The precise roles of the b-box zinc finger family of transcription factors in plant stress are poorly *** analysis was performed on AtCOL4,an Arabidopsis thaliana ***-like 4 protein that is a putative novel transcription factor,and which contains a predicted transcriptional activation *** of an AtCOL4 promoter-b-glucuronidase（GUS） construct revealed substantial GUS activity in whole *** expression of AtCOL4 was strongly induced by abscisic acid（AbA）,salt,and osmotic *** in atcol4 resulted in increased sensitivity to AbA and salt stress during seed germination and the cotyledon greening *** contrast,AtCOL4-overexpressing plants were less sensitive to AbA and salt stress compared to the wild ***,in the presence of AbA or salt stress,the transcript levels of other AbA biosynthesis and stress-related genes were enhanced induction in AtCOL4-overexpressing and WT plants,rather than in the atcol4 ***,AtCOL4 is involved in AbA and salt stress response through the AbA-dependent signaling *** together,these findings provide compelling evidence that AtCOL4 is an important regulator for plant tolerance to abiotic stress.e

This study aimed to explore citizens’emotional responses and issues of interest in the context of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** dataset comprised 65,313 tweets with the location marked as New York *** data collection period was four days of tweets when New York City imposed a lockdown order due to an increase in conﬁrmed *** analysis was performed using R *** emotional responses in tweets were analyzed using the bing and NRC(National Research Council Canada)*** tweets’central issue was identiﬁed by Text Network *** tweets were classiﬁed as either positive or negative,the negative sentiment was *** the NRC dictionary,eight emotional classiﬁcations were devised:“trust,”“fear,”“anticipation,”“sadness,”“anger,”“joy,”“surprise,”and“disgust.”These results indicated that citizens showed negative and trusting emotional reactions in the early days of the ***,citizens showed a strong interest in overcoming and coping with other people such as social *** were concerned about the conﬁrmation of COVID-19 infection status and *** should be made to ensure citizens’psychological stability by promptly informing them of the status of infectious disease management and the route of infection.

This paper investigates the effects of types and aging of asphalt binder on healing performance of asphalt mixture modified with steel wool fibers(SWF)using induction heating *** binders PG58-22,PG64-22 and PG76-22,widely used in korea,were applied in this *** rolling thin film oven(RTFO)and pressure ageing vessel(PAV)tests were conducted to simulate the aging process of asphalt *** healing performance of mixtures was evaluated by the crack-heal process,which included semi-circular bending and induction heating *** cooking oil waste was used as a rejuvenator in order to refresh the aged binder and its healing performance was also *** results indicated that the performance grade(PG)of asphalt binder slightly affected the healing performance of mixtures due to the difference of binder *** addition,the healing level of asphalt mixture was reduced significantly by aged asphalt ***,it was found that using cooking oil waste as a rejuvenator for the aged asphalt mixture can improve its healing performance.

To overcome the serious technological issues affecting lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries,such as sluggish sulfur redox kinetics and the detrimental shuttle effect,heterostructure engineering has been investigated as a strategy to effectively capture soluble lithium polysulfide intermediates and promote their conversion reaction by integrating highly polar metal oxides with catalytically active metals ***,to fully exploit the outstanding properties of heterostructure-based composites,their detailed structure and interfacial contacts should be designed ***,optimally arranged TiO_(2)and MoS_(2)-based heterostructures(TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)) are fabricated on carbon cloth as a multifunctional interlayer to efficiently trap polysulfide intermediates and accelerate their redox *** to the synergistic effects between TiO_(2)and MoS_(2)and the uniform heterointerface distribution that induces the ideally oriented built-in electric field,Li-S batteries with TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)interlayers exhibit high rate capability(601 mA h g^(-1)at 5 C),good cycling stability(capacity-fade rate of 0.067% per cycle over 500 cycles at2 C),and satisfactory areal capacity(5.2 mA h cm^(-2)) under an increased sulfur loading of 5.2 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,by comparing with a MoS_(2)@TiO_(2)interlayer composed of reversely arranged heterostructures,the effect of the built-in electric field’s direction on the electrocatalytic reactions of polysulfide intermediates is thoroughly investigated for the first *** superior electrocatalytic activities of the rationally arranged TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)interlayer demonstrate the importance of optimizing the built-in electric field of heterostructures for producing high-performance Li-S batteries.

AIM： To investigate the effect of selective Cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） inhibitor 4-[5-（4-Chloro-phenyl）-3- （trifluoromethyl）- 1H-pyrazol- 1-yl] benzenesulfonamide （SC-236）, on the cholecystokinin （CCk）-octapeptideinduced acute pancreatitis （AP） in rats. METHODS： Wistar rat weighing 240 g to 260 g were divided into three groups. （1） Normal DMSO treated group, （2） SC-236 at 4 mg/kg treated group; SC-236 systemically administered via the intravenous （i.v.） catheter, followed by 75 μg/kg CCk octapeptide subcutaneously three times, after 1, 3 and 5 h. This whole procedure was repeated for 5 d. （3） Dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO） treated group： an identical protocol was used in this group as in the SC-236 cohort （see 2. above）. Repeated CCk octapeptide treatment resulted in a typical experimentally induced pancreatitis in the Wistar rats. RESULTS： SC-236 improved the severity of CCk- octapeptide-induced AP as measured by laboratory criteria [the pancreatic weight/body weight （p.w/ b.w） ratio, the level of serum amylase and lipase]. The SC-236 treated group showed minimal histologic evidence of pancreatitis and a significant reduction in myeloperoxidase activity. SC-236 also increased heat shock protein （HSP）-60 and HSP72 compared with the DMSO-treated group in the CCk-octapeptide-induced AP and also reduced the pancreatic levels of COX-2. Furthermore, SC-236 reduced proinflammatory cytokine synthesis and inhibited NF-kb activation compared with the DMSO-treated group in the CCk-octapeptide-induced AP. CONCLUSION： Our results suggested that COX-2 plays pivotal role in the development of AP and COX-2 inhibitors may play a beneficial role in preventing AP.

Entacapone,a catechol-O-methyltransferase inhibitor,can strengthen the therapeutic effects of levodopa on the treatment of Parkinson’s ***,few studies are reported on whether entacapone can affect hippocampal neurogenesis in *** investigate the effects of entacapone,a modulator of dopamine,on proliferating cells and immature neurons in the mouse hippocampal dentate gyrus,60 mice(7 weeks old)were randomly divided into a vehicle-treated group and the groups treated with 10,50,or 200 mg/kg *** results showed that 50 and 200 mg/kg entacapone increased the exploration time for novel object *** staining results revealed that after entacapone treatment,the numbers of ki67-positive proliferating cells,doublecortin-positive immature neurons,and phosphorylated cAMP response element-binding protein(pCREb)-positive cells were significantly *** blot analysis results revealed that treatment with tyrosine kinase receptor b(Trkb)receptor antagonist significantly decreased the exploration time for novel object recognition and inhibited the expression of phosphorylated Trkb and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(bDNF).Entacapone treatment antagonized the effects of Trkb receptor *** results suggest that entacapone treatment promoted hippocampal neurogenesis and improved memory function through activating the bDNF-Trkb-pCREb *** study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Seoul National University(approval ***-130730-1)on February 24,2014.

An electroencephalogram(EEG)-based brain–computer interface(bCI) speller allows a user to input text to a computer by thought. It is particularly useful to severely disabled individuals, e.g. amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients, who have no other effective means of communication with another person or a *** studies so far focused on making EEG-based bCI spellers faster and more reliable; however, few have considered their security. This study, for the first time, shows that P300 and steady-state visual evoked potential bCI spellers are very vulnerable, i.e. they can be severely attacked by adversarial perturbations,which are too tiny to be noticed when added to EEG signals, but can mislead the spellers to spell anything the attacker wants. The consequence could range from merely user frustration to severe misdiagnosis in clinical applications. We hope our research can attract more attention to the security of EEG-based bCI spellers, and more broadly, EEG-based bCIs, which has received little attention before.

Spontaneous rupture of the liver is a rare condition with serious consequences,if not recognized and treated in time. It has been reported as a complication of several disorders,including benign or malignant liver tumors,connective tissue disease,infiltrating liver disease,preeclampsia,and post anticoagulant therapy. We report a case of spontaneous rupture of liver in a non-cirrhotic,chronic hepatitis b and D patient presenting with acute hemoperitoneum and shock. The subcapsular hematoma and rupture of liver were documented by image studies. The patients' condition gradually stabilized after fluid resuscitation. The reported case and literature review suggest that spontaneous rupture of liver must be considered in a differential diagnosis of acute hemoperitoneum. A high index of suspicion and early diagnosis with imaging are critically important.
