IC(Image Captioning)is a crucial part of Visual Data Processing and aims at understanding for providing captions that verbalize an image’s important ***,in existing works,because of the complexity in images,neglecting major relation between the object in an image,poor quality image,labelling it remains a big problem for ***,the main objective of this work attempts to overcome these challenges by proposing a novel framework for *** in this research work the main contribution deals with the framework consists of three phases that is image understanding,textual understanding and ***,the image understanding phase is initiated with image pre-pro-cessing to enhance image ***,object has been detected using IYV3MMDs(Improved YoloV3 Multishot Multibox Detectors)in order to relate the interrelation between the image and the object,and then it is followed by MbFOCNNs(Modified bacterial Foraging Optimization in Convolution Neural Networks),which encodes and providesfinal feature ***,the tex-tual understanding phase is performed based on an image which is initiated with preprocessing of text where unwanted words,phrases,punctuations are removed in order to provide a healthy *** is then followed by MGloVEs(Modified Glo-bal Vectors for Word Representation),which provides a word embedding of fea-tures with the highest priority towards the object present in an ***,the decoding phase has been performed,which decodes the image whether it may be a normal or complex scene image and provides an accurate text by its learning ability using MDAA(Modified Deliberate Adaptive Attention).The experimental outcome of this work shows better accuracy of shows 96.24%when compared to existing and similar methods while generating captions for images.

Rett syndrome(RTT)is a rare X-linked brain disorder predominantly in females,caused by mutations in Methyl-CpGbinding Protein2(MECP2)gene with the characteristic features of progressive developmental delay,severe intellectual disability,microcephaly,retarded growth,loss of communication abilities,loss of purposeful hand movements,abnormal walking or gait abnormalities,repetitive hand movements,abnormal breathing,irritability and abnormal behaviours.1 Over the last five years,more than eighty genes related to RTT were found using next generation sequencing.2 Here we presented a comprehensive clinical report of a 38-year-old RTT woman having de novo heterozygous Laminin Subunit Gamma 3 gene(LAMC3)mutation G>A(Chr9:133944387;p.C947Y)links with RTT neurological dysfunctions,brain malformations,reduced brain volume and hypoplasia of corpus *** new finding supports the possibility of targeting LAMC3 gene for rescuing the neuropathology of *** deleterious mutations found in genes such as,CACNA1b(rs4422842),CUbN(rs2271460),GPATCH3(rs779537923),TUbb1(rs463312),KCNJ5(rs768906222),VWA5A(rs551469534),DNAAF1(rs751148678),and PARP1(rs3219145)were unreported in RTT patients.

It is well known that Vehicular Adhoc Network(VANET)plays the major role in the field of Intelligent Transport System(ITS)to enhance road safety as *** entire communication among vehicles is covered in *** the number of researches is in progress for the enhancement of VANET ***,the issues arising with this field is the achievement of multi-constrained Quality of Service(QoS)*** solve this issue,our paper intends to propose a cost model that considers certain network quality measures like travel,collision,congestion and the awareness about the ***,this paper adopts a renowned algorithm named Water Wave Optimization algorithm(WWO)to find the optimal *** proposed method analyses its performance over other conventional methods like Lion Algorithm(LA),Genetic Algorithm(GA)and LA with Adaptive Mutation(LAAM)in terms of cost analysis,Convergence analysis and Computational *** the analytical results prove the superiority of proposed work in terms of decreased routing cost.

车载ad-hot网络(VANETs)是智能交通系统中提高道路安全的一个重要领域。车辆之间的相互作用都包含在VANETs中。针对VANET性能的提高开展多项实验。所遇到的挑战是获得各项受限服务质量的指标。为了解决这个问题,本研究通过关注碰撞,旅行成本,意识,拥堵等服务质量指标获得了车辆路由问题的成本设计。由于遗传算法(GA)具有算法复杂,非辅助突变,收敛慢,全局最大化,基因编码多面特征等问题,本文采用狮群算法(LA)进行更好地拟合。通过成本分析,收敛分析和复杂性分析对算法的计算过程进行分析。在得到各种成本函数之间的相关分析的基础上,对定量结果的数值分析进行了研究。结果表明,LA的性能优于GA,降低了复杂度和路由成本。

Objective:To investigate the golden-time-awareness of and the necessary actions in response to acute myocardial infarction among the general ***:This study was conducted with the use of a descriptive research design and convenience sampling.A sample of 800 subjects,using self-structured knowledge questionnaires,was selected for data collection and *** study was conducted at *** and Research Institute,India,from February to November *** of myocardial infarction symptoms and intervention timeline(the golden time)was investigated.A multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the demographic factors affecting the recognition of the golden time of acute myocardial ***:A total of 800 subjects were *** the subjects,367(45.8%)were male,433(54.2%)were female,and 443(55.3%)participants failed to recognize the golden *** multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that people with a bachelor’s degree(OR=0.41,95%CI:0.23-0.74,P=0.03)and a high school level diploma(OR=0.55,95%CI:0.31-0.97,P=0.03)are more likely to know about myocardial infarction(golden time)than illiterate ***,people who are employed(OR=0.59,95%CI:0.41-0.85,P=0.05)are more likely to know about myocardial infarction(golden time)than those who are ***:The majority of people in the awareness group realize that taking myocardial infarction patients to the hospital would be the best course of *** unawareness of the ideal treatment window for myocardial infarction may cause a delay in seeking medical attention,which can lead to an increase in mortality and morbidity.

Multimodal medical image fusion is a powerful tool for diagnosing diseases in medical field. The main objective is to capture the relevant information from input images into a single output image, which plays an important role in clinical applications. In this paper, an image fusion technique for the fusion of multimodal medical images is proposed based on Non-Subsampled Contourlet Transform. The proposed technique uses the Non-Subsampled Contourlet Transform (NSCT) to decompose the images into lowpass and highpass subbands. The lowpass and highpass subbands are fused by using mean based and variance based fusion rules. The reconstructed image is obtained by taking Inverse Non-Subsampled Contourlet Transform (INSCT) on fused subbands. The experimental results on six pairs of medical images are compared in terms of entropy, mean, standard deviation, QAb/F as performance parameters. It reveals that the proposed image fusion technique outperforms the existing image fusion techniques in terms of quantitative and qualitative outcomes of the images. The percentage improvement in entropy is 0% - 40%, mean is 3% - 42%, standard deviation is 1% - 42%, QAb/Fis 0.4% - 48% in proposed method comparing to conventional methods for six pairs of medical images.
