In today’s digital era,e-healthcare systems exploit digital technologies and telecommunication devices such as mobile devices,computers and the inter-net to provide high-quality healthcare services.E-healthcare decision support sys-tems have been developed to optimize the healthcare services and enhance a patient’s *** systems enable rapid access to the specialized healthcare services via reliable information,retrieved from the cases or the patient *** phenomenon reduces the time taken by the patients to physically visit the healthcare *** the current research work,a new Shufﬂed Frog Leap Optimizer with Deep Learning-based Decision Support System(SFLODL-DSS)is designed for the diagnosis of the Cardiovascular Diseases(CVD).The aim of the proposed model is to identify and classify the cardiovascular *** proposed SFLODL-DSS technique primarily incorporates the SFLO-based Feature Selection(SFLO-FS)approach for feature subset *** the pur-pose of classiﬁcation,the Autoencoder with Gated Recurrent Unit(AEGRU)model is ***,the bacterial Foraging Optimization(bFO)algorithm is employed toﬁne-tune the hyperparameters involved in the AEGRU *** demonstrate the enhanced performance of the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique,a series of simulations was *** simulation outcomes established the superiority of the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique as it achieved the highest accuracy of 98.36%.Thus,the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique can be exploited as a proﬁcient tool in the future for the detection and classiﬁcation of CVD.

biomathematical study of time-dependent flow of a Carreau nanofluid through inclined catheterized arteries with overlapping stenosis

This work is concerned with the analysis of blood flow through inclined catheterized arteries having a balloon(angioplasty) with time-variant overlapping stenosis. The nature of blood in small arteries is analyzed mathematically by considering it as a Carreau nanofluid. The highly nonlinear momentum equations of nanofluid model are simplified by considering the mild stenosis case. The formulated problem is solved by a homotopy perturbation expansion in terms of a variant of the Weissenberg number to obtain explicit forms for the axial velocity, the stream function, the pressure gradient, the resistance impedance and the wall shear stress distribution. These solutions depend on the brownian motion number, thermophoresis number, local temperature Grashof number G_r and local nanoparticle Grash of number b_r. The results were also studied for various values of the physical parameters, such as the Weissenberg number W_i, the power law index n, the taper angle φ, the maximum height of stenosis δ~*, the angle of inclination α, the maximum height of balloon σ~*, the axial displacement of the balloon z_d~*,the flow rate F and the Froud number Fr. The obtained results show that the transmission of axial velocity curves through a Newtonian fluid(Wi=0, n=1, Gr=0, br=0, Nt=0, Nb≠0) is substantially lower than that through a Carreau nanofluid near the wall of balloon while the inverse occurs in the region between the balloon and stenosis. The streamlines have a clearly distinguished shifting toward the stenotic region and this shifting appears near the wall of the balloon, while it has almost disappeared near the stenotic wall and the trapping bolus in the case of horizontal arteries and Newtonian fluid(Wi=0, n=1, Gr=0, br=0, Nt=0, Nb≠0) does not appear but for the case of Carreau nanofluid bolus appears.

Variable fluid properties and variable heat flux effects on the flow and heat transfer in a non-Newtonian Maxwell fluid over an unsteady stretching sheet with slip velocity

The effects of variable fluid properties and variable heat flux on the flow and heat transfer of a non-Newtonian Maxwell fluid over an unsteady stretching sheet in the presence of slip velocity have been studied. The governing differential equations are transformed into a set of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations and then solved with a numerical technique using appropriate boundary conditions for various physical parameters. The numerical solution for the governing non-linear boundary value problem is based on applying the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method coupled with the shooting technique over the entire range of physical parameters. The effects of various parameters like the viscosity parameter, thermal conductivity parameter, unsteadiness parameter, slip velocity parameter, the Deborah number, and the Prandtl number on the flow and temperature profiles as well as on the local skin-friction coefficient and the local Nusselt number are presented and discussed. Comparison of numerical results is made with the earlier published results under limiting cases.

Actual TDoA-based augmentation system for enhancing cybersecurity in ADS-b

Currently, cybersecurity and cyber resilience are emerging and urgent issues in nextgeneration air traffic surveillance systems, which depend primarily on Automatic Dependent Surveillance-broadcast(ADS-b) owing to its low cost and high accuracy. Unfortunately, ADS-b is prone to cyber-attacks. To verify the ADS-b positioning data of aircraft, multilateration(MLAT)techniques that use Time Differences of Arrivals(TDoAs) have been proposed. MLAT exhibits low accuracy in determining aircraft positions. Recently, a novel technique using a theoretically calculated TDoA fingerprint map has been proposed. This technique is less dependent on the geometry of sensor deployment and achieves better accuracy than MLAT. However, the accuracy of the existing technique is not sufficiently precise for determining aircraft positions and requires a long computation time. In contrast, this paper presents a reliable surveillance framework using an Actual TDoA-based Augmentation System(ATbAS). It uses historically recorded real-data from the OpenSky network to train our TDoA fingerprint grid network. Our results show that the accuracy of the proposed ATbAS framework in determining the aircraft positions is significantly better than those of the MLAT and expected TDoA techniques by 56.93% and 48.86%, respectively. Additionally, the proposed framework reduced the computation time by 77% compared with the expected TDoA technique.

Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)models succeed in vast *** are available in a variety of topologies and *** challenge in this area is to develop the optimal CNN architecture for a particular issue in order to achieve high results by using minimal computational resources to train the *** proposed framework to automated design is aimed at resolving this *** proposed framework is focused on a genetic algorithm that develops a population of CNN models in order to find the architecture that is the best *** comparison to the co-authored work,our proposed framework is concerned with creating lightweight architectures with a limited number of parameters while retaining a high degree of validity accuracy utilizing an ensemble learning *** architecture is intended to operate on low-resource machines,rendering it ideal for implementation in a number of *** common benchmark image datasets are used to test the proposed framework,and it is compared to peer competitors’work utilizing a range of parameters,including accuracy,the number of model parameters used,the number of GPUs used,and the number of GPU days needed to complete the *** experimental findings demonstrated a significant advantage in terms of GPU days,accuracy,and the number of parameters in the discovered model.

HARDY'S INEQUALITIES WITH MAXIMIZERS FOR W^(1,p) FUNCTIONS ON bOUNDED STAR DOMAINS

With the help of a radially invariant vector field, we derive inequalities of the Hardy kind, with no boundary terms, for W^(1,p) functions on bounded star domains. Our results are not obtainable from the classical inequalities for W_0^(1,p) functions. Unlike in W_0^(1,p),our inequalities admit maximizers that we describe explicitly.

Low band gap frequencies and multiplexing properties in 1D and 2D mass spring structures

This study reports on the propagation of elastic waves in 1D and 2D mass spring *** analytical and computation model is presented for the 1D and 2D mass spring systems with different *** enhancement in the band gap values was obtained by modeling the structures to obtain low frequency band gaps at small ***,the evolution of the band gap as a function of mass value is *** attention is devoted to the local resonance property in frequency ranges within the gaps in the band structure for the corresponding infinite periodic lattice in the 1D and 2D mass spring system.A linear defect formed of a row of specific masses produces an elastic waveguide that transmits at the narrow pass band *** frequency of the waveguides can be selected by adjusting the mass and stiffness coefficients of the materials constituting the ***,we pay more attention to analyze the wave multiplexer and DE-multiplexer in the 2D mass spring *** show that two of these tunable waveguides with alternating materials can be employed to filter and separate specific frequencies from a broad band input *** presented simulation data is validated through comparison with the published research,and can be extended in the development of resonators and MEMS verification.

Conservation status evaluation of berberis species across the Karakoram Mountain Ranges, Pakistan using IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria

berberis species medicinal plants in Pakistan are endangered, high-value with important eco-cultural, commercial and livelihood roles in mountain communities. To assess the geographical distribution of berberis species across the Karakoram Mountain Ranges in Pakistan, we used IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria （2001） to calculate the extent of occurrence （EOO, 〈100 km^2） and the area of occupancy （AOO, 〈10 km^2） of berberis pseudumbellata subsp, pseudumbellata and b. pseudumbellata subsp. gilgitica. Overgrazing and habitat loss were key population- limiting factors. The two subspecies had contrasting responses to temperature, elevation, precipitation and insect susceptibility. b. pseudumbellata subsp, gilgitica is endemic to Gilgit-baltistan and grows in single-cropping zone （ar- eas 〉 200 m a.s.1.）. Status evaluation revealed that both subspecies meet the criteria set for critically endangered species. Prolonged disregard of its declining population trend might lead to its extinction; therefore, integrated con- servation efforts are necessary.
