The effect of an erbium-doped fiber amplifier （EDFA） placed inside the fiber ring of a cavity ring down （CRD） configuration is studied. The limitations and advantages of this configuration are discussed, and the study of the ring-down time as a function of the current applied and gain to the EDFA is also presented. In this case, the power fluctuations in the output signal are strongly dependent on the cavity ring-down time with the EDFA gain.

The chemokine CXCR4 receptor is over-expressed in a wide variety of *** this study,AMD3100,which was a prototype non-peptide antagonist of CXCR4 receptor,was labeled with;Tc.;Tc-AMD3100 was verified by thin layer radio chromatography（TLRC）.The tumor-localizing properties of;Tc-AMD3100 were evaluated and proved in mice bearing Hep-G2 tumor xenograft.;Tc-AMD3100 was a promising,novel receptor-specific radiopharmaceutical with potential application in the imaging of human tumors.

The epitaxial Mno0.98Cr0.02Te films on single crystal Al2O3 （0001） substrates were prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy results showed that the good continuous epitaxial film was obtained with substrate temperature of 500 ℃. When the substrate temperature reached 700 ℃, the film was island growth and the manganese oxides phase appeared. The temperature dependence of both the magnetization and electrical resistance showed a sharp rise at around 60 K due to the magnetoelastic coupling. The temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of Mno0.98Cr0.02Te provided evidence for a transition from the metallic to semiconducting state at 305 K due to the spin disorder scattering with a large contribution from the influence of magnon drag.

The dipole–dipole interaction model is employed to investigate the angular dependence of the levitation and lateral forces acting on a small magnet in an anti-symmetric magnet/superconducting sphere system. breaking the symmetry of the system enables us to study the lateral force which is important in the stability of the magnet above a superconducting sphere in the Meissner state. Under the assumption that the lateral displacement of the magnet is small compared to the physical dimensions of our proposed system, analytical expressions are obtained for the levitation and lateral forces as a function of the geometrical parameters of the superconductor as well as the height, the lateral displacement, and the orientation of the magnetic moment of the magnet. The dependence of the levitation force on the height of the levitating magnet is similar to that in the symmetric magnet/superconducting sphere system within the range of proposed lateral displacements. It is found that the levitation force is linearly dependent on the lateral displacement whereas the lateral force is independent of this displacement. A sinusoidal variation of both forces as a function of the polar and azimuthal angles specifying the orientation of the magnetic moment is observed. The relationship between the stability and the orientation of the magnetic moment is discussed for different orientations.

Structural and optical properties of a NaCl single crystal doped with CuO nanocrystals

A cupric oxide （CuO） nanocrystal-doped NaC1 single crystal and a pure NaCl single crystal are grown by using the Czochralski （Cz） method. A number of techniques, including X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, energy dispersive X-ray （EDX） analysis, Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, optical absorption in the UV-visible range, and photoluminescence （PL） spectroscopy are used to characterize the obtained NaCl and NaCI：CuO crystals. It is observed that the average radius of CuO crystallites in NaCI：CuO crystal is about 29.87 nm, as derived from the XRD data analysis. Moreover, FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy results confirm the existence of the monoclinic CuO phase in NaC1 crystal. UV-visible absorption measurements indicate that the band gap of the NaCI：CuO crystal is 434 nm （2.85 eV）, and it shows a significant amount of blue-shift （AEg = 1 eV ） in the band gap energy of CuO, which is due to the quantum confinement effect exerted by the CuO nanocrystals. The PL spectrum of the NaCI：CuO shows a broad emission band centred at around 438 rim, which is consistent with the absorption measurement.

A stable Q-switched erbium doped fiber laser emitting at 1558 nm is demonstrated using a cadmium selenide（CdSe） material coated onto a side-polished D-shape fiber as the saturable absorber（SA）. by elevating the input pump power from the threshold of 91 mW to the maximum available power of 136 mW, a pulse train with a maximum repetition rate of 57.44 kHz, minimum pulse width of 3.76 us, maximum average output power of7.99 mW, maximum pulse energy of 0.1391 uJ, and maximum peak power of 36.99 mW are obtained. The signalto-noise ratio of the spectrum is measured to be around 75 db. This CdSe based SA is simple, robust, and reliable,and thus suitable for making a portable pulse laser source.

本研究通过分析被试阅读多个文本后的概念网络的特征,探讨不同的外部线索对多文本整合的倾向性和整合质量的影响。研究包含三个实验。实验1通过不同的阅读提示语(整合提示语vs.细节提示语)诱发不同的阅读目的,被试基于不同目的完成阅读任务,并完成概念网络任务或写作任务作为回溯学习,以及三天后的延迟写作和阅读理解测试,从而探讨阅读目的对多文本整合的倾向性的影响。被试的延迟写作被转换为概念网络的形式,不同文本的概念构成的连线意味着知识整合。其中,整合的倾向性通过整合连线在概念网络中的占比进行评估,整合质量则通过将被试的概念网络和专家网络进行比较而得到,包括两个指标——语义整合和整体结构水平,前者通过与专家网络的整合连线相似性进行评估,后者通过与专家网络的图中心性相似性进行评估。结果表明,整合提示语增强了整合的倾向性,但不影响语义整合或整体结构水平。实验2和实验3采用与实验1相同的实验指标,通过提供外部参照网络和基于概念网络的写作反馈,探讨这两个因素对整合质量的影响。结果表明,通过阅读文本前学习专家网络的特定部分(实验2:整合网络vs.单文本网络)能提升被试对多文本的整合倾向,但无论是学习专家网络,还是基于可视化反馈进行写作修改(实验3:整合反馈vs.单文本反馈),都未能显著提高语义整合或整体结构水平。这些结果表明,多文本整合的倾向性能被外部线索所增强(三个实验的η2=0.048-0.064,近似中效应),但整合质量难以仅通过提供专家信息或简单的专家反馈提高。本研究提供了一种基于概念网络分析的评估多文本整合表现的方法,并区分了多文本整合测量的不同维度,为多文本整合的测量提供了新的思考方向。
