Spatial Distribution Pattern and Influencing Factors of bed-and-breakfasts(b&bs)from the Perspective of Urban-rural Differences:A Case Study of Jiaodong Peninsula,China

There are significant differences between urban and rural bed-and-breakfasts(b&bs)in terms of customer positioning,economic strength and spatial *** identifying the differences in spatial characteristics and influencing factors of each type,is essential for creating urban and rural b&b agglomeration *** study used density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DbSCAN)and the multi-scale geographically weighted regression(MGWR)model to explore similarities and differences in the spatial distribution patterns and influencing factors for urban and rural b&bs on the Jiaodong Peninsula of China from 2010 to *** results showed that:1)both urban and rural b&bs in Jiaodong Peninsula went through three stages:a slow start from 2010 to 2015,rapid development from 2015 to 2019,and hindered development from 2019 to ***,urban b&bs demonstrated a higher development speed and agglomeration intensity,leading to an increasingly evident trend of uneven development between the two sectors.2)The clustering scale of both urban and rural b&bs continued to expand in terms of quantity and *** b&b clusters characterized by a limited number,but a higher likelihood of transitioning from low-level to high-level *** the number of rural b&b clusters steadily increased over time,their clustering scale was comparatively lower than that of urban b&bs,and they lacked the presence of high-level clustering.3)In terms of development direction,urban b&b clusters exhibited a relatively stable pattern and evolved into high-level clustering centers within the main urban ***,rural b&bs exhibited a more pronounced spatial diffusion effect,with clusters showing a trend of multi-center development along the coastline.4)Transport emerged as a common influencing factor for both urban and rural b&bs,with the density of road network having the strongest explanatory power for their spatial *** terms of differences,populati

Two-stage aging treatment to accelerate aging kinetics without impairing strength in b4C/7A04Al composite

Aging treatments are the key process to obtain satisfactory strength for 7xxxAl alloys and their composites. However, traditional single-stage（SS） aging is time-consuming to reach a peak strength condition. In this study, an efficient 120℃ + 160℃ two-stage（TS） aging treatment was proposed on a b4C/7A04Al composite fabricated via powder metallurgy（PM） technology, which could acquire similar peak-aging strength but only took about 15% of the time compared to traditional 120℃ SS aging. The evolution of precipitation during the TS aging was investigated, as well as those of the 7A04Al alloys for comparison. In the second stage aging process, the higher aging temperature accelerated the nucleation of η′ phases inside the grains and thus increased the density of precipitates. Moreover, the short aging time limited the coarsening of precipitates and the broadening of precipitatefree zones. The above factors were beneficial for quickly obtaining satisfactory precipitation strengthening effects. The b4C/7A04Al composite exhibited slower aging kinetics than the 7A04Al alloy in the TS aging. Mg elements consumption by the chemical reaction between b impurities introduced by b4C particles and the Al matrix was considered to potentially retard the aging kinetics of the b4C/7A04Al composite. Nevertheless, the precipitation sequence was not affected.

Actinobacterial community is a conspicuous part of aquatic ecosystems and displays an important role in the case of biogeochemical cycle,but little is known about the seasonal variation of actinobacterial community in reservoir ecological *** this study,the high-throughput techniques were used to investigate the structure of the aquatic actinobacterial community and its inducing water quality parameters in different *** results showed that the highest diversity and abundance of actinobacterial community occurred in winter,with Sporichthya(45.42%)being the most abundant genus and Rhodococcus sp.(29.32%)being the most abundant *** analysis and correlation analysis suggested that in autumn the dynamics of actinobacterial community were infuenced by more factors and Nocardioides ***2R5S2 was the potential keystone species which was negatively correlated with temperature(R=-0.72,Pbacterial community,and the dynamics of temperature,dissolved oxygen(DO),and turbidity are potential conspicuous factors infuencing seasonal actinobacterial community *** partial least squares path modeling further elucidated that the combined effects of DO and temperature not only in the diversity of actinobacterial community but also in other water qualities,while the physiochemical parameters(path coefficient=1.571,Pbacterial community in the drinking water reservoirs and provide scientific guidance for further water quality management and protection in water sources.

Tuning mechanical and electrical performances of b_(4)C-Tib_(2)ceramics in a two-step spark plasma sintering process

b_(4)C–Tib_(2)is an advanced electrically conductive ceramic with excellent mechanical and electrical discharge machinable *** is challenging and rewarding to achieve highly conductive and hard b_(4)C–Tib_(2)composites at a minimum content of conductive Tib2 that has inferior hardness but double specific gravity of the b_(4)C matrix.A novel strategy was used to construct conductive networks in b_(4)C‒15 vol%Tib2 composite ceramics with b_(4)C,TiC,and amorphous b as raw materials by a two-step spark plasma sintering *** influences of particle size matching between b_(4)C and TiC on the conducting of the strategy and the microstructure were discussed based on the selective matrix grain growth *** mechanical and electrical properties were also systematically *** b_(4)C–15 vol%Tib2 composite ceramic prepared from 10.29µm b_(4)C and 0.05µm TiC powders exhibited a perfect three-dimensional interconnected conductive network with a maximum electrical conductivity of 4.25×10^(4)S/m,together with excellent mechanical properties including flexural strength,Vickers hardness,and fracture toughness of 691±58 MPa,30.30±0.61 GPa,and 5.75±0.32 MPa·m^(1/2),respectively,while the composite obtained from 3.12µm b_(4)C and 0.8µm TiC powders had the best mechanical properties including flexural strength,Vickers hardness,and fracture toughness of 827±35 MPa,32.01±0.51 GPa,and 6.45±0.22 MPa·m^(1/2),together with a decent electrical conductivity of 0.65×10^(4)S/m.

bubble dynamics properties play a crucial and significant role in the design and optimization of gas-solid fluidized *** this study,the bubble dynamics properties of four b-particles were investigated in a quasi-two-dimensional(quasi-2D)fluidized bed,including bubble equivalent diameter,bubble size distribution,average bubble density,bubble aspect ratio,bubble hold-up,bed expansion ratio,bubble radial position,and bubble *** studies were performed by computational particle fluid dynamics(CPFD)numerical simulation and post-processed with digital image analysis(DIA)technique,at superficial gas velocities ranging from 2u_(mf) to 7u_(mf).The simulated results shown that the CPFD simulation combining with DIA technique post-processing could be used as a reliable method for simulating bubble dynamics properties in quasi-2D gas-solid fluidized ***,it seemed not desirable for the simulation of bubble motion near the air distributor at higher superficial gas velocity from the simulated average bubble density *** superficial gas velocity significantly affected the bubble equivalent diameter and evolution,while it had little influence on bubble size distribution and bubble aspect ratio distribution for the same *** time-averaged bubble hold-up and bed expansion ratio increased with the increase of superficial gas *** core-annular flow structures could be found in the fluidized bed for all *** average bubble rising velocity increased with the increasing bubble equivalent *** bubble lateral movement,the smaller bubbles might be more susceptible,and superficial gas velocity had a little influence on the absolute lateral velocity of *** simulated results presented a valuable and novel approach for studying bubble dynamics *** comprehensive understanding of bubble dynamics behaviors in quasi-2D gas-solid fluidized beds would provide support in the design,operation,and optimization of gas-solid
