The effects of 5 lactic acid bacteria(LAb)fermentation on the pasting properties of glutinous rice flour were compared,and suitable fermentation strains were selected based on the changes of viscosity,setback value,and breakdown value to prepare LAb compound starter *** results revealed that Latilactobacillus sakei HSD004 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HSD005 had apparent advantages in increasing the viscosity and reducing the setback and breakdown values of glutinous rice *** particular,the compound starter created using the two abovementioned LAb in the ratio of 3:1 had better performance than that using a single LAb in improving the pasting properties and increasing the water and oil absorption capacity of glutinous rice ***,the gelatinization enthalpy of the fermented samples increased *** frozen glutinous rice dough stored for 28 days,the viscoelasticity of frozen dough prepared by compound starter was better than that of control dough,and the freezable water content was lower than that of control *** results indicate that compound LAb fermentation is a promising technology in the glutinous rice-based food processing industry,which has significance for its application.

Graph conjoint attention(CAT)network is one of the best graph convolutional networks(GCNs)frameworks,which uses a weighting mechanism to identify important neighbor ***,this weighting mechanism is learned based on static information,which means it is susceptible to noisy nodes and edges,resulting in significant *** this paper,a method is proposed to obtain context dynamically based on random walk,which allows the context-based weighting mechanism to better avoid noise ***,the proposed context-based weighting mechanism is combined with the node content-based weighting mechanism of the graph attention(GAT)network to form a model based on a mixed weighting *** model is named as the context-based and content-based graph convolutional network(CCGCN).CCGCN can better discover important neighbors,eliminate noise edges,and learn node embedding by message *** show that CCGCN achieves state-of-the-art performance on node classification tasks in multiple datasets.

Recently, we reported a series of reversibly interlocked polymer networks(RILNs), whose mechanical robustness and functionalities improvement was believed to be derived from topological interlocking of two sub-networks, although the direct evidence for the deduction is still lacking. Herein, a specially-designed RILNs system, in which the inter-component hydrogen bonds can be shielded as needed, was prepared and used to study the micro-structures of RILNs, aiming to verify the existence of mechanical interlocking in RILNs. by changing the pH of the swelling solvent, the effect exerted by the inter-component non-covalent bonds was eliminated, so detailed information of the networks structure was exposed. The small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and small-angle neutron scattering(SANS) results indicated that swelling-induced structural evolution of the two sub-networks mutually affected each other, even when the inter-component hydrogen bonds were absent, proving the presence of topological interlocking. The findings may help to draw a more accurate physical image and reveal the detailed structureproperty relationship of RILNs.

Organic conjugated polymers have received extensive attention due to their unique electronic ***,there have been relatively few reports on the dark photocatalytic reactions utilizing organic conjugated ***,we report the successful synthesis of an organic conjugated polymer based on poly(heptazine imide)nanocrystals(CNNCs)for H_(2)O_(2)evolution and biomedical applications using a simple salt molten method and sonication-centrifugation *** results show that these colloid CNNCs have the characteristics of photogenerated electrons accumulation and realize dark photocatalysis with high reducibility under visible light ***,these accumulating photogenerated electrons can reduce O_(2)in darkness to produce H_(2)O_(2).In addition,cytotoxicity tests were conducted and it was found that H_(2)O_(2)produced under dark conditions could oxidize L-arginine(L-Arg)to NO,which effectively killed tumors in the *** work provides an important strategy to construct organic conjugated semiconductor nanocrystals and applying them to future energy and biomedical fields.

The incorporation of heteroatoms into carbon aerogels(CAs)can lead to structural distortions and changes in active sites due to their smaller size and electronegativity compared to pure ***,the evolution of the electronic structure from single-atom doping to heteroatom codoping in CAs has not yet been thoroughly investigated,and the impact of codoping on potassium ion(K+)storage and diffusion pathways as electrode material remains *** this study,experimental and theoretical simulations were conducted to demonstrate that heteroatom codoping,composed of multiple heteroatoms(O/N/b)with different properties,has the potential to improve the electrical properties and stability of CAs compared to single-atom *** states near the Fermi level have revealed that doping with O/N/b generates a greater number of active centers on adjacent carbon atoms than doping with O and O/N *** a result of synergy with enhanced wetting ability(contact angle of 9.26°)derived from amino groups and hierarchical porous structure,ON-CA has the most optimized adsorption capacity(−1.62 eV)and diffusion barrier(0.12 eV)of K^(+).The optimal pathway of K^(+)in ON-CA is along the carbon ring with N or O *** K^(+)storage material for supercapacitors and ion batteries,it shows an outstanding specific capacity and capacitance,electrochemical stability,and rate ***,the assembled symmetrical K^(+)supercapacitor demonstrates an energy density of 51.8 Wh kg^(−1),an ultrahigh power density of 443Wkg^(−1),and outstanding cycling stability(maintaining 83.3%after 10,000 cycles in 1M KPF6 organic electrolyte).This research provides valuable insights into the design of highperformance potassium ion storage materials.

Recently,it has been realized that in some systems internal space rotation can induce energy amplification for scattered waves,similar to rotation in real *** particularly,it has been shown that energy extraction is possible for a Q-ball,a stationary non-topological soliton that is coherently rotating in its field *** this paper,we generalize the analysis to the case of boson stars,and show that the same energy extraction mechanism still works for boson stars.

Coastal management in China is confronted with an urgent choice between natural restoration and maintenance of existing seawalls and reclaimed land for economic development.A key criterion for making this decision is the resilience to coastal flooding,which depends on the ability to predict tidal *** duration asymmetry(TDA)is a key parameter in determination of the arrival and duration of flood *** study selected the western inner shelf of the Yellow Sea(WYS)as the study area and investigated the responses of TDA to different shoreline configurations and relative sea level *** responses of TDA to shoreline reconstruction yielded spatial variability locally and *** the nearshore area,the responses of TDA to the complex ocean environment mainly originated from the combined functions of reflection,bottom friction,and advection,which controlled the energy transfer from M2 or S2 constituents to their overtides or compound *** sensitivity of TDA to coastline typologies was not limited to coastal waters but could stretch over the entire inner *** vulnerability of tidal responses was due to the displacement of the M2 amphidrome of the Kelvin wave on the WYS,which in turn changed tidal energy fluxes over the *** relative sea level rise could intensify the feedback of TDA to seawalls and land reclamation.

Despite the promising prospects of nanoparticles in oral drug delivery,the process of oral administration involves a complex transportation pathway that includes cellular uptake,intracellular trafficking,and exocytosis by intestinal epithelial cells,which are necessary steps for nanoparticles to enter the bloodstream and exert therapeutic *** researchers have identified several crucial factors that regulate the interaction between nanoparticles and intestinal epithelial cells,including surface properties such as ligand modification,surface charge,hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity,intestinal protein corona formation,as well as holistic properties like particle size,shape,and *** these properties is essential for enhancing transepithelial transport efficiency and designing effective oral drug delivery ***,this review provides a comprehensive overview of the surface and holistic properties that influence the transepithelial transport of nanoparticles,elucidating the underlying principles governing their impact on transepithelial *** review also outlines the chosen of parameters to be considered for the subsequent design of oral drug delivery systems.
