The oxalate co-precipitation method was used to synthesize the La3+substituted Ni-Cu-Zn(La-NCZ)nanoferrites having chemical composition Ni_(0.7)Cu_(0.1)Zn_(0.2)LaxFe_(2-x)O_(4)(x=0.015,0.025 and 0.035).DC resistivity study of nanoferrites shows both the conducting and semiconducting *** room temperature DC electrical resistivity of Ni-Cu-Zn(NCZ)nanoferrites decreases,whereas Curie temperature increases with increasing La^(3+)*** the temperature range of 30-170℃nanoferrites show p-type semiconducting behavior except x=0.015;thereafter,they show n-type *** frequency dispersive initial permeability(μi)associated with its real and imaginary(μ’andμ")parts are attributed to the domain wall movement and magnetic spin ***μi,u’andμ"of La-NCZ nanoferrites are higher than those of pure NCZ *** constant(ε’),dielectric loss(ε")and AC resistivity(ρAC)of La-NCZ nanoferrites show normal dielectric *** is found thatε’of NCZ nanoferrites decreases with the increasing content of La3+*** bandgap energy of La-NCZ nanoferrites is achieved in the range 1.36-1.70 eV confirming the semiconducting nature of materials.

青藏高原及其周边泥盆系分布广泛、类型多样、化石丰富,记录着北半球古亚洲洋的持续消减和南半球原特提斯洋向古特提斯洋转变的关键过程,对阐明这一时期的全球古地理格局、板块运动和生物多样性变化具有重要意义.南天山(洋)缝合带和龙木错-双湖-昌宁-孟连(洋)缝合带两侧的地块分属不同沉积体系和生物古地理区系,指示该洋盆具有显著的构造古地理分隔意义,分别代表了古亚洲洋和古特提斯洋的主支洋盆,以此为界泥盆系可以划分为天山型、特提斯型和冈瓦纳型三种类型.本文主要基于近年来青藏高原及其邻区泥盆纪地层古生物的研究进展,分别提供最新的综合地层格架,并结合沉积物源分析和生物群特征对比进行古地理重建,为探讨青藏高原及其邻区各个块体的早期地质演化及其动力学机制奠定基础.基于碎屑锆石物源分析和生物古地理研究,特提斯喜马拉雅带、保山地块、南羌塘地块、北羌塘地块、思茅地块、腾冲地块和华南板块沉积物源与印度板块具有亲缘性,而拉萨地块与澳大利亚板块具有亲缘性,且可能位于华南板块与澳大利亚板块之间.早泥盆世埃姆斯期,华南板块可能已经从冈瓦纳大陆北缘裂解出来,代表着金沙江-哀牢山洋的打开.中泥盆世,古特提斯洋洋中脊快速扩张,对应着全球海平面上升、碳酸盐岩台地的广泛分布和泥盆纪海水锶同位素的最低值.晚泥盆世古特提斯洋已达到相当规模,最终导致古特提斯缝合带中晚泥盆世放射虫硅质岩大量产出.

The main aim of the present work is to investigate the flow and heat transport properties of non-Newtonian Casson-Williamson fluid through an upright microchannel along with entropy generation analysis,and explore the effects of convective boundary conditions,Couette-Poiseuille flow,and nonlinear *** movement of liquid is scrutinized with the Hall effect and exponential heat *** rheological characteristics of the Casson-Williamson fluid model are also *** considering the desirable similarity variables,the equations of motion are reduced to nonlinear ordinary differential *** Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg fourth-fifth order method along with the shooting method is adopted to solve these dimensionless *** detailed investigation is pictorially displayed to show the influence of effective parameters on the entropy generation and the bejan *** of the major tasks of the exploration is to compare the Casson fluid and the Williamson *** results show that the rate of heat transfer in the Casson fluid is more remarkable than that in the Williamson fluid.

The thermal properties and irreversibility of the jeffrey nanofluid through an upright permeable microchannel are analyzed by means of the buongiorno *** effects of the Hall current,exponential space coefficient,nonlinear radiation,and convective and slip boundary conditions on the jeffrey fluid flow are explored by deliberating the buoyant force and viscous *** non-dimensionalized equations are obtained by employing a non-dimensional system,and are further resolved by utilizing the shooting approach and the 4th-and 5th-order Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg *** obtained upshots conclude that the amplified Hall parameter will enhance the secondary flow *** improvement in the temperature parameter directly affects the thermal profile,and hence the thermal field declines.A comparative analysis of the Newtonian fluid and non-Newtonian fluid(jeffrey fluid)is carried out with the flow across a porous *** the bejan number,thermal field,and entropy generation,the jeffrey nanofluid is more highly supported than the Newtonian fluid.

A multi-shot target assembly and automatic alignment procedure for laser–plasma proton acceleration at high repetition rate are introduced. The assembly is based on a multi-target rotating wheel capable of hosting more than 5000 targets,mounted on a 3D motorized stage to allow rapid replenishment and alignment of the target material between laser irradiations. The automatic alignment procedure consists of a detailed mapping of the impact positions at the target surface prior to the irradiation that ensures stable operation of the target, which alongside the purpose-built design of the target wheel, enables operation at rates up to 10 Hz. Stable and continuous laser-driven proton acceleration at 10 Hz is demonstrated, with observed cut-off energy stability about 15%.

The full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since july *** its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments.

Strain engineering,as a powerful strategy to tune the optical and electrical properties of two-dimensional(2D)materials by deforming their crystal lattice,has attracted significant interest in recent years.2D materials can sustain ultra-high strains,even up to 10%,due to the lack of dangling bonds on their surface,making them ideal brittle *** remarkable mechanical resilience,together with a strong strain-tunable band structure,endows 2D materials with a broad optical and electrical response upon ***,strain engineering based on 2D materials is restricted by their nanoscale and strain quantification *** this study,we have modified a homebuilt three-points bending apparatus to transform it into a four-points bending apparatus that allows for the application of both compressive and tensile strains on 2D *** approach allows for the efficient and reproducible construction of a strain system and minimizes the buckling effect caused by the van der Waals interaction by adamantane encapsulation *** results demonstrate the feasibility of introducing compressive strain on 2D materials and the potential for tuning their optical and physical properties through this approach.

Comprehensive studies identify motor neuron spectrum disorders including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)as globally rising fatal disorders with the highest prevalence in aging populations,influenced by ethnicity and ancestry(GbD 2016 Motor Neuron Disease Colla borators,2018).While~10% of diagnoses involve a family history(fALS),most cases are considered sporadic(sALS).However,population-based studies suggest that even cases without a common index mutation impart heritability(Ryan et al.,2019),indicating a crucial role of rare and as yet unknown genetic denominators.
