Rapid development in Information Technology(IT)has allowed several novel application regions like large outdoor vehicular networks for Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V)*** networks give a safe and more effective driving experience by presenting time-sensitive and location-aware *** communication occurs directly between V2V and base Station(bS)units such as the Road Side Unit(RSU),named as a Vehicle to Infrastructure(V2I).However,the frequent topology alterations in VANETs generate several problems with data transmission as the vehicle velocity differs with ***,the scheme of an effectual routing protocol for reliable and stable communications is *** research demonstrates that clustering is an intelligent method for effectual routing in a mobile ***,this article presents a Falcon Optimization Algorithm-based Energy Efficient Communication Protocol for Cluster-based Routing(FOA-EECPCR)technique in *** FOA-EECPCR technique intends to group the vehicles and determine the shortest route in the *** accomplish this,the FOA-EECPCR technique initially clusters the vehicles using FOA with fitness functions comprising energy,distance,and trust *** the routing process,the Sparrow Search Algorithm(SSA)is derived with a fitness function that encompasses two variables,namely,energy and distance.A series of experiments have been conducted to exhibit the enhanced performance of the FOA-EECPCR *** experimental outcomes demonstrate the enhanced performance of the FOA-EECPCR approach over other current methods.

PRObING A STOCHASTIC EPIDEMIC HEPATITIS C VIRUS MODEL WITH A CHRONICALLY INFECTED TREATED POPULATION

The hepatitis C virus is hitherto a tremendous threat to human beings,but many researchers have analyzed mathematical models for hepatitis C virus transmission dynamics only in the deterministic *** plays an immense role in pathology and ***,the main theme of this article is to investigate a stochastic epidemic hepatitis C virus model with five states of epidemiological classification:susceptible,acutely infected,chronically infected,recovered or removed and chronically infected,and *** stochastic hepatitis C virus model in epidemiology is established based on the environmental influence on individuals,is manifested by stochastic perturbations,and is proportional to each *** assert that the stochastic HCV model has a unique global positive solution and attains sufficient conditions for the extinction of the hepatotropic RNA ***,by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function,we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of an ergodic stationary distribution of the solutions to the stochastic HCV ***,this article confirms that using numerical simulations,the six parameters of the stochastic HCV model can have a high impact over the disease transmission dynamics,specifically the disease transmission rate,the rate of chronically infected population,the rate of progression to chronic infection,the treatment failure rate of chronically infected population,the recovery rate from chronic infection and the treatment rate of the chronically infected ***,numerical simulations validate the effectiveness of our theoretical conclusions.

Organic-inorganic hybrid fluorescent sensor thin films of rhodamine b embedded Ag-SbA 15 for selective recognition of Hg(Ⅱ)ions in water

Nowadays, the rapid and effective detection of low doses of heavy metal pollutants in contaminated water is a timely challenge in environmental pollution research. In this study, a rapid and highly sensitive assay for the detection of Hg^2＋based on quenching of metal-enhanced fluorescence of rhodamine b（Rb）has been fabricated. Rb and silver nanoparticle were incorporated into the mesoporous siliceous framework spin cast on a quartz glass through post-synthetic incorporation method. The morphology and crystallinity of mesoporous structure and Ag nanoparticle were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analyses. Photoluminescence assays on the hybrid thin film of Rb-Ag-SbA15 showed a high enhancement when compared to the intensity of silver free SbA15-Rb in the wavelength of 575 nm. The fluorescence of Rb-Ag-SbA15 thin film decreased gradually with the increase in the concentration of Hg^2＋and the detection limits were 10.54 nmol/L. Furthermore, the fluorescence intensity increased linearly with the concentration of Hg^2＋in the range from 1.0 ×10^-8mol/L to10× 10^-8mol/L, with a response time of a few seconds. In addition, this system offers a high selectivity over interfering cations such as Cd^2＋ and Pb^2＋. Overall, we have developed an optical assay having a wellordered mesoporous SbA15 containing Ag-Rbfor selective detection of Hg^2＋in aqueous solution. The scheme combines the advantages of specific binding interactions between Hg^2＋and Rb molecule and optical emission properties of Rb. The method is suitable for a single-shot and irreversible analytical assay in a quartz glass/microtiter plate.
