background:Puerarin(Pue)has been reported to be a natural active ingredient with multiple antiﬁbrotic *** work aimed at exploring the function of Pue in oral submucousﬁbrosis(OSF)***:Human oral mucosaﬁbroblasts(hOMF)were induced with transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1)and intervened with *** ofﬁbrosis-related markers were analyzed by Western blot and IF *** viability was characterized by the CCK-8 *** of miR-30 family members were quantiﬁed by *** correlation betweenﬁbroblast activation protein(FAP)and miR-30 family expression was evaluated by the Pearson correlation coefﬁ*** prediction and dual-luciferase reporter assay were employed to verify the regulation between FAP and *** speciﬁc mechanism of Pue on OSF was explored through the promotion or inhibition of ***:After induction by TGF-β1,hOMF showed upregulated Collagen I,Collagen III,and FAP expressions,while miR-30 family expression was downregulated with miR-30b-5p being the most signiﬁ*** intervention inhibited the excessive proliferation of TGF-β1-induced hOMF,downregulated FAP,collagen type 3(COL3A1),collagen type 1(COL1A1),matrix metalloproteinase 1(MMP1),and matrix metalloproteinase 3(MMP3)expressions,and restored miR-30 family *** prediction and dual-luciferase reporter assay revealed that miR-30b-5p selectively inhibited FAP ***,miR-30b-5p mimic suppressed the excessive proliferation of TGF-β1-induced hOMF and declinedﬁbrosis *** intervention signiﬁcantly reversed the promotion of TGF-β1-induced OSF by miR-30b-5p ***:Pue mediated miR-30b-5p targeting FAP against OSF,which provided a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis research and Pue application in OSF.

Due to the mechanical stability of PP layer,the PP/HDPE double-layer microporous mem brane could be prepared at a higher heat-setting temperatu re than that of PE monolayer *** this work,the effects of heat-setting temperature on the pore structure and properties of PP/HDPE dou ble-layer membrane were *** the increase of heat-setting temperature from 120℃to 130℃,the length of connecting bridge crystal and crystallinity in the PE layer increase due to the melting of thin lamellae and the stability of connecting bridge structure during *** corresponding air permeability,po rosity,wetta bility of liquid electrolyte and mechanical property of the heat-set microporous membrane increase,exhibiting better electrochemical ***,when the heat-setting temperature is further increased to 140℃,higher than the melting point of PE resin,some pores are closed since the lamellae and connecting bridges melt and shrink during heat-setting,resulting in a decrease of air permeability and *** contrast,there is negligible change in the PP layer within the above heat-setting temperature *** study successfully builds the relationship between the stable pore structure and property of microporous membrane during heat-setting,which is helpful to guide the production of high-pe rformance PP/PE/PP lithium batteries separator.

Photodissociation dynamics of water involving its b electronic states yielding OH(A^(2)Σ+/X^(2)Π)+H(^(2)S)products has been intensively investi-gated by both experimental and theoretical studies[1].Theoretically,the Dobbyn-Knowles potential energy surfaces(DK PESs)[2]based on limited complete active space self-consistent field(CASSCF)points were used in dynamic studies for water photodissociation and O+H_(2)reaction about 20 years ago,but the accuracy is not enough to meet current re-quirements.

Solving non-Hermitian quantum many-body systems on a quantum computer by minimizing the variational energy is challenging as the energy can be ***,we propose a variational quantum algorithm for solving the non-Hermitian Hamiltonian by minimizing a type of energy variance,where zero variance can naturally determine the eigenvalues and the associated left and right ***,the energy is set as a parameter in the cost function and can be tuned to scan the whole spectrum efficiently by using a two-step optimization *** numerical simulations,we demonstrate the algorithm for preparing the left and right eigenstates,verifying the biorthogonal relations,as well as evaluating the *** also investigate the impact of quantum noise on our algorithm and show that its performance can be largely improved using error mitigation ***,our work suggests an avenue for solving non-Hermitian quantum many-body systems with variational quantum algorithms on near-term noisy quantum computers.

based on the fact that it is challenging for the polymer flexible circuit substrates to meet the requirements of serving in high-temperature environments,this work proposed the idea of using printable ceramic fiber paper as a high-temperature flexible circuit substrate.A ceramic fiber paper with all ceramic components had been developed via electrospinning,solving the problems of low strength and severe strength drop at high temperatures of traditional ceramic fiber *** tensile strength of the prepared ceramic fiber paper is 2.63 MPa,and the reliable service temperature is 1200℃.Its bulk density is about 1.5 times that of traditional ceramic fiber *** can be printed with patterns by commercial inkjet printers like ordinary printing paper and has excellent *** feasibility of ceramic fiber paper as a flexible circuit substrate was verified by constructing a simple *** the fiber paper is significantly bent,the circuit still forms a complete path,which proves that it has a strong application potential for high-temperature flexible circuit substrate and is expected to promote the development of flexible electronic devices serving at extreme high-temperature environments.
