Magnetron sputtering is an industrial coating deposition technique which is commonly used in glass coating industry in order to add functionality and properties to the base glass,properties such as antireflection,electrical conductivity, low emissivity are currently achieved thanks to magnetron *** magnetron sputtering occurs when the deposited chemical composition of the coating substantially differs from the composition of the magnetron sputtering targets, (*** coatings deposited from Ti targets) or coating physicochemical properties differ much of the sputtered or cosputtered target(*** power ZnS).Up to a certain point magnetron sputtering has been a tolerated *** Coating Industry has‘opted-out’on certain reactive sputtering processes in order to gain process stability and reproducibility. The use of compound targets has already been adopted,***,ZnO:Al;and more recently TiO which has the potential of replacing Ti reactive *** of these compound targets still would require a certain degree of reactive sputtering, especially for large area deposition requiring high coating ***,the general idea in those instances has been to limit the required control level to a minimum,almost entirely based on control of inputs rather than the monitoring of *** of the key elements in maintaining a uniform reactive sputtering process over a large area under control,is the sensor or sensors which are used as reference in the closed loop *** lack of stable sensors,and/or misuse or misplacement of sensors,has led the industry in many instances to take safer *** present paper would try to highlight the current sensor availability with its pros and cons in large area uniform reactive magnetron sputtering deposition.

磁控溅射镀膜是工业沉积镀膜技术,通常是在玻璃涂料行业中使用,磁控溅射能增加基膜玻璃的功能和属性,如抗反射性能,导电性,低辐射等。磁控溅射时,膜层的成分与磁控溅射靶材有很大的不同(例如由钛靶生成膜层为TiO)或膜层的理化性质不同于溅射靶材(如高功率ZnS)。稳定控制在某一适当点,以实现镀膜工艺的最优化。玻璃镀膜行业中已经认定选择了一定的反应溅射程序来获得工艺的稳定性和循环性。复合靶材已经被改善,例如ITO,ZnO:Al;以及最近TiO已有取代钛靶的趋势。这些复合靶材的反应溅射大部分仍然需要控制在一个适当的点进行,尤其是对均匀性要求高的大面积镀膜工艺中。然而,目前情况下的总体思路是,为达到最精确的控制程度,几乎所有控制完全是基于输入的控制,而不是对输出的监测。在保持大面积反应溅射均匀性控制的工艺中,一个关键因素是用在闭环控制中的传感器或传感器组作为参考。很多在缺乏稳定的传感器、和滥用或误用传感器情况下的反面例子促使业界采取更安全的选择,所以对传感器提出了更高的要求。本文将努力突出通用传感器在大面积磁控溅射镀膜工艺中控制膜层均匀性方面的优点和缺点。

Despite advanced therapies,the mortality of patients with myocardial infarction(MI)complicated by cardiogenic shock(CS)remains around 50%.Mechanical complications of MI are rare nowadays but associated with high mortality in patients who present with *** treatment strategies and mechanical circulatory support(MCS)devices have been increasingly used to improve the grim prognosis of refractory *** article discusses current evidence regarding the use of MCS in MI complicated by CS,ventricular septal rupture,free wall rupture and acute mitral *** selection should be tailored according to the cause and severity of *** MCS initiation and multidisciplinary team cooperation is mandatory for good *** associated bleeding remains a major complication and an obstacle to better *** prospective randomized trials will improve current knowledge regarding MCS indications,timing,and patient selection in the coming years.

Ribonucleic acids （RNAs） possess great therapeutic potential and can be used to treat a variety of diseases. The unique biophysical properties of RNAs, such as high molecular weight, negative charge, hydrophilicity, low stability, and potential immunogenicity, require chemical modification and development of carriers to enable intracellular delivery of RNAs for clinical use. A variety of nanornaterials have been developed for the effective in vivo delivery of short/ small RNAs, messenger RNAs, and RNAs required for gene editing technologies including clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeat （CRISPR）/Cas. This review outlines the challenges of delivering RNA therapeutics, explores the chemical synthesis of RNA modifications and carriers, and describes the efforts to design nanomaterials that can be used for a variety of clinical indications.

To understand the processes and energy dissipation performance caused by turbulence during the wave run-up over a stepped revetment,hydraulic model tests with steady flow conditions are conducted and correlated with unsteady flow conditions of the wave run-up within a short time *** irregular waves,the run-up reduction over a stepped revetment is dependent on the Iribarren number and decreases for decreasing Iribarren *** gradients are found to be similar in a steady and unsteady flow regime near the pseudo-bottom.

A critical evaluation of subjective ratings： Unacquainted observers can reliably assess certain personality traits

Methods to measure consistent individual differences in behavior （i.e. animal personality） fall into two categories, subjective ratings and behavioral codings. Ratings are seldom used despite being potentially more efficient than codings. One potential limitation for the use of ratings is that it is assumed that long-term observers or experts in the field are required to score individuals. This can be problematic in many cases, especially for long-term ecological studies where there is high turnover in personnel. We tested whether raters who were unacquainted with subjects could produce reliable and valid personality assessments of yellow-bellied marmots Marmota flaviventris. Two raters, previously unacquainted with individuals and marmot be- havior, scored 130 subjects on fifteen different adjectives in both open-field （OF） and mirror image stimulation （MIS） trials. Eight OF and nine MIS adjectives were reliable as indicated by both a high degree of intra-observer and inter-observer reliability. Additionally, some ratings were externally valid, correlating with behavioral codings. Our data suggest that activity/exploration and sociability can be a reliable and valid measurement of personality traits in studies where raters were unacquainted with subjects. These traits are observable with the personality tests we used; otherwise researchers using unacquainted raters should be cautious in the tests they employ [Current Zoology 60 （2）： 162-169, 2014].

Contributors’enrollment in collaborative online communities:the case of OpenStreetMap

The number of people registering in an online community depends on two main factors:interest in,and awareness of,the *** to a project does not,however,imply contributing to it,as lacking the knowledge and skills can be a barrier to *** order to identify the nature of events that might have facilitated or hindered enrollments in the OpenStreetMap(OSM)project over time,we analyzed the correlations between the number of new participants and the events that dotted its *** different metrics were defined to characterize participants’behaviors:the daily number of registrations,the daily number of participants that made a first contribution,the delays between contributors’registration and their first edits,and a daily contribution ratio built from the number of new contributors and the number of new registered *** series analyses were used to identify trends,and outstanding variations of the number of *** inventory of events that took place along the OSM project’s history was created and appreciable variations of the metrics have been linked to events that seemed to be *** a correlation does not imply causality,many of the explanations these correlations suggest are supported by the results of other studies,either directly or *** instance,when considering the time participants spend as“lurker”,as well as on the nature of the contribution of early *** other cases,they suggest new explanations for the origin of the spam accounts that affect registration statistics,or the decline in the proportion of registered members who actually become contributors.

With advancements in computing powers and the overall quality of images captured on everyday cameras,a much wider range of possibilities has opened in various *** fact has several implications for deaf and dumb people as they have a chance to communicate with a greater number of people much *** than ever before,there is a plethora of info about sign language usage in the real *** languages,and by extension the datasets available,are of two forms,isolated sign language and continuous sign *** main difference between the two types is that in isolated sign language,the hand signs cover individual letters of the *** continuous sign language,entire words’hand signs are *** paper will explore a novel deep learning architecture that will use recently published large pre-trained image models to quickly and accurately recognize the alphabets in the American Sign Language(ASL).The study will focus on isolated sign language to demonstrate that it is possible to achieve a high level of classiﬁcation accuracy on the data,thereby showing that interpreters can be implemented in the real *** newly proposed Mobile-NetV2 architecture serves as the backbone of this *** is designed to run on end devices like mobile phones and infer signals(what does it infer)from images in a relatively short amount of *** the proposed architecture in this paper,the classiﬁcation accuracy of 98.77%in the Indian Sign Language(ISL)and American Sign Language(ASL)is achieved,outperforming the existing state-of-the-art systems.
