Introduction:Injecting drug use is a public health concern due to its clinical,social,economic,and legal ***:(1)To evaluate the prevalence of infections associated with injecting drug use;and(2)To assess the social profile of substance users and high-risk behaviors among people who inject drugs(PWID)receiving opioid substitution therapy(OST).Materials and Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted among 100 PWID who were deemed eligible using inclusion and exclusion *** were collected through an interviewer-administered structured questionnaire after obtaining informed written ***:The results revealed that 14%of PWID had human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),7%had tuberculosis,and 2%had hepatitis b virus(HbV).None of the PWID self-reported hepatitis C virus(HCV)***,71%of PWID were living on the streets(***),and 41%of PWID had a history of sharing needles with other users in the preceding 3 *** or single PWID had significantly increased risk of homelessness(χ^(2)=4.570;P=0.032)and reported high-risk sexual practices with commercial sexual partners in the preceding 3 months(χ^(2)=4.163;P=0.041).Homeless PWID had significantly increased frequency of injecting practices(P=0.020).Conclusion:Despite the higher global prevalence of HCV compared with HbV and HIV among PWID,HCV testing is not currently conducted at most OST centers in *** to free needles and syringes should be enhanced to reduce the morbidity associated with injecting drug use.

The current mathematical model explains the influence of non-linear thermal radiation on the Casson liquid flow over a moving thin needle by considering buongiorno’s nanofluid *** influences of Stefan blowing,Dufour and Soret effects are also considered in the *** equations which represent the described flow pattern are reduced to ordinary differential equations(ODEs)by using apt similarity transformations and then they are numerically solved with Runge–Kutta-Fehlberg’s fourth fifth-order method(RKF-45)with shooting *** impacts of pertinent parameters on thermal,mass and velocity curves are deliberated *** friction,rate of heat and mass transfer are also discussed *** reveal that,the increase in values of brownian motion,thermophoresis,Dufour number,heating and radiative parameters improves the heat *** increasing values of the Schmidt number deteriorates the mass transfer but a converse trend is seen for increasing values of the Soret ***,the escalating values of the radiative parameter decays the rate of heat transfer.

Root-cause identification plays a vital role in business decision making by providing effective future directions for the *** extraction and sentiment extraction plays a vital role in identifying the *** paper proposes the Ensemble based temporal weighting and pareto ranking(ETP)model for Root-cause *** extraction is performed based on rules and is followed by opinion identification using the proposed boosted ensemble *** obtained aspects are validated and ranked using the proposed aspect weighing ***-rule based aspect selection is performed as the final selection mechanism and the results are presented for business decision *** were performed with the standard five product benchmark *** on all five product reviews indicate the effective performance of the proposed *** are performed using three standard state-of-the-art models and effectiveness is measured in terms of F-Measure and Detection *** results indicate improved performances exhibited by the proposed model with an increase in F-Measure levels at 1%–15%and detection rates at 4%–24%compared to the state-of-the-art models.

An impact ionization MOSFET （IMOS） is evolved for overcoming the constraint of less than 60 mV/decade sub-threshold slope （SS） of conventional MOSFET at room temperature. In this work, first, the device performance of the p-type double gate impact ionization MOSFET （DG-IMOS） is optimized by adjusting the device design parameters. The adjusted parameters are ratio of gate and intrinsic length, gate dielectric thickness and gate work function. Secondly, the DMG （dual material gate） DG-IMOS is proposed and investigated. This DMG DG-IMOS is further optimized to obtain the best possible performance parameters. Simulation results reveal that DMG DG-IMOS when compared to DG-IMOS, shows better IoN, ION/IoFF ratio, and RF parameters. Results show that by properly tuning the lengths of two materials at a ratio of 1.5 in DMG DG-IMOS, optimized perform- ance is achieved including ION/IoFF ratio of 2.87 × 10^9 A/μm with/ON as 11.87 × 10^-4 A/μm and transconductance of 1.06× 10^-3 S/μm. It is analyzed that length of drain side material should be greater than the length of source side material to attain the higher transconductance in DMG DG-IMOS.
