Sparse measurements challenge fault location in distribution *** paper proposes a method for asymmetric ground fault location in distribution networks with limited measurements.A virtual injected current vector is formulated to estimate the fault line,which can be reconstructed from voltage sags measured at a few buses using compressive sensing(CS).The relationship between the virtual injected current ratio(VICR)and fault position is deduced from circuit analysis to pinpoint the ***,a two-stage recovery strategy is proposed for improving reconstruction accuracy of the current vector,where two different sensing matrixes are utilized to improve the *** proposed method is validated in IEEE 34 node test *** results show asymmetric ground fault type,resistance,fault position and access of distributed generators(DGs)do not significantly influence performance of our *** addition,it works effectively under various scenarios of noisy measurement and line parameter *** on 134 node test feeders prove the proposed method is also suitable for systems with more complex structure.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)is responsible for the spread of tuberculosis(Tb).The current study employed virtual screening of 2569 natural compounds against the DNA-directed RNA polymerase(RNAP)of Mtb to identify the possible binders that can inhibit its *** in-silico methodology included molecular docking to the compounds,further,the stability and flexibility of the best complexes were studied using molecular dynamics simulation,the MM/GbSA binding free energy technique with energy decomposition,PCA,FEL,steered MD simulation,and umbrella *** virtual screenings were conducted for the five RNAP subunits(chains A,b,C,D,and E)to identify a compound capable of inhibiting RNAP oligomerization.A promising compound,isoestradiol 3-benzoate,exhibited a low binding score(−7.28kcal/mol to−8.21kcal/mol)and showed binding ability with all subunits of the ***,the five complexes with isoestradiol 3-benzoate were selected for molecular dynamics simulation ***,RMSD showed that isoestradiol 3-benzoate bound with chain E showed the lowest RMSD of 0.49nm,while with chains A and b it had the most stable and consistent conformations with RMSD of 1.75nm and 1.2nm,*** h-bond between isoestradiol 3-benzoate and chains C and E showed the highest occupancy(58.27%,45.33%,and 50.80%,42.25%,11.75%).Moreover,the MMPbSA technique showed that isoestradiol 3-benzoate had a strong association with chains b and C(ΔGbind=−126.25±2.03 and−129.27±2.25).Additionally,free energy decomposition,PCA,FEL-steered MD simulation,and umbrella sampling were also performed to validate the association of the ligand with the *** 3-benzoate binds strongly to chains b and E;therefore,it should be considered as viable candidate for inhibiting the formation of RNAP protein complex,concluded in this study.

Rhombohedral phase hf_(x)Zr_(1.x)O_(2)(hZO,x from 0 to 1)films are promising for achieving robust ferroelectric polarization without the need for an initial wake-up pre-cycling,as is normally the case for the more commonly studied orthorhombic ***,a large spontaneous polarization observed in rhombohedral films is not fully understood,and there are also large discrepancies between experimental and theoretical *** this work,in rhombohedral ZrO_(2)thin films,we show that oxygen vacancies are not only a key factor for stabilizing the phase,but they are also a source of ferroelectric polarization in the *** is shown experimentally through the investigation of the structural properties,chemical composition and the ferroelectric properties of the films before and after an annealing at moderate temperature(400℃)in an oxygen environment to reduce the V_(o)concentration *** experimental work is supported by density functional theory(DFT)calculations which show that the rhombohedral phase is the most stable one in highly oxygen defective ZrO_(2)*** DFT calculations also show that V_(o)contribute to the ferroelectric *** findings reveal the importance of V_(o)for stabilizing rhombohedral ZrO_(2)thin films with superior ferroelectric properties.

Animals rely on olfaction to detect and process invaluable chemical information about their *** olfaction to function,chemicals must first be detected,which leads to the activation of signal-transduction pathways at the peripheral olfactory *** the olfactory system is in direct contact with the environment,the system is constantly vulnerable to damage by contaminants entering the atmosphere or *** may have a variety of effects,including disrupting olfactory signals generated during chemical detection,or altering numerous targets along the signal transduction *** any impairment of chemical detection,animals may be unable to rely on olfaction to make correct decisions about their environment and thus their *** other reviews have focussed on olfactory toxicology in general,here we specifically explore how contaminants may affect the signal-transduction pathways at various points and link those changes to olfactory functionality across vertebrates with a focus on fishes.

Due to the non-linearity in ozone(O_(3))formation,reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))may increase O_(3) *** the counteractive O_(3) response to NO_(x) reduction,overall impact of air pollution controls can be ambiguous when the assessments focus on the changes in pollutant *** this study,a risk-based method was used to gauge the net effect of air pollution controls on mortality risk in the beijing–Tianjin–hebei(bTh)region during the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics(WOP).This mega-event presents a unique opportunity to investigate the efficacy of deep cuts in pollutant *** show that O_(3) concentrations greatly increased as nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))concentrations decreased in the *** to the active photochemical formations,O_(3) became the dominant pollutant that affected human health during the *** the substantial O_(3) increases,the health benefits of NO_(2) reductions overwhelmed the adverse health effects of O_(3) increases in most regions of the bTh(at 81 out of 112 stations).After considering the impacts of particulate matter,the integrated health risk of air pollution mixtures declined almost everywhere in the *** results underscore the great necessity of changing the assessment paradigm of pollution control from using concentration-based methods to using risk-based *** with the carbon neutrality policy,stringent control of NO_(x)emission from combustion sources is a promising way to achieve synergistic control solutions for air pollution and climate change.

We present the results from a long term X-ray analysis of Mrk 279 during the period 2018–*** use data from multiple missions–AstroSat,NuSTAR and XMM-Newton,for the *** X-ray spectrum can be modeled as a double Comptonization along with the presence of neutral Fe Kαline emission,at all *** determined the source’s X-ray flux and luminosity at these different *** find significant variations in the source’s flux *** also investigate the variations in the source’s spectral components during the observation *** find that the photon index and hence the spectral shape follow the variations only over longer time *** probe the correlations between fluxes of different bands and their photon indices,and found no significant correlations between the parameters.

boron carbide has unique properties for wide application possibilities;however,poor sinterability limits its *** approach to overcome this limitation is the addition of secondary phases into boron *** carbide based composite ceramics are produced by the direct addition of secondary phases into the structure or via reactive sintering using a sintering *** present study investigated the effect of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) addition to boron carbide by reactive spark plasma sintering in the range of 1700-1900℃.Ti_(3)SiC_(2) phase decomposed at high temperatures and reacted with b4C to form secondary phases of Tib2 and *** results demonstrated that the increase of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) addition(up to 15 vol%)effectively promoted the densification of b4C and yielded higher ***,as the amount of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) increased further,the formation of microstructural inhomogeneity and agglomeration of secondary phases caused a decrease in hardness.
