&DSL(U&D)-i.e.,USL at low truck percentage and DSL at high truck *** was found that DVSL showed the lowest delays for both car and truck among the four *** is mainly because DVSL increased the spacing between vehicles in the right lane upstream of the on-ramp and facilitated vehicles’merging into the mainline *** was also found that DVSL showed the lowest likelihood of rear-end crash between the lead and following vehicles among the four *** study demonstrates that the proposed DVSL algorithm can better control car and truck speeds to reduce delay and improve safety of car-truck mixed traffic flow on freeways.

Despite the global administration of approved COVID-19 vaccines(e.g.,ChAdOx1 nCoV-19?,mRNA-1273?,bNT162b2?),the number of infections and fatalities continue to rise at an alarming rate because of the new variants such as Omicron and its *** COVID-19 vaccines that are licensed for human use,most of the vaccines that are currently in clinical trials are administered via parenteral ***,it has been proven that the parenteral vaccines do not induce localized immunity in the upper respiratory mucosal surface,and administration of the currently approved vaccines does not necessarily lead to sterilizing *** further supports the necessity of a mucosal vaccine that blocks the main entrance route of COVID-19:nasal and oral mucosal *** the mechanism of immune regulation of M cells and dendritic cells and targeting them can be another promising approach for the successful stimulation of the mucosal immune *** paper reviews the basic mechanisms of the mucosal immunity elicited by mucosal vaccines and summarizes the practical aspects and challenges of nanotechnology-based vaccine platform development,as well as ligand hybrid nanoparticles as potentially effective target delivery agents for mucosal vaccines.

Purpose of the study was to demonstrate the ability of Pleurotus eryngii （PE） extracts to stimulate the production of nitric oxide （NO） and TNF-α as well as to evaluate the cell viability by the use of chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PbMCs） and RAW 264.7 macrophages in vitro. The PE contained 341.0 ± 14.5 mg/g DW, 78,2 ± 4.1 bg/g DW and 38.4 ＋ 3.3 mg/g DW of crude polysaccharide, adenosine and crude triterpenoid contents, respectively. The results of cell viability assay showed that 95,0% of chicken PbMCs and RAW 264.7 macrophages were survived under the treatment of 9.6 mg/mL of PE extracts by microculture tetrazolium assays （MTAs）. Moreover, the cell inhibitory activity did not show the 50% cyto-toxicity effect （ICs0）. In addition, no production by stimulated chicken PbMCs and RAW 264.7 macrophages exhibited individually the linear relations with the concentration of PE extracts, and they were approximately 65 μM and 45 p.M in 1600 μg/mL, respectively. The tendency with the release of TNF-α by RAW 264.7 maerophages also corresponded with concentration of PE extracts. It is concluded, PE extracts act as an immunostimulant for both tested cells but have no serious effect on inhibiting chicken PbMCs viability, and therefore it may be suggested as immune supplements for broilers.

The let-7 miRNAwas one of the first miRNAs discovered in the nematode, Caenorhabditis elegans, and its biological functions show a high level of evolutionary conservation from the nematode to the human. Unlike in C. elegans, higher animals have multiple isoforms of let-7 miRNAs; these isoforms share a consensus sequence called the ＇seed sequence＇ and these isoforms are categorized into let-7 miRNA family. The expression of let-7 family is required for developmental timing and tumor suppressor function, but must be suppressed for the self-renewal of stem cells. Therefore, let-7 miRNA biogenesis must be carefully controlled. To generate a let-7 miRNA, a primary transcript is produced by RNA polymerase Ⅱ and then subsequently processed by Drosha/DGCR8, TUTase, and Dicer. because dysregulation of let-7 processing is deleterious, biogenesis of let-7 is tightly regulated by cellular factors, such as the RNA binding proteins, LIN28A/b and DIS3L2. In this review, we discuss the biological functions and biogenesis of let-7 miRNAs, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of regulation of let-7 biogenesis in ver- tebrates, such as the mouse and the human.

Analyses on performances of heat and multilayer reflection insulators

This research was conducted to study the performances of the heat and multilayer reflection insulators used for buildings in South Korea to realize eco-friendly, low-energy-consumption, green construction, and to contribute to energy consumption reduction in buildings and to the nation＇s greenhouse gas emission reduction policy （targeting 30% reduction compared to bAUCousiness as usual） by 2020）. The heat insulation performance test is about the temperatures on surfaces of test piece. The high air temperature and the low air temperature were measured to determine the overall heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity. The conclusions are drawn that the heat transmission coefficients for each type of existing reflection insulator are： A-1 （0.045 W/（m-K））, A-2 （0.031 W/（m.K））, A-3 （0.042 W/（m.K））, A-4 （0.078 W/（m.K））, and the average heat conductivity is 0.049 W/（m-K）; The heat conductivity for each type of Styrofoam insulator are 0.030 W/（m.K） for b-l, 0.032 W/（m-K） for b-2, 0.037 W/（m＇K） for b-3, 0.037 W/（m.K） for b-4, and the average heat conductivity is 0.035 W/（m＇K） regardless of the thickness of the insulator; The heat conductivity values of the multilayer reflection insulators are converted based on the thickness and type C-1 （0.020 W/（m.K））, C-2 （0.018 W/（m.K））, C-3 （0.016 W/（m.K））, and C-4 （0.012 W/（m.K））; The multilayer reflection insulator keeps the indoor-side surface temperature high （during winter） or low （in summer）, enhances the comfort of the building occupants, and conducts heating and moisture resistance to prevent dew condensation on the glass-outer-wall surface.

We aimed to analyze the value of each criterion for clinically insignificant prostate cancer （PCa） in the selection of men for active surveillance （AS） of low-risk PCa. We identified 532 men who were treated with radical prostatectomy from 2006 to 2013 who met 4 or all 5 of the criteria for clinically insignificant PCa （clinical stage 〈 T1, prostate specific antigen [PSA] density 0.15, biopsy Gleason score 〈 6, number of positive biopsy cores 〈 2, and no core with 〉 50% involvement） and analyzed their pathologic and biochemical outcomes. Patients who met all 5 criteria for clinically insignificant PCa were designated as group A （n -- 172）, and those who met 4 of 5 criteria were designated as group b （n = 360）. The association of each criterion with adverse pathologic features was assessed via logistic regression analyses. Comparison of group A and b and also logistic regression analyses showed that PSA density 0.15 ng ml-1 and high （〉7） biopsy Gleason score were associated with adverse pathologic features. Higher （〉 Tlc） clinical stage was not associated with any adverse pathologic features. Although 〈 3 positive cores were not associated with any adverse pathology, 〉4 positive cores were associated with higher risk of extracapsular extension. Among potential candidates for AS, PSA density ~ 0.15 ng ml-~ and biopsy Gleason score ~ 6 pose significantly higher risks of harboring more aggressive disease. The eligibility criteria for AS may be expanded to include men with clinical stage T2 tumor and 3 positive cores.

Polymer solar cells(PSCs)with high power conversion efficiency(PCE)and environment-friendly fabrication are the main requirements enabling their production in industrial *** the use of non-halogenated solvent processing is inevitable for the PSC fabrication,it significantly reduces the processability of polymer donors(PDS)and small-molecule acceptors(SMAs).This often results in unoptimized blend morphology and limits the device *** address this issue,hydrophilic oligoethylene glycol(OEG)side-chains are introduced into a PD(2EG)to enhance the molecular compatibility between the PD and L8-bO *** 2EG PD induces higher crystallinity and alleviates phase separation with the SMA compared to the reference PD(PM7)with hydrocarbon ***,the 2EG-based PSCs exhibit a higher PCE(15.8%)than the PM7-based PSCs(PCE=14.4%)in the ortho-xylene based ***,benefitted from the reduced phase separation and increased crystallinity of 2EG PDS,the 2EG-based PSCs show enhanced thermal stability(84%of initial PCE after 120 h heating)compared to that of the PM7-based PSCs(60%of initial PCE after 120 h heating).This study demonstrates the potential of OEG side-chain-incorporated materials in developing efficient,stable,and eco-friendly PSCs.
