The decay properties of the D and D s mesons are computed in a nonrelativistic phenomenological quark-antiquark potential of the type V （r） =-4 /3 α s /r＋ Ar ν with different choices of ν.Numerical method to solve the Schrdinger equation has been used to obtain the spectroscopy of qQ *** numerically obtained radial solutions are employed to obtain the decay constant and leptonic decay *** has been observed that predictions of the ground state masses and the decay widths are consistent with other model predictions as well as with the known experimental values.

We report here the mass spectrum and magnetic moments of ccq（q ∈ u,d,s） systems in the potential model framework by assuming the inter-quark potential as the colour coulomb plus power form with power index ν varying between 0.1 to *** the two charm quarks are considered for the diquark *** conventional one gluon exchange interaction has been employed to get the hyperfine and the fine structure between different *** have predicted many low-lying states whose experimental verification can exclusively support the quark-diquark structure of the baryons.

Despite improved survival outcomes across many cancer types,the prognosis remains grim for certain solid organ cancers including glioblastoma and pancreatic *** in these cancers,the control achieved by time-limited interventions such as traditional surgical resection,radiation therapy,and chemotherapy is short-lived.A new form of anti-cancer therapy called therapeutic alternating electric fields(AEFs)or tumor treating fields(TTFields)has been shown,either by itself or in combination with chemotherapy,to have anti-cancer effects that translate to improved survival outcomes in *** the pre-clinical and clinical data are promising,the mechanisms of TTFields are not fully *** investigations are underway to better understand how and why TTFields is able to selectively kill cancer cells and impede their *** purpose of this review is to summarize and discuss the reported mechanisms of action of TTFields from pre-clinical studies(both in vitro and in vivo).An improved understanding of how TTFields works will guide strategies focused on the timing and combination of TTFields with other therapies,to further improve survival outcomes in patients with solid organ cancers.

＜正＞The mRNA levels of the genes for lipid lipogenesis as well as others were quantified in the brains of Abcg4 knockout and wild-type mice using quantitative *** results showed that different genes of lipid metabolism were activated in the brains of Abcg4-/-male and female mice,when compared to those of wildtype *** was shown that Abcg4 is a sex-regulated gene with the function of regulating fatty acid and/or cholesterol synthesis in the brain.

目的探讨虚拟单能（VM）成像的能量水平与肾脏微小病变检测敏感度之间的关系。材料与方法分别构建不同碘含量（0～1.15 mg I/m L）的模拟非增强和对比增强肾实质影像作为模型分析。纳入180例病人[男性117例,平均年龄（65.2±13.0）岁]共194个直径>10 mm的肾脏病变（62个实性,132个囊性）。上述病人均接受了非增强单能CT和增强双能CT扫描。构建模型及病人群分别为70、80、90和100 ke V下的VM数据集。测量肾脏病变区域并计算组织强化程度。采用De Long方法计算肾脏病灶表征的受试者操作特征（ROC）曲线下面积（AUC）。结果70 ke V时AUC最高,随着能量增加到100 ke V时,AUC逐渐减小。模型中,AUC从70 ke V时的98%[95%CI:95%100%]下降至100 ke V时的88%（95%CI:79%96%）(P=0.004)。病人的AUC从70 ke V时的96%（95%CI:94%98%）下降到100 ke V时的79%（95%CI:71%86%）(P=0.001)。在增强阈值为15 HU的病人中,检测到肾实质病变的敏感度从70 ke V时的91%[49/62例（95%CI:78%97%）]降至100 ke V时的48%[33/62例（95%CI:25%71%）]（P<0.05）,而特异度没有变化[70 ke V时为93%(120/132例,95%CI:87%97%,100 ke V时为97%（125/132例,95%CI:92%99%）]。结论随着VM成像能量的增加,表征肾脏病变的诊断准确性降低。70 ke V的成像条件可以在敏感度和特异度之间达到最佳平衡。
