Laser aided additive manufacturing(LAAM)was used to fabricate bulk Fe_(49.5)Mn_(30)Co_(10)Cr_(10)C_(0.5)interstitial multicomponent alloy using pre-alloyed *** room temperature yield strength(σ_y),ultimate tensile strength(σ_(UTS))and elongation(ε_(UTS))were 645 MPa,917 MPa and 27.0%*** asbuilt sample consisted of equiaxed and dendritic cellular structures formed by elemental *** cellular structures together with oxide particle inclusions were deemed to strengthen the *** other contributing components include dislocation strengthening,friction stress and grain boundary *** highε_(UTS)was attributed to dislocation motion and activation of both twinning and transformation-induced plasticity(TWIP and TRIP).Tensile tests performed at-40℃and-130℃demonstrated superior tensile strength of 1041 MPa and 1267 MPa ***,almost no twinning was observed in the fractured sample tested at-40℃and-130℃.Instead,higher fraction of strain-induced hexagonal close-packed(HCP)εphase transformation of 21.2%were observed for fractured sample tested at-40℃,compared with 6.3%in fractured room temperature sample.

This article presents an in-depth exploration of the acoustofluidic capabilities of guided flexural waves(GFWs)generated by a membrane acoustic waveguide actuator(MAWA).by harnessing the potential of GFWs,cavity-agnostic advanced particle manipulation functions are achieved,unlocking new avenues for microfluidic systems and lab-on-a-chip *** localized acoustofluidic effects of GFWs arising from the evanescent nature of the acoustic fields they induce inside a liquid medium are numerically investigated to highlight their unique and promising *** traditional acoustofluidic technologies,the GFWs propagating on the MAWA’s membrane waveguide allow for cavity-agnostic particle manipulation,irrespective of the resonant properties of the fluidic ***,the acoustofluidic functions enabled by the device depend on the flexural mode populating the active region of the membrane *** demonstrations using two types of particles include in-sessile-droplet particle transport,mixing,and spatial separation based on particle diameter,along with streaming-induced counter-flow virtual channel generation in microfluidic PDMS *** experiments emphasize the versatility and potential applications of the MAWA as a microfluidic platform targeted at lab-on-a-chip development and showcase the MAWA’s compatibility with existing microfluidic systems.

The functionalities and diverse metastable phases of multiferroic biFeO3(bFO)thin films depend on the misfit *** mixed phase-induced strain relaxation in multiphase bFO thin films is well known,it is unclear whether a singlecrystalline bFO thin film can accommodate misfit strain without the involvement of its ***,understanding the strain relaxation behavior is key to elucidating the lattice strain–property *** this study,a correlative strain analysis based on dark-field inline electron holography(DIH)and quantitative scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM)was performed to reveal the structural mechanism for strain accommodation of a single-crystalline bFO thin *** nanoscale DIH strain analysis results indicated a random combination of multiple strain states that acted as a primary strain relief,forming irregularly strained *** STEM-based bond length measurement of the corresponding strained nanodomains revealed a unique strain accommodation behavior achieved by a statistical combination of multiple modes of distorted structures on the unit-cell *** globally integrated strain for each nanodomain was estimated to be close to􀀀1.5%,irrespective of the nanoscale strain states,which was consistent with the fully strained bFO film on the SrTiO3 *** functional theory calculations suggested that strain accommodation by the combination of metastable phases was energetically favored compared to single-phase-mediated *** discovery allows a comprehensive understanding of strain accommodation behavior in ferroelectric oxide films,such as bFO,with various low-symmetry polymorphs.

Deep neural networks perform well in image recognition,object recognition,pattern analysis,and speech *** military applications,deep neural networks can detect equipment and recognize *** military equipment,it is necessary to detect and recognize rifle management,which is an important piece of equipment,using deep neural *** have been no previous studies on the detection of real rifle numbers using real rifle image *** this study,we propose a method for detecting and recognizing rifle numbers when rifle image data are *** proposed method was designed to improve the recognition rate of a specific dataset using data fusion and transfer *** the proposed method,real rifle images and existing digit images are fusedas trainingdata,andthe final layer is transferredto theyolov5 *** detectionand recognition performance of rifle numbers was improved and analyzed using rifle image and numerical *** used actual rifle image data(K-2 rifle)and numeric image datasets,as an experimental *** was used as the machine learning *** results show that the proposed method maintains 84.42% accuracy,73.54% precision,81.81% recall,and 77.46% F1-score in detecting and recognizing rifle *** proposed method is effective in detecting rifle numbers.

Precision measurement of magnetic fields is a crucial issue in both fundamental scientific research and practical sensing *** sensitive detection of a vector magnetic field poses a significant challenge in quantum magnetometry,particularly in estimating a vector DC magnetic field with high ***,we propose a comprehensive protocol for quantum vector DC magnetometry,utilizing selective phase accumulation in both non-entangled and entangled quantum *** upon the principles of Ramsey interferometry,our protocol enables the selective accumulation of phase for a specific magnetic field component by incorporating a meticulously designed pulse *** the individual measurement scheme,we employ three individual quantum interferometries to independently estimate each of the three magnetic field ***,in the simultaneous measurement scheme,the application of a pulse sequence along different directions enables the simultaneous estimation of all three magnetic field components using only one quantum ***,by employing an entangled state(such as the Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger state)as the input state,the measurement precisions of all three components may reach the Heisenberg *** study not only establishes a general protocol for measuring vector magnetic fields using quantum probes,but also presents a viable pathway for achieving entanglement-enhanced multi-parameter estimation.

Systematic optimization of the photocatalyst and investigation of the role of each component is important to maximizing catalytic activity and comprehending the photocatalytic conversion of CO_(2) reduction to solar fuels.A surface-modified Ag@Ru-P25 photocatalyst with H_(2)O_(2) treatment was designed in this study to convert CO_(2) and H_(2)O vapor into highly selective *** doping followed by Ag nanoparticles(NPs)cocatalyst deposition on P25(TiO_(2))enhances visible light absorption and charge separation,whereas H_(2)O_(2) treatment modifies the surface of the photocatalyst with hydroxyl(–OH)groups and promotes CO_(2) ***-resonance transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray absorption near-edge structure,and extended X-ray absorption fine structure techniques were used to analyze the surface and chemical composition of the photocatalyst,while thermogravimetric analysis,CO_(2) adsorption isotherm,and temperature programmed desorption study were performed to examine the significance of H_(2)O_(2) treatment in increasing CO_(2) reduction *** optimized Ag1.0@Ru1.0-P25 photocatalyst performed excellent CO_(2) reduction activity into CO,CH4,and C2H6 with a~95%selectivity of CH4,where the activity was~135 times higher than that of pristine TiO_(2)(P25).For the first time,this work explored the effect of H_(2)O_(2) treatment on the photocatalyst that dramatically increases CO_(2) reduction activity.
